It was just OK. Really made no differance.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went really well. I live on the edge of a woods so I'd been having problems with mice getting into the house. He was able to find a couple of places that I wouldn't have even considered looking for a little hole. He filled them and I didn't get any mice this year. He knew what he was doing and he was well versed on the problem I was having. He knew the habits and rituals of the rotten little critters and was able to find the places where they were getting in. Somebody that didn't know what they were doing wouldn't have been able to see them. There were no additional charges. He came the same week that I called.

I do want to say that the gentleman who came to the house was very nice, and I think he wanted to be helpful. In June 2013, I noticed a 'swarming" of some bugs near a family room window. We sprayed the bugs with an over the counter product and they died. I was concerned that the bugs were carpenter ants (compared to a picture on-line, that is what they looked like). I would like to limit use of harmful chemicals so called Greenix. They came to the house on 6/21/13 at the scheduled time. He lookd at the dead bugs, and did some inspecting in the basement and behind the house. He was sorry to tell me that the bugs were not carpenter ants but termites and he saw evidence in the cobwebs in the basement and behind the house(termite tubes). Greenix didn't treat termites so referred me to another company (cannot recall the name, but I did call them). After he left, I looked at the bugs again and compared them to the on-line pictures and I was pretty sure he was wrong in his assessment. I emailed the image to the other company he recommended and they agreed with me that the bug was a carpenter ant and not a termite. I ended up bringing a third company out (separate review for them) who did an inspection and they informed me that the bug was a carpenter ant but that there was no evidence of damage or nesting. It was the time of year that they swarm to find someplace to nest and that we took care of the problem by spraying the over the counter spray on the bugs. They did not find any evidence of termite tubes. All is well that ends well - but a wrong diagnosis created some angst me!

I had bees exterminated in my attack. He was very professional and knowlegable. I would highly recommend their services.

No chemicals....all natural....safe. They come every quarter for less than local exterminators for a single call. I live on a farm and have very few spiders or creepy crawlers. Before GreenX I had creatures everywhere. |

After the first treatment, I asked to be taken off the contract. He refused. He continues to have his guy show up every 3 months even though I wrote and called and asked him not to. HE won't cancel because that is how he earns his money. This is a complete ripoff. After posting this review on Angie's List, Josh from Greenex contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding. They then refunded $204 and odd cents to me if I would retract my review. Here is my retraction. Remember, the problem was not with the pest control removal, which worked great, I never saw the ants again, The problem was with how the package was sold. I think the company has changed this package. Just be sure you know what you are agreeing to when signing any contract!

I called and they were able to send someone the same day. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. He came back a few days later to finish the job and I have had no problems since! I am now on a 60-day check up contract and I love that!

Overall EXCELLENT from start to finish. Highly recommend company.

Started off promising. We had squirrels living under the eave of our porch roof and needed to trap them so we could patch the opening. Greenix set up traps, then came out daily. They removed a squirrel they caught right away. But they appeared not to change the bait in the traps after a while, just came out to see whether they had caught any more squirrels. We knew there was one more left, because we had seen it going in and out of the hole. Once our contract ended, I bought a trap myself and caught the remaining squirrel literally within eight hours. I think they could have caught this squirrel themselves, had they gone to the extra effort of putting in fresh bait. UPDATE: After I posted this review, Brent from Greenix called and insisted on refunding our animal-removal fee. He was very concerned and professional and responsive. Very impressive. I have improved the rating as a result.

No insect problems since first treatment in the summer.

The serviceman sprayed inside and out for insects. He answered all of my questions and provided me with information I requested for possible future needs.

No pest seen since this treatment was done. The provider was very courteous. Will use them again!

Sealed holes around house to prevent rodent entry. He did a thorough job and left extra materials in case we located other entry points. He was highly trained in his trade and willing shared his knowledge.

All and all I am very pleased with the service that was provided and feel it was a good value for the money. It eliminated all the spiders and bugs that were beginning to make there way indoors for the winter.

They have been great! They go out of their way to help and give advice when needed. They are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. The technician will take the time to explain items he sees. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Jeff was very helpful and easy to talk with. He explained the procedures and I was very impressed with the range of things he was going to do to deal with my problem. I am very satisfied that his approach will solve my ongoing problem. Was very impressed with how knowledgeable and personable he was. Have confidence that he will solve my pest problems and incorporate a green solution when possible. Hard to believe that dealing with pest was such a good experience. Thank you so much,

I was a little afraid the guy would recommend all kinds of additional stuff at more cost, but he did not. He was very nice and helpful and thorough. We didn't have a big problem as it turned out so he just did as much prevention stuff as possible and left it at that. We were glad to have a professional opinion and the helpful things he did (like more fully filled in a couple of possible holes from basement to exterior).

He came when he was supposed to, performed the inspection and told me what he had found. He caulked a few areas and that was it. He was polite and pleasant.

He checked the outside of my house and caulked cracks and holes where rodents could possibly get in. I followed him around and he gave me tips along the way. Very helpful.

It was good. They got job done quickly and efficiently.

First visit they set traps to see if mice in house currently. Second visit they sealed up gaps around house perimeter at ground level to prevent mice from entering.
