Good experience

Mark is very professional, from start to finish. Very knowledgeable about trees; all of his suggestions were backed up by an independent consulting arborist that I contacted. Mark walked from tree to tree with me and explained everything when he gave the estimate. Since we are having a fence installed, we needed our tree work done within a very limited time frame and Mark was very accommodating. He also went to great lengths to satisfy all of the city's requirements as well, which was very helpful. Mark and his crew finished the job in one long day. I was home all day and could tell that they worked hard and did not waste any time. They did an excellent job, our trees look great and they did an excellent clean up job. I will recommend them any time someone needs tree work done.

Two man team worked efficiently and quickly. The sawyer was experienced very competent. Clean-up was good. Stump grinding was thorough and as complete as could be hoped. Exhibited flexibility regarding some details.

I got the name of this company from my cousin, who was very happy with their work. After checking the company out on Angie's List, I made an appointment for an estimate. Mark was on time, very knowledgeable about his business, and told me what needed to be done now, and what should be done in the future, for the health of the trees and for our safety. He came with 3 other men to do the job. Because of a family emergency, I had to leave an hour after they started. They did exactly what we agreed upon in the estimate. My husband and I were so impressed with the clean up job they did, the next day there were no twigs or branches or anything left to clean up before my husband could mow the lawn. The neighbor told me they didn't goof around, but worked steadily, even though we weren't home to oversee their work. I can't ask for more than that, and I would certainly use them again and recommend them. The final price was exactly the estimate, plus tax.

Mark promptly returned phone calls to come out and look at tree, give me an estimate of approx. cost, and to treat the tree at the same time if the estimate was good for me. We scheduled a time for him to come out. He ran in to a problem with equipment and was not able to make it the day he was first going to come. Rescheduled for the next day. He became tied up with a big job and did not make that day either. I called him and he apologized for not calling. He did come the following day. Mark is an arborist and is very knowledgeable. He gave me additional advice on what to do with all the roots on my locust tree and some general tips about tree health. He placed 10 Micro-injections in the tree for web worm treatment. He was more than happy to answer all my questions.

I called Mark on a Friday afternoon and he called me back on Sunday afternoon and we scheduled him to come out that Tuesday June 5th. The pines needed to be removed by June 18th, because the children's playset was scheduled to be installed. He came back out to do the work on June 12th. They got to the house on time and began doing the work. The yard looks great and the kids love their playset. I will call him in the fall to come out and fertilize the trees.

He was very prompt and courteous and came out very quickly.

Mark returned my phone call quickly & quickly came out to do an estimate. In looking at a tree, he said he could trim it up, but it would only buy time and the tree was in fact dying. He said he could not remove it with the crane he had & he would have to rent a crane but said the price of that would be extremely high because of the rental. Another tree company said they could take it down with a small crane. I mentioned this to Mark and he said that he could do it with a small crane too, but the crane would rip off lots of limbs of a neighbors tree that was in the way. He said if I was only going to be in the home a couple years the best bet would be for him to remove dead parts of tree for now, but if intending to stay longer it was inevitible that the tree would have to be removed at one point. I stated I intended in staying in the home long. Mark recommened a tree company that had very large cranes that could do the job with out any problems and said they had a great reputation.

Did a great job removing a very large tree and grinding the stump. Estimate was in line with two other tree companies. Went with Arbor Care on the recommendation of a friend.

He came right away. He was personable. They were fast.

The one man shimmied up the trees to tie them off. All of them exactly where they said they would. These guys were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. There weren't any stupid jokes or fooling around. Their prices were very good, maybe even a little less than some others.

NO CALL BACK FOR OVER 3 WEEKS!!!

HE WAS VERY PROMPT, VERY EFFICIENT, AND VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY. EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP AND YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN I HAD A TREE REMOVED.
