I called Integrity Contracting to get an estimate for correcting sections of our public sidewalk. Joe came out and gave us a few options, including just leveling the pavers, leveling and cutting out the tree roots, and also replacing a broken section with new concrete. I liked that we were given a few options. In the end their quote was a little higher than the company we went with (though the Integrity quote included replacing more sections of the sidewalk, that is why it was a little higher). I would certainly consider this company in the future.

I agreed to his estimate. He secured the permit and did the work in one day. I'm pleased that I did not have to replace the sidewalk with concrete. He did an good job leveling it.

It was a total professional and satisfying experience. The owner made sure I was satisfied with the work. The job was completed exactly the way I wanted it. I would not hesitate to call Integrity Contracting, Inc. again. The work was done quickly, completely, and at a reasonable price. They came out exactly when they said they would.

The work was done in two days. The men were polite and efficient. All clean-up after job done. Very satisfied with the work.

Within 2 hours of receiving my request for an estimate, Joe was here. He and his crew arrived on time with the permit, and completed the extensive repair work within the time he gave me. He reviewed the work with me every day as it was being done. He was able to salvage large pieces of the sandstone and rebuild many of the sections, preserving the original look of the sidewalk (we live in an historic district, so that was a nice touch). The concrete he poured set up well and looks fine. He was unfailingly pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

I called several concrete contractors from Angie's list and Joe (owner) phoned me back the same day. I explained my problem and he asked for the address so that he could take a look and explain what I needed. He phoned back the following day and explained that the best way to fix the problem was to raise the entire walk from the driveway end to the first step. Since the first step was only a 6 inch rise, which was 2 inches less than the other two, he recommended to raise the walk to incorporate that step. It was genius! We agreed on a price and his crew came the following week and completed the job in one afternoon. All of the flower beds on either side of the walk were returned to their original condition, all debris was removed and the driveway and walk were clean. The walk is wonderful and incorporating the first step looks great. Best of all, no more pooling of rain water. Joe also filled a couple of cracks in the driveway while he was there. It was easy and enjoyable working with Integrity and I am planning on using them again on my two sons' houses in the near future. I enthusiastically recommend Integrity!

Working with Joe was a pleasurable experience. We agreed that I would send him via email a picture of the problem. He was then able to contact me back with his recommendations. We agreed via email on the contract. He called on Saturday and indicated that he had time to do the job and that it was warm enough for the cement. He arrived when he said he would, Did a good job of measuring before any work was begun and cleaned up after the job was completed. It was wonderful to work with someone who came up with an economical solution to the problem and was willing to fit a small job into a busy schedule.

I am so impressed with the responsiveness of Joe and Integrity Contracting! We started our communication via e-mail. I described the situation and sent a couple of photos. Joe replied that they could handle the job, explained what would be required, and gave me a verbal ballpark estimate. He then came out in person to look more closely and gave me a written estimate. It was probably only a week later that he came and completed the job (which only took one day!) The results are amazing! The walk is nice and level and hasn't settled at all in the last couple of months. The steps look so much better with their mortar replaced! From start to finish, the experience was great! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I wanted them to remove two slabs and pour two new ones. He was out there and he did an estimate, I just thought the price was a little high.

I ended up going with someone else because of the price, but I was very pleased with the punctuality of their service. I was really satisfied. They quoted me $1100 for the job. When I called the company, the guy who came out was very punctual and responsive to me. He came out the same day and gave me a quote. He was very nice and professional.

I got two estimates from contractors listed on Angie's List to raise the settled section of the existing sidewalk that goes from our driveway to the front door. Both estimates were for $300.00. As we understand it, there are two methods of raising settled concrete. One involves drilling holes through the concrete slabs and then pumping liquid concrete through the holes which lifts the slab. We chose Integrity Contracting because their method does not involve drilling holes; they lifted the settled sidewalk with large lever arms and then spread gravel underneath to solidly support the concrete slabs. Not only do not have holes in the slabs, but they did not damage our lawn or landscaping with heavy equipment to do the work. We are very happy with the finished product.

A family member had called to request estimates for sidewalk levelling. Joe was prompt and timely, leaving 2 options for repair to fit different budgets. When I contacted him with further questions, he came again to my house to walk through the evaluation. He stated he would be able to complete the repairs within the week. He called mid morning on a weekend to make sure that it was okay to perform the work that day before coming. He and his crew arrived and worked continuously through the day to finish the job. They used over a ton of crushed limestone to raise and level 10 blocks and had to return the following workday to level the final slab, The uneven block was cordoned off for the night so noone would trip. He also patched some chips in the blocks that were present before his team started repairs. Joe and his crew were fantastic, professional as well as just plain friendly. Even when I was nosy and wanted to check on how things were going, he took the time to introduce me to the team and explain what they were doing. I will definately use Integrity to do any further work on my property in the future..GREAT COMPANY!!

