They did a beautiful Job!

The roof work was excellent, no issues (except for all the nails in the garage). The gutter replacement was excellent, I had no issues. The siding however took a long time to complete, the crew was slow and left their trash lay in my back yard, killing the grass. Eventually I moved the trash to the driveway and they picked it up. Then I called Dan because I was not getting anywhere calling to find out when my lighting at the rear of the house would be fixed and I had an issue with a small area of siding trim on the left side of the roof line. Dan came, he wrote up a work order. Finally the lighting was installed after two trips it looks good. The only issues I have now is that during the siding replacement they removed a telephone box (unused) from my house exterior (it was hanging from the phone line) the phone company had to come and remove it. Only now I have wired sticking out of the back of my house and it looks terrible. Would not recommend the siding crew I got.

I was pleased with the knowledgeable service of Daniel Hebble and the fair assessment of damage and payment by the insurance company.

I called and asked to get an estimate to repair my siding because I had water coming into my house during the last big rain storm. I was told someone would call to set up an estimate. The next thing I know, there is an estimate in my mailbox. No one called, and I had no idea someone was coming to my house on that day to provide the estimate. I thought the price was good, however, so I called again to set up a time to do the work. I was told someone would be out in the next couple of days. Two weeks later, I received a bill in the mail. I was never notified about when they were coming, and frankly, I saw no evidence that the work had actually been done. I called to dispute the bill and told that I wouldn't be able to see evidence of their work if they had done a good job. I didn't call them back because I knew I couldn't win that argument. However, I will not use their service again and I will not recommend them to anyone else.

On Feb. 21, I called the company about the leak. I explained to the receptionist that my house had sprung a leak after the snow melt. She said she'd have Danny Hebble call me back within a couple of hours. He called me as promised and got the entire story. He advised that his worker would probably be able to get the work done that day and, if so, would charge only the $95 service fee to fix the leak; if it couldn't be fixed that day, they would do an estimate and we would discuss how to proceed. Ross came out that afternoon, called me at work to let me know he was there, and was able to get the problem fixed. He called me back to let me know that he had completed the job and if there were any problems I should just call. I didn't have to provide upfront payment, they just mailed a bill. Terrific service, amazingly responsive! The other company I called on the 21st didn't even return my call until Feb 23, after Danny Hebble had already got the job done.

It took almost a week because of the weather. Dan came by several times to check on the progress of the work crew.

Hebble and Associates did an excellent job fixing our house. We had hail damage from the hail storm in October 2006. We called Daniel and he immediately got back with us. He even met numerous times with our insurance adjuster in order to make sure the insurance claim was accurate. Mr. Hebble continually kept us up to date and stopped by at our house numerous times on the weekends to meet with us when he knew we would be home. His professionalism carries over to his crews. His crews were courteous (they even called my husband and I by name), and were meticulous with their work. They did an excellent job cleaning up and always made sure our needs were met. For example, they moved their van if we needed them to. What really impressed me was that Mr. Hebble's crew even completed work for us that was not assigned. They helped to add a new spot light to the back of our house. Hebble and Associates are a class act. Later in the year, Daniel even came and plowed our driveway for free!

Excellent Worked with claims adjuster and customeer to fix all the the hail damaged materials. Constantly followed up on workmanship of the sub contractors. All damaged materials were removed from the property in a timely manner, with no other damage to the property.

The day after the storm we contacted our insurance company and they sent Dan out to determine if we needed any emergency repairs. He was at our house that day to ensure our home was safe. We were so impressed with Dan that we decided to use him as our contractor. All work was done in a timely manner and the workers were professional, ensuring minimal interruption to our lives. Dan provided great service by returning phone calls the same day, always addressing any issues we had, and providing any information we needed. The process was stress-free knowing that Dan was taking care of everything. He dealt with the HOA, the insurance company, and the township zoning board, making our lives much easier. During construction we were building a deck and discovered an unrelated issue with the exterior of our home. Even though it was unrelated, Dan came over and looked at our issue and provided valuable advice and even brought us some of the materials to do the job and prevent a recurrence.

Daniel Hebble inspected our home, as well as other homes in the area, after a hail storm. He gave us an estimate in a timely manner and began work very quickly after our agreement. Daniel worked very well with us and our insurance agent, making the process very effortless for us. The work was completed within a couple of weeks. Keep in mind, many homes in our neighborhood have not been repaired yet; three and a half months after the storm, despite the fact that contractors are working on their homes. Daniel Hebble was very professional, reliable, and accommodating. He went above and beyond the call of duty and even repaired some things for us that were not a direct result of the storm. He is very accessible and returns calls in a timely manner. We was very visible in our neighborhood during the repair to our home as well as many of our neighbors. I would highly recommend Hebble and Associates.

Very well. Job was done within the estimated time for the quoted price. Some debris was left in the attic crawl space after the job, but the exterior materials were all cleaned up and removed from the site as promised.

Dan installed a new roof for me 4 years ago. Recently, a leak surfaced in my garage. Dan came out as soon as possible, even though he had a lot of hail damage related work to do. After inspecting my situation, he pointed out my wood siding had rotted, allowing rain water to work it's way in behind the flashing. I appreciate Dan coming out with such short notice, expecially since the root cause of my problem had nothing to do with his roofing products or workmanship.

Dan saved my wife and I from the headaches that alot of other homeowners had to go through because they didn't choose a reputable business. He worked within the estimate given by my insurance company and not only did a great job, but gave us upgrades that improved my home. Other companies wanted money in addition to what our insurance provider gave us just to do a basic job, no upgrades included.

Dan was very professional, and we hardly knew he was here, but the work was very obvious and very well done. I heartily recommend Dan for any work that he does. It is a big relief to get something done and not have to worry about it again. Thanks, Dan!

Daniel is knowledgeable about roofing and reasonable in price. The work was completed the same week I contacted them, and all clean up was completed by the crew.

THEY DID THE ROOF IN ONE DAY. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND CLEANED UP WELL.

JIM, THE LEAD INSTALLER, AND DAN, HIS HELPER, WERE BOTH POLITE AND HARD WORKING. THE WORK WAS CAREFULLY DONE AND THEY WERE CAREFUL TO CLEAN UP ANY MESS THEY MADE. JIM RETURNED TO RE-INSTALL THE SHUTTERS JUST AS HE SAID HE WOULD. THEY WERE SUBCONTRACTORS, SO I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY CHARGED. I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR, BUT THESE SUBS SAVED THE DAY.

I RECEIVED PROMPT SERVICE AT A GOOD PRICE. THEY CLEANED UP THE SITE WELL. THE COST WAS $600.00 UNDER ANOTHER QUOTE I RECEIVED AND IT INCLUDED A 10 YEAR 100% EXTENDED WARRANTY ON LABOR AND MATERIALS.

GREAT JOB, YOU COULD NOT GET A BETTER ROOFING CO. HE IS A BIT HIGHER PRICED THAN MOST BUT HE'S WORTH IT!

RESPONSIVENESS AFTER THE JOB WAS A MAJOR HEADACHE. THEY HAD SOME MINOR FOLLOW UP WORK TO DO, BUT REQUIRED ABOUT 10 PHONE CALLS, AND SEVERAL MISSED COMMITMENTS. RECENTLY, A LEAK SURFACED, AND AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND 30 DAYS LATER, THE OWNER SAID HE COULD NOT LOCATE THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK AND THERE WAS NOTHING MORE HE COULD DO. UNACCEPTABLE! I'VE DECIDED TO NOTIFY THE SHINGLE MANUFACTURER TO TELL THEM THEIR PRODUCT AND INSTALLER HAS FAILED.
