I am extremely dissatisfied with Greenix Pest Control's monthly subscription plan. Despite paying $78 per month, they consistently failed to meet the obligations outlined in their contract. Scheduled services were either missed or delayed and when the technicians did show up, the treatments were ineffective in addressing the pest issues we were experiencing. After multiple attempts to receive the service we were promised, we decided to cancel. To our frustration, Greenix refused to allow us to cancel without charging a $299 cancellation fee, even though they had not fulfilled their contractual obligations. This is particularly frustrating as their own contract states that Greenix reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time, without further subscription payments. Yet, they seem unwilling to apply this clause in favor of customer satisfaction. The company is more focused on locking customers into long-term contracts than on providing reliable and effective service. Their refusal to honor their own cancellation policy reflects poorly on their business practices. To put things into perspective, we signed the contract on July 26, 2024, and had our first service on July 30, 2024. The treatment was ineffective, and we had to request another service on August 13, 2024. Despite continued pest issues, they are not scheduled to return until October 29, 2024—after paying $78 monthly. We have already paid $733 to this company, yet the problem remains unresolved. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Greenix to anyone seeking reliable pest control or fair customer service. Their business practices are disappointing, and their services are unreliable.
Description of Work: Hired them for ant removal and stink bugs in July 2024. As of October 2024 I still have all the bugs and more. I have had 2 treatments and still no relief.

The salesman traveled door to door on a hoverboard making sales. I really did not need their service, if it was not for my neighbor signing up in his driveway while I was helping him with his lawnmower I probably would of told the salesman not interested. Most signing was done on the salesman's 4" iPad never did he mention there would be a cancellation fee. I signed up for 18 months, for insects and vole/moles.
Description of Work: They serviced my home same day as salesman sold the pest control service to me by spraying powder around perimeter and placing 4 bait traps. Next I heard or seen anything from them was via SMS 3 months later saying they serviced my home that day. Service log stated they placed new bait in traps and powdered the perimeter. I looked at my 8 camera NVR and never seen them replace the bait just walked around home dusting the mulch bed. I still see no less spiders making webs on home, vole holes right next to bait traps so paying $75/mo for the last 6 months was doing nothing for me so I called to cancel and they charged $299/+tax. $319 to my account as a cancellation fee. If I would of kept paying it would cost another $900 for services that accomplished nothing. So it cost me $803 for 6 months of service that I would of been better off going to big box store and buying my own bait traps and insect repellant.

Very poor service. I had an issue from day 1. Got a quote and asked if they could come the same day. I was told yes there’s a tech in my area and if for some reason the manager does not approve I would receive a call back. No call back and sat around all day waiting for no one to show up. Called customer service that evening and was told they won’t be coming, they offered me a credit, due to my personal schedule I couldn’t schedule for a week out. I tried to cancel the subscription within the 3 business days and had an issue with that, you have to talk to a manager which they seem not available or busy and I was told by 2 customer service reps that I had time since the initial service was not done. Initial service- tech was great but nothing done because I was locked into the subscription…. Then they agreed to just do the initial service and took away the discount I was provided during my first call. I do not recommend this company at all and very upset with their service.
Description of Work: Removal of bees nests. They charge you a small amount right away, I will be getting that refunded since no work was completed.

They informed me that I could get out of the contract at the beginning. When I called to cancel my contract, they refused to do so without a large cancellation fee (over $250 including tax).
Description of Work: I had a file. The initial treatment was enough. They refused to stop treating my house unless I paid a cancellation fee.

This has got to be the worst company when dealing with ants. I only have the one issue and they can't seem to get it right. I feel like they spray an attractant down instead of a chemical to deter them because they get worse after and they just tell us that's normal. Gonna call and complain and see if I can get my money back or at least stop paying and I will try it myself.

Our experience with Greenix has been the worst ever. Bad service, bad product, bad customer service. They use water not chemical. The same day they should spray my home and yard I could not open any of my 3 entrance doors due to the amount of bugs, mosquito's swarming the doors as well as spider weds and spiders. We would call and complain they would send someone out and still my home covered in bugs my yard the same. All summer it has been a constant battle with Greenix. This is a company that truly doesn't care about their customers. They want to charge a 250.00 cancelation free for a contract they don't tell you, you are in. The company is a scam and I truly don't think all the Greenix companies are part of the Greenix headquarters in Utah. Delaware is not in their service market. The average time any tech ever spent spraying my entire home and just under 1 acre yard was about 10 minutes. How is that possible? How is it possible to have such a huge amount of bugs, spider and cobwebs at each entrance door the same day service was provided? Greenix has to be the worst company for service, product customer service and follow up. We are paying for a useless worthless service that Greenix proudly only displays the 5 score reviews not the truthful fact filled honest reviews. Greenix sucks!!!!

They sprayed Demand CS chemical all over my neighbor's yard close to a feeder creek of Elkhorn Creek (I have it on video being sprayed there). The Demand CS label says it is highly toxic to bees and fish. The internet says it may be toxic to cats as well. The "sprayer" looked a lot like a leaf blower (same noise level, high velocity blowing). I asked them not to spray because I have a garden on my side of the privacy fence. The sprayer girl told me the chemicals were safe. Later I found out that any vegetables that are hit with drifting Demand CS should be discarded. I could be out about $1000 worth of garden setup/vegetables this year. KY Dept of Agriculture is testing to see if my vegetables and blueberries are contaminated by their chemicals. If so, I have to discard them. Greenix refuses to notify my ahead of spraying, despite a KY law that says they have to notify adjoining neighbors 24 hours before spraying.

