Plumber was prompt, polite and made great recommendations. It would have been easy for him to try to sell me on some things I thought I needed and didn't, but he was straightforward and honest.

The appoint was from 10 to 12 At 10.01 he arrived came in seen what need to be done, told me then got his tools and fished up in 10 minutes. nice job

was prompt, courteous and professional. did not up-sale. after i told him what i thought Jeff gave me his advice. he then told me if we did both things i wanted the Franklin would discount the 2nd lower thing by half. VERY PLEASED.

The plumber not only replaced our kitchen faucet, he also replaced the cheap plastic cold and hot water tabs with beautiful, long-lasting brass ones! He was outstanding and we'd use Benjamin Franklin again!

They came the same day just after few hours after the phone call, find out the reason of leak and how much approximately is going to cost. Next day they came on time and took care of the problem. We also asked the to check other small stuff around the house. We are very pleased with their service.

We called the plumbing company last week asking them to come out to clean our "main drain". Today the serviceman (Jeff) called to inform us he was on his way. He was on time, neat, professional, nice and informative. After checking our drain we were told our main drain was fine. Jeff explained our floor drain was all that needed cleaning (thus saving us $$) and he explained why. Oh and he also gave us a coupon, if ever we need their services again!

I was very impressed with the personability, professionalism and efficiency with which they conducted themselves. The entire job took approximately 2 hours total including the cleanup performed at the end of their work. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. I will hire them again when I next need plumbing work.

My shower would not shut off so I called the number. The owner and a worker showed up. They cleaned out the trap in the basement. The worker replaced the cartridge in the shower. The pop up he replaced would not work, it wouldn't hold water. He just put a plastic cap around the drain and it was leaking. I called again and he had another pop up that he out in. He put the knob upright the way it should be and tightened it. The second pop up didn't work either, so I called to speak to the owner. He came out himself and installed it, so it finally worked. When I told him I was not a happy customer he said that the worker was not a plumber and he should not have been out there. It took them three trips to get it right.

Excellent response time. We called in the morning and someone was at the house at 2 PM. The whole job took 2 hours from beginning to end since there was no difference in size or type of water heater. The workers were professional and were very good at their profession. We were delighted that we were able to take a hot shower and go out that evening..

We were very pleased with the responsiveness and work of Benjamin Franklin. I received a call back the day I sent an email even though we indicated it was not an emergency. At the time they called we asked for a recommendation on type of toilet (wanted "right height" toilet with efficient but effective flushing) and Tim called back to recommend an American Standard Pro Cadet with which we are extremely pleased. The work was scheduled for our convenience and Tim and his assistant arrived promptly. Tim reviewed all projects for work/supplies needed. They removed our old toilet and picked up, delivered and installed the new American Standard. Tim also selected and secured the replacement faucet valve assembly for our bath/shower and installed that. We noticed that during the toilet installation and flange repair one of the ceramic floor tiles under the outer bottom edge of the new toilet had cracked. Tim relifted the newly installed toilet, removed the damaged tile and replaced it with an extra tile we had stored. This was one of those really good experiences - thank you Tim and Benjamin Franklin and thank you Angies for another reliable reference! Received same day service. Was not charged for this visit. They installed my Water Heater October 2013. They were prompt and professional. There were no hidden charges when water heater installed. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Wow! What a wonderful company. I contact the company on Thursday, and they were out on Friday to install my heater. I chose to purchase a 50-gallon replacement from Lowe's and Tim actually went over to the store to pick up and bring the new water heater to my house as well. Tim was quite pleasant to work with and did install the new water heater in no time at all. My unit was more technologically advanced than the other one, so Tim needed to make a few mods to complete the install. Overall, the unit works wonderfully and they hauled away the old defunct unit as well. While on the premises, I showed Tim a few other areas of "plumbing" concerns with my home and he gladly provided insight and gave me an estimate for future repairs. I will be using this company to complete my other repairs in the near future. KUDOS to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Tim (technician) replaced the pump in my lift station (sump type pump that is 6 foot underground) and fixed it so it could be removed easier. I called because I'm getting older and getting to the point where I don't want to make repairs like that but, now that Tim has modified it to make it so easy to replace, I'll be very comfortable replacing it even it goes out in the middle of the winter in the middle of the night. Fixed the drain on the inside of one of our bathtubs so it drains properly. Repaired leak in water feed line to home humidifier. Checked home sump pump.

They were very responsive, and did a good job at a fair price.

I have used them before for a shower repair and knew they were fair and quick. I had a new hot water tank installed and the old one removed within 4 hours of my initial call. The quote price was the price I paid. The guys who came out to perform the work were professional and quick. I will definitely use them again!!

They do free estimates, and they came out the very next day. The guy was very nice, and very prompt (actually early). Even when I had problems with the tank running, they came to look and repair it under warranty. He even fixed my faucets as well.

Excellent service. They were quick to respond to problem with water tank. Provided an estimate over the phone. They were at my house within an hour of calling. They disconnected and removed the old tank and installed the new one. They provided me with information about the new tank. We also discussed the possibility of switching from an electric tank to a natural gas tank in the future. They were professional and polite. The price was more than fair. I will use this company for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I called for free estimate for miscellaneous plumbing work needing done at home. Tim Lott came out 8/24/13 and we went over everything we needed. We also told Tim we wanted to try and get at least the bathroom finished in a timely manner. We never received a response with an estimate. I called a 1 1/2 weeks later and spoke to Tim's wife. She said she would give him message. He called back that afternoon and apologized and said he would get an estimate to us right away. We've never heard from him again and we don't plan on calling him again.

Replaced 2 Kholer tub faucets and repaired open sewage piping in basement. We used them to bring a HUD home we were purchasing up to code.

It was amazing, thorough and quick. My description over the phone was not clear enough to let him know what parts to bring. He left to get the parts he needed and came back, which actually took longer than the fix. The only problem I had was that I used the web form for a late night request for service (when I finally remembered to contact them), but my follow up call at the end of the next day told me that the online request got lost in transmission.

was out the same day we called for the repair. He was polite and worked quickly. Only complaint is that he did not sweep up the drywall dust after cutting into the wall to add an access panel and the fixtures seem to be a little loose so we may have to fine tune the cosmetic aspect of his work. The leak is gone though and he did talk me through what he was doing and why. Would use them again.

They were excellent. I actually got their name off of Angie's list so I followed the recommendation there. They were very prompt in their service, they came the same day. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and on time. They were able to get the part when they said they would get the part, returned to fix it when they said they said they would return to fix it.

Great responsiveness--had no hot water in the morning, and Tim from BFP was out by that afternoon to diagnose the problem. Our expansion tank had leaked & corroded the bottom of the hot water tank--Tim immediately recognized the problem, contacted the manufacturer of our tank and verified that it was under warranty, then had the heater & expansion tanks replaced the following morning. Punctual, professional, would definitely use again.

I had used BFP in the past and was very pleased so when my toilet kept running after it was flushed I called again for service. The service man arrived 1 hour late so as per their ad there was no charge for the service call. He said no parts were needed and he just made an adjustment. However, after he left the same thing happened. I called again the next day and Tim came out. He knew immediately what the problem was. He had to go for a part, came right back and fixed the problem. When I mentioned my slow running drains he took the time to clean them out in both bathrooms and showed me what to do when if it happens again. When I wanted to pay him he said "no charge." He certainly goes the extra mile to please the customer. The type of customer service that Tim provides is rare these days and I would never consider using any other company. I will be a lifetime customer and would recommend him to anyone!
