Description of Work: The representative who came out was very professional and completed the service as expected. My overall rating is based on the pricing. After the service, I received an invoice for over $45 less than what I had actually paid to Angie's List. When I called to question why I was receiving a bill and whether I would receive a credit for the difference in cost, I was told that the bill was an error and their actual cost was $189. The bill I received was the difference between their cost and what I paid, however the onsite representative told us additional visits would be $99. The billing person could not explain where the difference was coming from and seemed to have no interest in rectifying my concerns. I walked away from the call feeling a bit duped and not trusting this provider. Won't use them again.

Description of Work: Sprayed for Mosquitos, purchased three application package. They've notified me before coming out. When they're here, I hardly notice they are out there, job is done quickly & quietly.

Description of Work: Greenix was hired to spray carpenter bees that had attacked the support posts for my balcony. I called and set up an appointment for 6/6 at 9 a.m. No one showed up so I called back and discovered that I had not been scheduled. They were very good about putting me on the list for that same day. A technician arrived around 11 a.m., was very professional, answered all my questions and got the job done quickly.

Description of Work: Freddie was wonderful! He did a thorough check of our home and garage for carpenter ants. We decided to enroll in the quarterly protection plan after seeing what a great job he did and how knowledgeable he was.

Description of Work: I used their carpet cleaning services. They use a green cleaning system that uses smaller amounts of water and my carpets were almost dry when he left. Super nice guy! Very professional. I am recommending them to all my girlfriends. I told them I found him on Angies!

Description of Work: I received a preventative pest treatment inside and outside my house. The technician was courteous and informative. He gave me information about their carpet cleaning service and a carpet rep followed up with a phone call. The treatment was effective and I would use their services again.
