They have been out for scheduled treatment twice. After the last spray we were seeing critters in the living room - which is behind the garage and has a sliding glass door. I called and they came out in two days. The sprayed the inside of our garage and resprayed the sliding glass door. No issues since! So far am I very pleased with their service.

Very well. I would have liked a personal contact rather than a voicemail message so I can specify if we need treatment inside rather than just exterior. Because they came when we were not home we did not get treatment inside or in the garage. Still overall we are very satisfied.

I like that the products they use inside the house are organic, they keep the harsh chemicals outside. We live near woods, so there are many things we're preventing from getting into the house. Both the interior and exterior treatments are thorough. I've used other companies in previous homes, this service seems to be working well for us here so we're staying with it. They were very responsive about coming out to re-treat at no charge when I requested it. I would recommend this company.

I like Greenix Pest Control because they have organic materials. That is the main reason I chose them. All the treatments they do in your house are organic. I think they are knowledgeable. I didn't like that they have come out twice and have sent out 2 different people. I would rather have the same person each time so that they would be more familiar, but they keep sending out different people each time. Everyone who has come has been professional and knowledgeable. All of the exchanges have been pretty easy and it is easy to schedule with them which is nice. If you call to schedule they can usually get you in that week.

It was a quick service. The application was done in half an hour.

My husband and I just purchased our first home so when we came across the Greenix Pest Control deal on Angie's List, we decided to give it a try. I've heard many things about various pest control treatments both pro and con, but what attracted me to Greenix in addition to the price was the fact that they use an organic solution. That said, I also don't like bugs, so I was hoping it would not only be safe but do the job. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Not only did they call a week ahead to confirm, but also an hour prior to arrival. The technician explained to my husband how the treatment worked: basically they first checked the perimeter of the house to make sure there weren't any obstructions that would cause a problem. Then they sprayed about a 3' area with some tiny beads that keep outside insects away. They also sprayed the eaves of the house which is where bugs tend to hide. Additionally, adhesive bug catchers were placed inside of the garage to catch critters near the main garage door area. The whole process took about an hour from start to finish (which I'm sure varies depending on property size, specific problems, etc) and was really a great experience! After the procedure was complete, the technician asked my husband if he had any other questions and explained their maintenance program. He was very personable and professional, and did a great job. Although we have only lived in the home a month, at this cold time of year when bugs tend to be more of a problem we have not come across one! We are highly satisfied with the Greenix experience and will be using them again for future needs without hesitation.

I have had my initial pest control application and one quarterly application. I am seeing no bugs this late autumn/early winter, as opposed to this same time last year when I was killing 2-5 spiders a day in my basement. I am very pleased.

We brought this as part of big deal as we noticed some spiders in basements/garage and around the outside of the house. Also occasional roaches in basement and ants in kitchen/bathrooms. Spray inside the house was organic which is a plus because of the cat we have. After the spray no longer noticing ants and roaches. We cleaned up a fair amount of spiders in garage that were dead. But noticed some spiders have crawled back into basement and garage. Will be calling them back again to respray both in basement and garage.

I was trying to kill a yellow jackets nest that was in the ground in the flower beds. I called Greenix after seeing some of the reviews on Angies List. I talked to somebody and described the situation with the bees and explained that we had what felt like an excessive amount of spiders. Somebody came out a couple days later and did a general treatment for the bugs inside and out. The treated the bees nest specially. The treatment inside is all natural. It has a weird mint smell to it that fades after a while. While the odor was weird, it wasn't offensive, nor did it have a harmful smell like Raid. I decided to sign up for a quarterly treatment, which the first treatment to follow up was done a month after the original treatment. The spdiers definitely dwindled, and the bees are gone.

The technician (sorry I forgot his name since it was a while ago) was very professional and friendly. He sprayed both inside and outside the house along the wall and in the basement too. However, I'm not quite sure about the effect, since I've still seen a bug here and there now and then.

I scheduled immediately with them because I'd had a mice problem--they had infested my duct work! They helped me to come up with a way of preventing more mice from coming in. They also suggested using the sticky traps to catch mice that were already inside.

I didn't have any inside pests, but had noticed ants taking over outside and they were starting to make their way indoors. Since the treatment I haven't had any issues and there are definitely less ants outiside. The service provider was pretty late getting there, and said he went to the wrong address first. I felt better knowing they consider themselves to be a "green" company, but when I asked the service provider about it all they would say is that they used "organic" products, and I know that term can be used quite loosely. I wish they provided more information about what makes their products safer than the typical chemicals used by other pest control companies.

I took advantage of the Angies's List Big Deal with this company. The service person treated both the inside and outside of the house and was on-time, professional, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this company to others.

Sent two email messages about 4-5 days apart and still haven't received any response. Their ad says they respond within 2 hours. I want to update this - Brent called me after finding my emails in a spam folder. He was very apologetic sbout missing my previous emails and we set up an appointment for a complimentary service. He was very prompt, friendly and professional. I only gave them a B for responsiveness because of the missed emails when I originally attempted to contact them.

Everything went great. I saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood around 6:30pm so I called their number thinking that would just leave a message but someone actually answered and offered to have the technician who already was in my area stop by later. He gave me a complete estimate and scheduled the first visit. On the first visit, the technician was on time, and very professional. He took time to tell me about how their product works, and insited that I do not hesitate to call after 7 to 10 days if another application was needed. I like the fact that their product is made from natural extracts and that it is not toxic to humans, including kids.

They said they would come back for free if we notice and bug problems after they are done and before our next application. They use an organic material that is safe for pets and people.

They have done a good job always. At any time if the bug problem hasn’t been taken care of, they’ll come back any time without charge, but I never called them for re-treatment. The salesman was very nice when I talked with him and each time technician has come out, he has always knocked on the door to see if I am home and then ask me what needed to be treated; if they need to come into the house or do they need to go into garage or is it just exterior. They are very thorough and very nice.

I like them because they use organic products. They also sweep the pest droppings.
