The service guy was friendly and efficient. He arrived on time, worked quickly and thouroughly. He told me I should see not only a reduction of insects in the house, but also on porches and plants near the house. I have not seen spiders in the house, but outside there are still spiders and their webs galore.

The service was fine. The guy who came out only gave a 30-day warranty and I found a spider quick after the 30 days. But he did a really fair job and he was very pleasant. I did not spend any more than the big deal. The only thing I was concerned about was whether it really lasts but in the mean time, things have been resolved in the areas that I was having considerable problems with. I just do not know how long it will last since it was like a more natural treatment and I am used to another brand which is not an all natural kind of thing. I do not have anything bad to say about them. They also responded when I called them. I would probably use them again as long as the effect of the treatment lasts for at least six months.

Wow! Really impressed with this service experience. I had discovered yellow jackets in my home, (most likely in my attic), and needed someone to locate the nest and kill those pesky fliers. I called them, got scheduled quickly, and their service guy came out after calling me to confirm time was good for me. He located where the yellow jackets were entering the house, sprayed a generous, but proper, amount of insecticide which seems to have killed all the fliers within a few hours. I am REALLY glad I called them; I had prepared myself for an extensive battle, but Collin explained everything to me and took care of the problem. I'm thinking about using their maintenance service to treat all the creepy-crawlers year-round. Sounds like a good deal!

I'm very pleased with their services. They were very prompt. They arrived when they said they would. They had very courteous service men. He explained everything thoroughly about what he did and how he took care of the problem. Also, I found out on the second call that they are going to make a courtesy call in a couple of weeks to make sure they took care of the problem. I thought the pricing was very reasonable.

Greenix Pest Control were good. We had to have them come back out because they didn't do a great job but the second time they did a really good job because they send somebody different. I have no complaints because they made it right.

For rental house they called and asked what my concerns were, visited the property, address the concerns, then followed up with a phone call.

He went out of his way to give me the service because I think I am basically out of their service area, but the fellow that came lived in Georgetown so he stopped by home. He treated the home for the little bees-pees that had been crawling over my counter. He told me at the time don't expect perfect because these things tend to come back which they did, but whatever he put down continues to kill them off so I would say I am satisfied. There was one bit of situation I called up Angie's list to begin with I don't recall who I talk to, but they gave me number of extermination service and it turned out to be animal control or something like that which is a wrong one and later on I saw your ad on the computer and it did leave me to the service provider that is when I used. He was very friendly and very thorough. I would use them again in the future.

We had a very good interaction with Greenix Pest Control. They did a great job. The gentleman was very courteous and he seem to know what to do and he answered all of our questions. He gave suggestions about having them come back in 90 days.

I would review the quality of the chemicals or might be the dosage.

Excellent, all bugs were gone within days just as they said they would. Appointment was made at my convenience. They called to say they were running ahead and wanted to know if that was convenient for me to move the appointment up which ended up working out better for me. Very pleased with the service and their professionalism I will use them again.

In the end it went well. However, we did have to have them come back for a second treatment. I was not home when the first tech came, but my wife told me that he was not too professional and she had to tell him where to spray and that he didn't even offer to spray areas that she didn't point out (like the basement and garage). After a few weeks we were still seeing ants. We called an they were more than happy to come back and spray. The second tech was very professional and did a complete job. So my review is mixed - the first guy a solid C and the second guy a solid A. We currently have no more ants. I have even have thought about hiring them on a quarterly basis for preventative treatments.

Over the phone Josh gave me a very reasonable price, less than competitors for the exact same service of spraying all areas inside our house and putting granular treatment outside along the foundation. But better yet was his ability to schedule quickly. Via email he sent instructions and arrived on time at the appointment. He was very professional so I felt comfortable vacating the premises for 2hours while he sprayed and it dried. He explained that due to the life cycle of fleas that it might take 2 weeks (of daily vacuuming) before the fleas left. He responded promptly via email when they did not and quickly scheduled another spraying at no charge. The fleas have been greatly reduced, but if they are not gone by next week, I know I can call again. Fleas required a full-court press to get rid of (we are doing lots of other things such as treating pets, spraying pets, spraying and dusting the carpet), and it is good to have this company on our team in the process.

The service was on time and great as I stated above. This is an A+++++ company!

We had purchased a big deal and the service turned out very well. They were very prompt, courteous and efficient.

I requested inside pest control spray as I bought the Angie's List "deal" for that reason. While it was recorded during the initial scheduling call, the technician seemed surprised that he was to do that when he arrived. Their service was "green" and even so, it was strange to watch him spray liquid around all my kitchen counters and floor edges. He seemed a bit confused and took a haphazard approach to where to spray and where to omit spray but did spend a lot of time spraying outside. Unfortunately just a month or two later, my ants are back. That never happened with other companies before. I like to support "green" initiatives but in this case they weren't effective.

Went well; very thorough! The technician was very polite, professional and patient answering all my questions and concerns. Haven't seen a "creepy crawly" since the treatment!:

They were awesome. I really like having them out. They provide an excellent service. They were right on time. They answered every question I had. I would recommend them to others.

This company is excellent. We had a issue with bugs and they attacked and won the war. They explainex what they were going to do,did it and when I called.for a re-treatment they were great. I now have them on quarterly service and don't have a bug issue

Nothing much to report. Serviceman arrived on time and fully explained what he was going to do. He also made me aware that I would get the same price if I choose to have this service performed again next year.
