They actually came a little early for the scheduled appointment which worked out better for us. Asked if we had any questions and thoroughly explained what services they were providing

He was very professional and did the job quickly. Wore covers on his shoes and explained what he was doing. Very friendly. He used the organic option for the first application and said could use stronger next application if needed.

Description of Work: They sprayed/laid down repellant inside and outside my home, plus plugged a few holes where carpenter bees had been. The gentleman also was very courteous and explained things very well on many different aspects of bugs/pest control and prevention. Seemed to know his stuff.

Description of Work: When first scheduled, I was having some renovation work done. The Greenix tech recommended we wait until the renovationw was done so the spray wouldn't be disturbed by the workers. I was able to easily reschedule the site visit at no additional charge. One thing to note is that the organic spray has a really strong odor. not unpleasent like non-organic sprays, but still very strong. Some people would certainly react to it.
