Description of Work: He cleaned it very well; however, the texture of my carpet changed a little, meaning the softness and the sheen was lost. In other words, how can I put this correctly, the carpet became like a berber carpet texture---a little hard. Again, he did a GREAT job cleaning the carpet, but the softness and the "sheen look" of my carpet was somewhat lost in the process.

Description of Work: Wendell arrived right on time, was courteous, efficient and professional. He did a great job cleaning the carpet in our selected rooms. We were very surprised and pleased with their process which involves less water than the typical carpet cleaning which greatly shortened the waiting time before putting the furniture back. We would definitely use them again.
