Joe is a very courteous and hard working individual. He responded in a timely manner, out bid his competitors and his work passed inspection without a comment. Exellent work....timely and professional

They did a terrific job leveling our sandstone walkway and replaced a large piece of cracked stone. Joe also did a beautiful job of tuck pointing the front of the house and the front porch. Everything was done punctually and professionally, and they did a great job cleaning up the work site! I would definitely hire again, plus Joe is a really good person!

We contacted this company for an estimate to repair our brick porch. The company primarily does tuckpointing, according to the owner, and he said he'd only be able to "fill in" the space between the wall and the steps. That's fair. I'm glad he said that rather than taking on a job that was too complex for his company to complete. However, he did seem unprofessional on the call.

Mr. Schillero was incredibly responsive, quickly establishing an appointment time and making sure the work was done on schedule and in a very professional fashion. He guaranteed that the work would pass city inspection. It was a pleasure to work with Integrity Contracting and I would highly recommend them for a variety of other contracting needs.

All work was done well. What was remarkable was that the contractor came back after the job was finished to do some additional work caulking the side of the door, for no additional money! WOW!!!

Joe performed tuckpointing under a third story attic window. He did a great job. It was difficult to find someone with the appropriate ladder to do the work so his help was greatly appreciated.

Joe arrived early with his son and they got to work immediately, lifting each slab in turn and placing a mixture of sand and pulverized stone underneath. They corrected the spacing between slabs so they were level, evenly spaced, and aligned correctly to shed water. They patched one of the slabs that had begun spalling with a special mortar compound that matched the existing stone, so the repair is virtually invisible. They left the job site in perfect condition even though we weren't around when they left. We hired this company because they do not make holes in the stones to lift them mechanically; they lift the stones by hand using a special wood lever tool. Very highly recommended for owners of historic homes who want to preserve their sandstone slab sidewalks.

Joe responded very quickly, possibly same day. Came out to do estimate next day without needing me home. Estimate was emailed same day. Other companies did not get back to me for many days. One required my wife & I both be present. 2 other quotes want extensive (excessive) work to be done & were many, many times more expensive. Joe was super responsive, quick to take action, realistic about what needed to be done, very reasonable price wise, got the job done within days (one contractor wanted to wait until Spring), did supurb work, cleaned up very thoroughly, & was an all around pleasure to work with.

Joe, the owner, and Ethan (whom I took to be his apprentice) undertook a pair of projects for me, a rather extensive repair of cracked mortar joints on my home’s brick fascia, the repair of the odd spalled brick, and the power washing of two back patios, one concrete and one fragile sandstone. Joe deeply ground out the existing joints and assigned the tuckpointing to Ethan, which he accomplished competently. The resulting repair is a thorough one that I am confident will be entirely durable, barring anything other than a local earthquake. Ethan undertook the patio cleaning and accomplished this quite professionally. He was particularly careful with the sandstone patio, which has special sentimental value and is subject to scarring if the pressure on the power washer is not properly modulated. He filled the open joints between the loose laid slabs with finings and smoothed and leveled these to a near artistic finish. I make as special note of Ethan’s exceptional politeness of demeanor. I thought the price fair for the work involved and would again contact Integrity should I have further projects within their scope of competence.

Integrity doesn't do driveways, but rather focuses on sidewalk repair. They were quick to respond, and I fully understand that they don't do the repair I requested. They were very quick to get in touch with me so that I could continue my search for repair.
