They saw a little in the basement area and set traps. They then returned three days later to check the traps which were empty. They inspected the perimeter of the house and sealed whatever entry areas they could find. They then explained a bi-monthly monitoring program that they offer.

Technician was very thorough, even putting pesticide behind electrical outlets.

The tech was very pleasant and explained where he would be spraying. He was early for the appointment but I was home and it worked out very well for me. He left a detailed sheet of what he used. Will use them again.

I mainly purchased this to have a very large wasp nest removed. Josh came out and treated the outside & inside of our new home and then spent a long time working on getting rid of the wasp nest. He had to treat it multiple times. He then came back a few days later to make sure the wasp were gone and then climbed up removed the nest and cleaned the area where it was attached to the underside of the overhang. He did a GREAT job and I will use them in the future.

It went fine. I paid $116 on a quarterly service program.

Pricing was not fully disclosed at the beginning. They did say what the initial service call would be but would not come out to give an estimate without charging that full service fee. I had no idea what the final bill would be until I got it.

He was great, he sealed up about questionable areas and did the inspection. He also informed me of programs available. I called one day and they were able to come out a couple days later, they gave me a two hour window. Everything was excellent.

Serviceman was friendly, informative and professional. Hard to tell how effective the treatment is as it is preventative, did not have infestation. So far so good.

I had an emergency bee situation in my house. Woke up in the morning to a swarm of bees INSIDE my living room and found the bees nest outside the house at the chimney, so they had found a way into the house. The dog and I left the house and called greenix. The person who took my call told me exactly how much to expect the bill to be and answered all my questions and was very friendly. Within 1 hour one of the techs arrived fully prepared and called my cell phone, I came back to my house to see him with his latter and bee gear ready to attack the situation. Super friendly, super professional and very thorough tech, he not only went up the latter twice and used the chemicals twice for extra measure, he also went into my house (alone on my request because I was afraid) to double check and make sure there were no more alive bees inside the house and no nests inside the house. He answered all of my questions and educated me on bees, he was very knowledgable! I have not seen a single bee inside or outside my house since he came by. He took credit card payment after he completely finished the job and made sure the bees were gone. He had a receipt emailed to me in addition to paper copy.

We've called them back twice because we've still had some issues but they have been very responsive and very good to come back. It was a twice a year kind of deal. They have been good. We are not sure if the green product just doesn't work that well.

It went fine. I forgot about the appointment so I wasn't home but we spoke on the phone and he said he'd treated the outside of the house. The price would have included the inside of the home also if I'd remembered the appointment and been available to let them in.

It went very well. I was very impressed with the technician, Daniel. He was very courteous and professional. He even addressed me by saying "Sir", which is very rare these days. He was courteous enought to also put covers over his shoes so that he would not track dirt into our home. I was very satisfied with cost of the treatment, the responsiveness of the team, and the professionalism. I would recommend Greenix to anyone with any bug invasion.

It was great. They inspected everything. They sprayed down everything and explained everything very thoroughly. They helped with a couple of specific concerns that we had. The experience was very positive. They were very thorough. I was happy all the way around.

Jeff, the inspector, arrived on a time, evaluated my situation for carpenter ants and treated for it. He explained what the company can do for me and gave me some tips to keep bugs out the house. He explained how I could pay for a single session or quarterly plan with cheaper payment initially. I choose the quarterly plan. He listened to all my concerns and made sure to treat all spots. He was very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. So far very impressed with the company and the inspector, Jeff.

Very well, was able to schedule the appointment (with Josh) for the very next day. Jeff showed up with punctuality, was very courteous, friendly and professional. Explained the treatment process, and it was done efficiently. Liked the idea that with this company you get a human and pet friendly application. Kudos to Jeff!

That turned out good; they were very courteous, prompt and, they did what they were supposed to do. They were knowledgeable, neat, clean and we were pleased.

He was very professional, honest, helpful, and did what I asked him to do. They didn't completely exterminate the roaches, but it wasn't their fault, it was just the people living in the house, they didn't follow through with the next step.

The tech was great. He knew what he was doing. Took extra care for problem areas. The ant problem has been resolved.

This was the second time Greenix came to do a treatment for bugs. The first time was very thorough and gave perfect results. This more recent visit was less satisfactory. When I made them aware that I was less than completely satisfied, they scheduled another visit at no charge. They have committed to more visits until I am satisfied. Great service!

They were fine and they were great. They were friendly and good people. Their prices were very competitive. They came out right on time.

We were having a small ant problem in our kitchen and decided to purchase a Big Deal to see how well a treatment would work. Greenix was able to come out within a matter of 2 days after the deal was purchased. They treated both the indoors and outdoors. The treatment is supposed to last 3 months and we have not seen any insects anywhere our house since that time. I would use this provider again and we are even considering signing up for quarterly preventative treatments.

Excellent job. did all around the home inside and out. Even the swingset. We still ;had a problem a month later and they came out to make sure it was taken care of. Professional, knowledgeable. We had purchased the year coverage so they come out quarterly.
