Description of Work: While Joe was doing contracted repairs back in June he pointed out the need for the south wall of my garage to be repaired. My budget didn't allow for work to be immediately done and I told Joe I would call in fall. He suggested I keep in mind to not wait too long due to weather. Scheduled work for early September and while he was doing the brick wall repair my husband asked him to look at a part of the gutter that was disconnected at the front of my house. Joe quoted a cost but then kindly did the repair to reattach the disconnected portion for no cost. My garage is now leak free and my gutter no longer dumps water on the entry steps. THANKS JOE! Integrity through and through.

Description of Work: Spoke w/Joe about replacing my concrete sidewalk, which was cited by the city of Shaker Heights. I was unsure about the work that needed to be done, so Joe called the city for me. They told him about what was required and Joe called me back to tell me that the city would offer the best value, as they do it in large volume. I truly appreciate his effort in going the "extra" mile, even to tell me that he could not do the job. He is obviously an honest guy.
