They did a great job.
Description of Work: I used the "Big Deal" that I purchased for the services of Greenix Pest Control. I had a rental house that had some mice in the house so they helped us with that. The second one was we had some openings outside the home where critters could get in so they helped us seal all those up and made sure they couldn't get into the dwelling.

Description of Work: We requested extermination services from Greenix. Due to some unforeseen problems, the scheduled date for their visit didn't work for us. I called & they could not have been more accommodating. Their representative (Willie) was punctual, confirmed the areas of concern we had, explained absolutely everything one could want to know about what he would be doing to resolve the problems & proceeded to do his work. He was professional, answered all questions we had when we would ask, sprayed & set traps inside as well as our yard/exterior of the house. When he was done, he reported to us what he had done, how long his applications would take before we saw substantial change & what he found we had not seen. We felt he provided the service we requested but more than that - - he wanted to be sure we knew what he did & why. We were very impressed with his professionalism & his friendly demeanor. He left us with an MSDS reference sheet so we knew what was used in case of any unforeseen issues.

Description of Work: Spraying for insects inside and outside (perimeter) of the house. We were able to schedule a treatment shortly after buying the coupon and the service peformance went very well. We have cats so the environmentally friendly treatment is good for us. The cats had no reaction and we have had few insects since the treatment.
