They did a excellent job. It was great experience.

At first it was going to take over a week for them to come and do the work, but they managed to get here in a couple days. Plumbers were pleasant and seemed to go a good job. Would hire again.

According to my calculation, the labor charge was more than $600.. That seems excessive to me.

Attempted to replace the cartridge for my shower/bath faucet. I’ve done it before, but ended up stripping the set screw on the faucet handle. They arrived promptly, and quickly drilled out the screw on the handle. They also replaced the cartridge for me, fixing the leak. I let them know I would get a new handle. The whole job took approximately 45 minutes; although, 5-10 minutes were spent talking on the phone about a different job. Great job overall until the asked for $217 for the work. I paid less, but I still feel I paid too much. Their prices will keep me from using them again.

The service was perfect, they were on time and called ahead, the service was done in a timely manner and it has worked correctly since then. I have also already recommended them to family

I can only say good things about this company. The work was excellent, the tech was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. When every you have natural gas work done it can be scary, but I have complete confidence that the job was done right. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing done. They are my go-to from now on. Sorry I could not provide a photo of the work, but I ask them to hide the line as best as possible and they did. So there is no picture to take.

A misunderstanding originally on the disposal model, but the owner got involved and corrected the problem immediately.

I'm going to be needing them again, so they will be out soon. I want to use them again. My husband was very impressed with the price. They were very good. They were very good on responsiveness. They did call and they came on time. So they were very good. It's been a year. They were very professional. They showed us everything and did everything for us. I have used them three times. The price keeps me going back to them and again, they showed me what they were doing. They did say I will need a new toilet in the future, but they weren't trying to sell it to me right then. The bathroom ring took minutes. The kitchen, of course, took longer because they did the garbage disposal. That didn't take them long, about 1/2 hour. I had stuff on my dryer, my laundry room is off my kitchen, and I had stuff on my dryer, but they told me they had to leave that stuff for legal reasons or something when they cleaned up, but they did a very good job of cleaning up. They were very good. I would recommend them to anybody.

I engaged with the owner late October and was able to get him out to our rental property 3 November. He was timely, knowledgeable and nice. He confirmed all the great reviews I read about his company. I requested a quote from him with the intention of having him complete the work immediately. Well after nearly 3 months I still haven't received that quote or heard anything at all from him. I sent text messages, called the office but no reply. It is unprofessional to not respond even if you don't want to complete the work. Unsatisfied!

These folks were wonderful. They came out the same day I called to look at our broken water heater. Diagnosis was bad and we decided to replace which they also did the same day, in under an hour. They were pleasant and professional and I am beyond happy with my experience.

Smoothly. Took about 2 1/2 hours total with 2 plumbers. One arrived early for the deinstall. The other arrived with the new water heater about 45 minutes later. They worked together for an hour or so and the second plumber then finished up.

My belief is... things will usually break or go wrong at the worst possible time. So when we had an energy audit done and they found unsafe levels of carbon monoxide being exhausted by our 17 year old hot water heater/tank, it was time to replace it before things got really bad... or deadly. I've used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing many times in the past and have always been happy with their work and prices, so calling them to replace the heater/tank was a no-brainer. And they came through, as usual. As since they were here... and since our sump pump was 12 years old, I had them replace that too. And... again, since they were here, and since my wife wanted another outside faucet toward the front of the house, I had them install that too.

Everything went well. No problems. They arrived on time, pulled out the old water heater and installed the new one. It didn't take them very long. They were kind and courteous and left no mess at all, then they were on their way to their next job.

Awesome - Super Happy Mr. Tim was prompt, courteous, and thorough in making certain the hot water heater connected correctly and was working correctly before he finished. He explained and answered my questions thoroughly. He was friendly and very polite. I would contact them myself if I ever have future plumbing problems.
