Integrity Contracting is and has been my go to company throughout the years for concrete services. Company owner, Joe, provides outstanding service and does excellent work.

Joe came out, gave an estimate and repaired it the same day. He cleaned up the area very well. I've used Joe before and once again was very satisfied with the results.

I e-mailed them thru Angie;s List, and they never replied. Maybe they can explain why. Not very professional. Not sure how to rate somebody like this?

Responded promptly to our phone call. Went to the house & provided an estimate that was less than another we received. Was able to get the job done in the next few days and all looks good. Would definitely recommend & use again.

The job was excellent. Joe does the work himself with the same care as if it was his own house. I watched the progress. If he was not satisified with the way a panel looked...he picked it up and re-set it. Old school work ethic and craftsmanship. Very rare today. He stays and works on the job until it is right. We had three other companies quote the job. You know when first meeting Joe he is the one you want doing your work.

Awesome! Joe is professional, completes work as discussed, (and most importantly!), informed on local codes, so work meets the toughest standards at Cleveland Heights. My sidewalk is level now, and ready for inspection. Estimate matched final bill and in line with other similar companies. Definitely hire again.

I have had this work done before in another area a few years ago and I wish that I had used this company the last time. They did a great job and I would recommend them very highly. There price was slightly higher than another quote but I liked the gentleman that I spoke to, so I decided to go with them and I am glad that I did.

I sent Joe an email explaining what needed to be done. I had front steps and walk that were sinking and needed tuck pointing. I am on the west side & he came out from the east side to give me an estimate. I could tell from his follow up phone call that he has been fixing this kind of thing for a long time and would do an excellent job. He did not do the type of leveling I needed, but he recommended someone who could, and they did it quickly and for a great price. I also had some spots on the side that needed filling, especially around the window frames and a cracked stone sill. Joe came out about a week later and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with his workmanship. He even went "above and beyond" the quoted price by grinding out and filling the spots where the raining had pulled away from the front step. He definitely did a bit more work than was originally quoted, especially the outstanding job on the side of the building. Thoroughly professional, cleaned up everything, and provided excellent value for the money in my opinion.

Joe called me back inside of an hour and came out that same day. He repaired the new cracks on the planter and a couple more around the property. Excellent service and would hire again.

The 2 Mr. Schilleros (father and son) were exceptional! They arrived right on time, performed the work skillfully, quickly (they beat the rain!) and professionally at a very fair price, and they were not only courteous, but a downright pleasure! Possibly they are best described as having "good, old fashioned work ethic." Truly a lucky find on my part; I would most definitely recommend them and hire them again!

I needed some sidewalk leveling due to city inspections. Other cost estimates I got were in the $800-900 range. Joe offered his service different from the others for $250. They did the work the following day and it passed inspection just fine. I would definitely call them again!

Integrity contracting came out and gave me the options available for my leveling project. They gave me a date that they guaranteed the work would be done by and called with a few days notice on actually starting the job. The length of time for completion of the job was accurate and the crew completed the job without issue.

A 2 man crew came out first to clean and prepare the involved areas including power washing the brick structure. Joe came out later in the day to complete the work. Both times the clean-up work was done very well. Completely satisfied with finished products.

Integrity has leveled a number of sidewalk tiles for me, lifting and leveling where possible or removing and replacing when that was needed. The work has been excellent. Joe was prompt in getting me an estimate, made sure I was comfortable with the scope of the work to be performed, and quickly completed the job. I felt that the price was quite reasonable for the work performed. I strongly recommend Integrity Contracting to anyone looking to have concrete leveled.
