Description of Work: Nick and his crew showed up when they promised, they did a careful job that turned out beautifully (sanded and refinished maple floors). They worked around our schedule and everything was done to our complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: THEY SANDED, STAINED AND REFINISHED HARDWOOD FLOORS IN OUR DINING ROOM AND HALL. THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL. WHILE THEY WERE THERE WE ALSO ASKED THEM TO SAND OUR DECK TO REMOVE THE DECK PAINT THAT HAD NOT ADHERED WELL AND HAD FLAKED OFF, AND THEY CHEERFULLY DID SO. THE DECK, TOO, LOOKS GREAT. THE BIGGER PART OF THE PROJECT WAS TEAR OUT AND REPLACEMENT OF VINLY FLOOR COVERING IN THE KITCHEN WITH CERAMIC TILE. THIS INCLUDED A COUPLE OF CLOSETS AND A HALF BATHROOM. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. THE GUYS SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD EACH DAY AND WORKED HARD TO FINISH THE JOB WITHIN THE EXPECTED TIME PERIOD. THEY TOOK CARE TO PREVENT DUST FROM ENTERING OTHER PORTIONS OF THE HOUSE (ALTHOUGH A BIT OF THAT IS INEVITABLE) AND CLEANED UP WELL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE JOB. THEIR PRICE WAS SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER THAN THE OTHER BID WE GOT AND THE FINAL BILL WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE EXPECTED. WE WILL LIKELY PROCEED TO DO THE REMAINDER OF OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS WHICH, AT PRESENT, ARE COVERED WITH CARPET, LATER THIS YEAR. ALL IN ALL, THIS WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY PLEASED. THE FLOORS LOOK BETTER THAN WE EVER EXPECTED. THEY WERE AT LEAST A THIRD CHEAPER THAN THE REST OF OUR ESTIMATES. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. THEY WERE ACCURATE WITH THEIR DATE OF SERVICE AND IT WAS FINISHED BEFORE SCHEDULE. L&L WAS RECOMMENDED TO US BY FRIENDS WHO HAD USED THEM AND BEEN REALLY HAPPY WITH THEIR PRICE AS WELL AS WITH THEIR WORK. WE HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES DONE AND L&L WAS THE MOST REASONABLE. I HAD 3 ESTIMATES. THIS WAS THE BEST. LINDA CAME AND GAVE THE ESTIMATE AND WAS ABLE TO WORK US RIGHT IN. THE FLOORS LOOK GREAT AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY EVEN ADDED A ROOM ON TO THE PROJECT AND IT WAS REASONABLE. THEY WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE FLOORS.

MEMBER CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE SHE NEVER RECEIVED HER ESTIMATE. NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL UNTIL THE THIRD TIME AND LINDA BLAMED IN ON HER. ESTIMATE STILL NEVER CAME.
