Description of Work: Price is for 4 quarterly treatments purchased through a Big Deal. |Sugar ant problem seems to be solved and total number of insects appears to have been reduced. I have pets so it is important that the treatments they use are safe for humans and animals.

Description of Work: Technician identified carpenter bees that were boring into deck railing and bench and laying eggs. He looked for any areas where the bees were active and treated. Technician was extremely polite and informative. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: It was okay, however, we still had a lot of ants to take care, especially carpenter ants that we did not know about until after the service was completed.

Description of Work: Inspected house and sprayed. Went well found some problems and helped with a plan for extermination

Description of Work: We'd had two tiny visiting friends during the polar vortex. Though not unexpected, as our property is partially wooded, the "visit" was not of the preferred type...thus, we wanted to make sure to forestall any repeat guests. Collin, the technician from Greenix, and his assistant came through for the initial visit. They set snap traps in areas where we had seen the mice, making sure they were high enough to avoid human and pet traffic. They showed us chewed plastic and cloth, evidence that little guests had indeed been making their way through unbeknownst to us. Collin said we should clean areas with chewed cloth and plastic using gloves to prevent contagion from rotavirus and other germs prior to the next visit so that they could see if the animals had returned. |The next week, Collins came back to recheck. He was glad to see that nothing had returned. He did note that, as the weather had warmed substantially, mice now had ample food and shelter sources in the woods. He recommended putting up external bait boxes to keep pests from entering in the first place. We agreed, and decided to go with that plan year round. We also opted in for Greenix's line of organic perimeter insect control using highly concentrated essential oils to keep the Asiatic ladybugs and brown recluse spiders where they belong, which Nick and Zack came to apply for us. We were so impressed with the Greenix personnel and products. We would recommend them to anyone needing a solution with minimal environmental impact and maximum household control.

Description of Work: I am not sure we will renew. We may try someone else. We still see bugs in the house. Our work schedule makes it difficult to meet them and all the work is done outside. |We don't have any massive infestation, but we didn't before we hired them.
