Description of Work: Intial service was a good experience & the employee was professional in appearance. I watch him do the application around the home with a little spray doctor type spray applicator. I had to ask him frequently to apply areas he would walk by without any regard to spray what would look like a problem pest area. The spraying applied was not very strong in order or volume in which it came out. I understand that this was to be Eco safe etc, but the bottom line is the results. If you have a two story home, your definitely out of luck, they don't treat anything but single story homes according to the employee that performed the service. They came back again to retreat, but I wasn't present, so I really don't think they did much, first thing, no smell of any type of chemical or wet areas of dampness in shaded areas. Plus I recall the first time I had to ask him to spray areas that I felt were very vital to insects that were visable before & after their treatsments had failed. No need to redpond a third time if you don't get the results after the two or supposedly two treatments?! I guess if you get a deal through Angie's list, then the amount of true service is represented with actual service and quality product they use on your home. Maybe if I would of paid full price for the service, I may have recieved the real full service, not the watered down version. So if you have spiders or other pests, look elsewhere for your solution to rid of these insects.

Description of Work: The provider came out, spread granular pesticide outside the home and sprayed inside in the basement. Treatment worked well. They offered an extension on the service at additional cost, which I did not take.

Description of Work: I was looking for an environmentally friendly bug exterminator and came across Greenix. I sent them a message via Angie's List and received a call the next day. They were very helpful at answering my questions. The day they were scheduled to come treat I received a call 15 minutes early saying they had arrived at my house. Though I wasn't yet home they were able to start working around the outside. Once I let them inside the gentleman was fast & professional. He was done in no time, explained what he'd done & how it worked. He explained it takes 10-14 days to take full effect, and we noticed a drastic decrease in bug activity very quickly. I am happy with the service, and the guarantee that should we notice big activity again we can just call them for a free retreatment.

Description of Work: The service rep and field rep were both very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions that I had and were empathetic to the buggy situation we were in. I will use them again. I purchased the one time visit and not the contract for a year.

Description of Work: After purchasing the coupon, I waited to hear from Greenix to schedule the service. Approximately 10 days passed without a phone call. At that point, I sent a message via Angie's List for them to call me. I received a call and voicemail message. We then exchanged phone calls 2-3 times without ever connecting. It's now been 4 days since I left the last voicemail.

Description of Work: The technician was prompt (actually early) for the appointment. Did all the necessary spraying inside and outside of our home. They had to return two weeks later because we were seeing spiders in the house -not dead but still alive. Came back to our house to spray. Have had no problems since.

Description of Work: Great. Can't remember techs name but very informative. Answered all questions I had. We had ant hills outside and "stink bugs" inside and he got rid of both, even though he explained that the "stink bugs" might be hard to get rid of.

Description of Work: A door to door salesman stopped and explained the product and services I would received. I typically do not sign up for things from door to door guys, but they said they would get all my cobwebs and wasps nests down and treat for bugs inside and out. The day of my appointment it started to rain. The inside was done, the tech couldn't check my attic space due to the type of insulation I had plus I had to provide the ladder. He was going to return when the rain stopped to finished the job. I had concerns about him being able to reach the wasps nest with his ladder. I called the company. They were going to send out someone with a longer ladder. I did not get my cobwebs swept nor were the lower nests taken down. The specialist left the high nests on my roof and on the ground. The company did agree to cancel my service. Make sure you specifically ask to have you cobwebs brushed down. It is not included unless you specifically ask. This is not what the sales person said. They were very professional when cancelling my service.

Description of Work: Garrett was very knowledgable , and very professional.He took the time to explain the process of how and why he was doing what he was doing as he sprayed the yard for insects and mosquitoes. Garrett is a great asset to Greenix Pest Control.

Description of Work: Got rid of carpenter ants and general insect repellent surrounding the house; the cost is for quarterly visits for a year.

Description of Work: Greenix removed a large hornets nest from our buckeye tree, as well as a few branches surrounding the area to help prevent the hive from returning. A large portion was removed on the first day, but the worker needed to return the next day to complete. Nobody showed up the next day, and so the job was completed the following weekend. I wasn't too bothered by this, but I do believe someone should have contacted us first. Overall, they still did a great job, and I would use Greenix again.