We were extremely impressed with Integrity Contracting. Joe was very punctual in answering our calls and always arrived as scheduled. He explained to us what would happen at every step of the process and was very patient in answering our questions. The work was compled as promised and Joe and his workers did a beautiful job. We would certainly call Joe again and we highly recommend Integrity Contracting.

I called Integrity and spoke to Joe. Joe called back in a couple days with an estimate and timeframe. Joe completed the job for the estimated cost within the timeframe. The job was cleaned up and able to use immediately just as promised. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. He did what he said he would. He was very polite and nice. He went above and beyond as far as I was concerned. The tree had actually grown over the concrete in a place and damaged it. He came back and replaced the concrete at no extra charge and did a wonderful job all around. THANKS AGAIN JOE!!!

Called Integrity. I didn't need to call anyone else because they had done work for me many, many years ago and I was extremely satisfied with the job and the cost. They are an honest and reliable company. I would definitely call them again in the future if I needed any sidewalk or other leveling done.

I had several small areas I wanted tuckpointed before the winter arrived. Joe promptly came out after receiving my request for a quote. He returned a second time a day or so later to discuss the job with me. He is very detail-oriented, as am I, and he just wanted to make sure he understood my expectations. A day later he returned to do the job. I was extremely pleased with the work. Joe did a good job matching my home's original mortar color. He also did a fantastic job creating a faux brick out of mortar -- a large portion of one of the bricks underneath the furnace exhaust pipe had cracked and fallen away. The new "brick" he created is almost indistinguishable from the real ones. In addition, Joe gave me some good advice regarding another masonry project -- something I can do myself. I really appreciate his honesty.

I contacted Integrity Concrete based on input from Angie's List. I live in Columbus, therefore haven't met Joe in person and completed our transactions via fax and phone. From speaking to Joe, I got a good feeling about him and my gut instincts proved to be correct. He faxed the work order for me to sign and return. Once that was done, he was on the job; which was appreciated since I was on a time crunch for the city inspection. Joe and his team completed the work, on time and with no surprises. The driveway passed inspection and I'm happy. I would HIGHLY recommend Integrity Concrete to anyone and would use them again when needed. Vera Jovanovic

Job went exceptionally well. I got the estimate and had the work competed in less than 5 days. Very happy.

I called a couple of concrete contractors from Angie's list. Integrity Contracting called back quickly and worked with me even after hours by asking me to send pictures of the job on the computer. I was given two prices depending on my budget. There was a slight delay when they came to review the job and found no parking due to roofers and other contractors in the neighborhood. Mr. Schillero expressed himself in what I consider a somewhat gruff manner, however, a reasonable time frame was agreed upon and they came out and completed the job. They were effecient, clean and timely. The job took the hour he estimated it would take.

I contacted Integrity Contracting to correct several exterior violations. My initial phone call was quickly returned by Joe and he told me he would come out within the next few days and leave me an estimate. A few days later, Joe called me at work -- he was at my home looking at the job and he had a few questions. He talked me through what he thought should be done, gave me a price over the phone, and guaranteed the work would pass inspection. He left a written copy of the estimate and guarantee in my mail slot. After getting another estimate, I decided to go with Integrity. I phoned Joe a few days before the Labor Day weekend and left a message stating I wished to hire him and asking him to put me on his work schedule. He called me back about 2 hours later and asked if he could do the job the very next day, which was fine with me. I came home the next evening from work and was absolutely delighted with the results! I was especially pleased with the work done on the sandstone patio. The city had told me I needed to REPLACE the whole patio, which I thought was ludicrous. Joe agreed. He leveled several blocks, replaced two that were broken/cracked and cleaned the rest, ground out most of the concrete in which many of the blocks were set, and filled the joints with crushed stone. The patio looks brand new! The crew cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. This, combined with the method used to level the sidewalk and walkway (not very invasive or obtrusive) -- well, you'd never know any work was done... except, of course, for the fact that my violations have been corrected. I have already recommended Integrity Contracting to one of my neighbors. My only criticism: must the company truck have incredibly large print advertising VIOLATIONS corrected? ;)

Came promptly to provide quote and was very timely in scheduling repairs. Was professional and fair in identifying sections for repair. Performed repair work efficiently, did a very good job and the area was very neat and clean when they finished.

I used the 15% Angie's List discount that was on the site. The work was done quickly, and without incident. No problems. I find that mentioning that I got their name from Angie's List often gets quick and good service. I asked if the quote included the discount, and he said no, and immediately lowered it.

Integrity manually lifted and packed under the steps, and fixed several spots in the concrete that were cracking and breaking away. They were swift, prompt and very professional.

Very responsive to our call. Came to the house on the day we called to give an estimate. Came back two weeks later (our schedule needs) to complete the work. He dealt with 7 sections of the front sidewalk, where he had to separate, lift, and level the sidewalk. One section required that tree roots be removed. Joe and his son worked diligently. We were impressed with their excellent, professional job.
