Joe at Integrity Contracting is a nice, honest guy who does great work at a fair price. He patiently answered all my questions, and leveled the concrete without drilling any holes. I can't get over the difference in my front walkway -- he did an awesome job! Will definitely hire again. Highly recommend. Update: Joe came out on May 26 and leveled the front walkway at my Mom's house and also the walk along the side of her garage. Another excellent job! He took great care with the landscaping -- moving my sister's flowers out of harm's way. He did have to trim the hostas on the side of the house, but he was careful not to cut them back too far.

It went extremely well. The best part was there was no drilling involved. Looks great and I did not have to do a thing. When they left it was clean and the sidewalk looks like it was when it was originally installed. Great people to have them do any leveling you need.

Joe came out last year to provide an estimate to fix some masonry around our brick house. We weren't able to use the service until this year and have only completed a portion of the work so far. He let me know an approximate time to complete the work but it depended on weather. He called To check on our availability on Monday and was able to do the job that day. He was responsive and professional. We will be using his service to complete our project.

I was notified by the city that several of my sidewalk blocks needed to be leveled. I had seen Joe and his crew in my neighborhood recently and gave him a call. Joe returned my call that evening, looked at the job within a few days and submitted an estimate. Joe advised that his work was guaranteed to pass a city inspection. Within a week, the 3 slabs were leveled and I passed the inspection. I am very pleased with the results.

They were prompt and professional. Communication and responsiveness was the best I have had. The job was well done. They made sure the sidewalks had a slight pitch to them so that water would go away from the house. I would contact them again.

Joe came to the house the day I called to take a look and provide an estimate. He provide two estimates. One for raising the adjoining slabs and the other for root removal to lower the slab in question. We discussed both options and Joe provided his expert opinion on which way to go. He suggested raising the adjoining slabs for a variety of reasons that made complete sense to me. I called a week later to schedule the work and he was able to come that same day. The work was done quickly and professionally. The neighbors even commented on the work. I would use this company again!

My steps look beautiful!!! Leveled sidewalk from driveway to porch. I fell much safer walking on the sidewalk now. Joe promptly returned my phone call and quickly provide an estimate. The actual cost was even less then the estimate! Would highly recommend Joe!

The City of Lakewood is in the process of reviewing all residents' sidewalks for trip hazards and other safety violations. I had one sandstone block that needed to be leveled due to tree roots from an ash tree on the adjacent tree lawn. The sandstone block is too large for one person to remove and replace without risk of breaking, so I called two different providers. One did not do sandstone, but Integrity agreed to take a look and quote the job. Joe was on the quote very quickly, giving me an option for one block or the entire sidewalk (although the city just cited one block). Due to the price, I took the one block that was noted by the city. One call with Joe and he scheduled his crew to come less than a week later. They were at my house on the day promised and the work was done by the time I got home from work. As promised, the work was done as agreed upon. Sandstone being what it is, there were a couple of chips off the stone block, but was to be expected based on its composition and the area in which the work was done. Overall, the price to clear the city violation was not the least expensive, but the outcome was what I needed.

Joe was very prompt and courteous with the initial quote and was here to do the work within two days of giving the estimate. He and his son did a great job and the clean-up after was top notch. Will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

Excellent. From the start, Joe was professional. I telephoned, he visited our home to give an estimate, and then we agreed to the work. He and his crew arrived when they said they would. Worked hard, worked efficiently, and completed the work. The sidewalk is repaired, level, and he repaired and added to the step.

So very pleased with the level service. Integrity is the perfect name for this company. Work was scheduled quickly and completed perfectly; this is the company you want to hire to get the job done, I highly recommend them.

It went very well. I had an estimate in my mailbox a few hours after calling. The price wasn't cheap, but concrete isn't cheap. The original request was only for replacement of the cracked sidewalks, but Joe took the initiative to investigate other problems in the front of my house, made good proposals, and I decided to accept them. I already had a lot of trust because of the strong recommendation from a friend who had recently hired the company. The work was begun quickly and proceeded well (helped by good weather). Joe was consistently pleasant and professional, and his workers were pleasant to deal with as well. At times I have worked with contractors who were themselves competent but had incompetent or sloppy assistants. Definitely not a problem here. This is a situation where the process and result were entirely satisfactory. Joe and his assistants went the extra mile, using grass and dirt they had to remove to fill in a depression in my lawn and damage done to the lawn by a snow plow. I can highly recommend Integrity Contracting.

Joe leveled several difficult sidewalk blocks which were cited by Cleveland Heights. He came out promptly to give me a quote and while he was there, I asked for pricing on leveling a few other spots not cited by the city. All work was completed quickly and thoroughly.... so much so that when the snow started falling this winter and I started shoveling... it was a smooth path all the way along. Ahhhhhhhh. Thanks Joe! I will definitely call you again!

Joe came out to appraise the situation the day after I called. Gave me a detailed explanation of the work involved and was out the next day to actually perform the repair. I was really impressed at how nice it all came out. He even repaired a small crack in my front porch which wasn't part of the original estimate. I am very happy with the work from Integrity Contracting and would definitely hire them again.

Joe did a fine job on my house. He fixed areas that had been in need of repair for a number of years. With older brick homes it is difficult to find experienced craftsmen to match their repair work to the original masonry - Joe did exactly what I wanted. I will have him come back and do some more work in the near future. I highly recommend him.

Excellent work. I was cited by the city of Cleveland Heights because our sidewalk stone blocks were uneven. Integrity Contracting leveled the sidewalk, and also leveled a stone in the walkway from the sidewalk to the house. Additionally there was a stone paver in the walkway to the house that was chipped and could cause a person to fall, this was patched. All walkways are now level and much safer for pedestrians and for our family.

The entire process went smoohtly. Joe and the team at Integrity were professionals from beginning to end. I was kept up do date through every step in the process from estimate until job completion. Overall, we chose Integrity for the leveling to avoid the look of 'holes and patches' that are a result of traditonal mudjacking. While the cost was slightly higher (~10%) we couldn't be happer. The work was professional and best of all you can hardly tell any work was ever done. We'd recommned Integrity Contracting to anyone.