Service performance was actually very good. Timely, effective, good technicians, etc. No complaints there. But their sales and marketing approach is aggressive, overbearing, intrusive and obnoxious. Will not take "No, thanks" as an answer, and tried to "sneak in" services I had specifically refused previously. If you are a discerning consumer, be careful!!

They've been out twice the first time we were double-billed we were able to get that resolved came back 30 days later which was supposed to be free been billed quarterly but we're charged again we canceled our service with them would not recommend to anyone and to top it off we still have bugs I think eco-friendly means test friendly go to a company that uses chemicals to eradicate your problem in the end greenix became the pest

Buyer beware! This company is a scam. I have asked for the past year for them NOT come to my house and perform service unless I am home. They continued to come when I was not home and then proceed to leave a note on my door saying they were there. I finally had enough and cancelled my contract. When I called to cancel, they wanted to collect payment for my last service over the phone. I told them there is no way I was giving them my credit card and I requested a paper bill. Over the next several weeks, they continued to harass me about paying my bill over the phone. Each time I requested a paper bill. Finally after two months of harassment, they finally sent me a paper bill. I paid them through bill pay through my bank. They claim they never received payment and turned me over to a collection agency. My bank verified that a check was sent and it was cashed by GREENIX.

Perfect! Frank has been our tech for several months & is knowledgeable, courteous & friendly.He is very thorough at cleaning all of the spider webs,etc. Even cleaned our screened in porch ceiling area which no other tech has ever done! He gave us some info that the office did not offer us since we had heard animal noises in our attic line scurrying & chewing noises. When I called the office I was told the techs do not go into attics due to liability issues. Was not told that Greenix has people on staff to do wildlife removal work & such. Will call the office & ask for that if we hear any more attic critter noises. Much thanks to Frank & Greenix for helping keep our unwanted pests from our heavily wooded yard!

I have been with Greenix for a few years and was happy with them. This year, I decided to fix the drainage problem that was causing bugs to enter one side of the basement rather than continue to pay for pest control. Once the work was complete, I contacted Greenix through their website to request a cancellation. Over the past several months, I started getting calls from their techs saying they're on their way. I would inform them each time that I cancelled the service and asked them not come. One of the techs asked me to send an another email stating I wanted to cancel. This time, I sent an email directly to their email address and I did get a voicemail response acknowledging my request. Despite my multiple requests to cancel, Greenix showed up a few days ago while I was not at home and charged me $85. Had someone asked me 6 months ago if I would recommend them, I would have responded yes. After all of the hassle I've had to go through these past months trying to cancel, I would recommend going elsewhere.

I called for a follow up visit, and I was billed. Evidently you have to call after 10 days but before 14 days. This was supposed to be included. The sales person never stated that they were only able to treat up to 6 carpenter bee holes as part of my service. They salesperson that was at my home KNEW this was a primary concern. I chose not to continue service with them, and they said I was breeching my contract and would be charged a fee. I am currently disputing this and leaving negative reviews as many places as I can find.

I have used Greenix since 2016 and I am happy with their services. They charge me a reasonable price to routinely inspect and treat my home to keep pests out. Whenever I need them to do extra treatment inside they are accommodating at no extra charge. They also come out between treatments at no extra charge if something was unresolved. On today's treatment, they pointed out mice burrows around my home. Even though we do not think they are in the house, they offered a reasonable price to set out traps and keep the rodents away. The technicians are always friendly and accommodating. Unlike prior pest control services I used in the past that carelessly douse everything in poison, they show legitimate concern toward not spraying things around the house that kids or people may touch. Our house is bug free and I plan to keep using them.

I initially had Greenix out a few years ago for treatments for spiders and wasps. At that point they did a great job and the service lasted for around a year. That experience made the 3 subsequent visits that much more disappointing. I was killing at least one silverfish per day in the master closet and bathroom. I remembered the great service I received so I had Greenix out again. 1st visit... within a week, I was back to killing them at least once a day. I was out of town and did not have the opportunity to schedule a repeat visit. 2nd visit... again within a week, I was killing at least one a day but now they had spread to other areas of the house. I called Greenix and they scheduled a follow-up. 3rd visit... I never stopped killing silverfish. I called Greenix and their response was "pay for our recurring service with unlimited follow up visits". No apology for the non-existent service. Their entire response to multiple calls with no resolution is "pay us more money, more often for treatments that you already know are completely ineffective". I truly believe that if your house was on fire and they drove by, they would throw a glass of water at you, charge for the water then try to sell you on a water glass throwing plan. I will NEVER use this company again.
Description of Work: I had issues with silverfish and spiders. After multiple visits, I still have issues with silverfish.

In general they have a couple of different points of entry in terms of contact. There's a location in Utah, and then the one in Cincinnati. They don't particularly communicate well among them. The staff that came out the first day gave me info that was inaccurate. In between the first visit and the second visit the employee quit. When I called him after a couple of weeks of waiting, he apologized and informed me he had quit. I called Greenix back and they were going to send someone out to do the second part. The next guy that came out had a very different story about how their services work and how their contracts work. I decided to not treat that day until I talked to someone in corporate who reassured me the first info I was given was accurate. I agreed to have the young man come back out to do the second treatment. He came back out and did the rest of the treatment, but I found out he had treated in the garage and when I asked him he said that he said we had a lot of stuff in our garage but that is where we were having the biggest problem with the spiders. He agreed to come back out and treat the garage. We did see a decrease in the number of spiders we were seeing, and even considered signing a service contract with them, but there was so much inconsistency between all the different things we were told about the contracts. There were price discrepancies, uncertainty about how frequently they would treat and even when they would do the treatments.
