For the Commercial side we work with all the Property Management companies, Condo Associations as well as New Construction Projects we offer Free Layout drawings, Free Mailbox Configurations and Free Estimates. Also a complete line of Apartment mailboxes for inside and outside. We are authorized dealers for some well established companies such as Auth-Florence Manufacturing, Imperial Mailbox Systems, Brandon Industries and many more. Very satisfied.
Description of Work: Replaced my mail box and post which had been hit by a car. When I called they were able to access my subdivision's specs and came with unit already assembled. Courteous, professional, quality work and materials.

I had a very good experience with this company. It is a small local company, and both people that I spoke with (office and installation) were very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and informative. All my questions were answered completely so that I could make a choice of which installer to choose (I checked a couple of different companies). I was well guided to determine which was the best combination of mailbox and post for my home.The installer arrived precisely on time and had the post and mailbox installed in an amazingly short time. The box is good quality (I chose an extra large box of standard quality) and the post is attractive and sturdy ( I chose a 6x6 post). I am extremely pleased. My neighbor was so impressed with their work that he hired Mailboxes by Design on the spot to replace his post and mailbox.

Excellent service. Called on Tuesday and my new mail box was installed on Friday. Helped me select the right mail box for my needs. Installation went great and new mailbox looks wonderful. Priced very reasonably and service very professional. Extremely happy customer!

I called and talked to Mail Boxes by Design and within 24 hours I had a new mailbox installed and the old one hauled away. My old mailbox was embarrasing and falling apart. I looked at the box stores for a solution but they were just going to degrade like the old one. I checked out MBD's website and had an idea what I wanted before I called, and had a new mailbox the next day. I couldn't be happier with the product or the service!

THESE FOLKS RESPONDED TO THE CALL RIGHT AWAY. THEY BROUGHT THE RIGHT BOX FOR THE AREA, FIXED IT THE SAME DAY IN BAD CONDITIONS, AND THE COST OF THE REPAIR INCLUDED THE LABOR. THE WHOLE THING WAS HANDLED ON THE PHONE, AND THEY INVOICED ME BY MAIL.
