Greenix Pest Control

I never got the service which I paid for and finally (seven months later) contracted with another company when I wasn't able to get a response from Greenix.

The service turned out very well. The technician who came out did a great job. They gave me weekly progress reports through email which was helpful. They came out as many times as needed. They also worked with the tenant on scheduling which was very helpful.

So far this company (the technician) has been awesome! He came on time, inspected the outside of the house, found the point of entry, set up some traps and gave me his cell phone to stay in touch with him. When a squirrel was caught, I texted him and he responded every day. He drives by the house every day to see if anything's been caught. I'm just so impressed with the service! We're still in the middle of this particular service and not sure of the final cost, but the way things are going, I know that this company will do everything they promise.

The gentleman was punctual and provided all the work as advertised. He sprayed chemicals around the outside base (foundation) of our home and put pest control traps around different parts of the inside of our home, such as the garage, basement, etc. He was very cordial, answered all our questions, and left appropriate information for us to contact him if we had any follow-up questions or concerns.

Great job. The bugs went away.

The service went well. They were very responsive, polite and on time. The scheduling was very easy and they even wanted to come earlier but I had to postpone. I was not home at the time of the service but I was pleased with the outcome. I have not seen any bugs since they came out.

The provider explained everything. I had a lot of spider webs and junk on my front porch, that was all cleaned off when I went out to get the mail. My only thought was that was done by the provider. I really appreciated the excellent service, I would ask them back again! Have not seen an ant since.

Everything turned out good. They took care of the problem. We had some ants outside of the house that needed addresses. We may use them in the future.

Representative was very professional and services were done as expected. No high pressure sales for future service but did leave some info behind.

It was pretty simple and he did cover the basement, toilets , under sink area . Was easy and quick

After two treatments we noticed a huge difference in the amount of spiders in our home. We had a huge problem before and now there are no more pests. I took about 2 months for the problem to subside but once it did it's been great. My kids can play in the basement again. I like that the company will come out anytime we notice a problem for free. (because we paid for a year of services). Also it is nice that their products are green and safe to be around small children.

The provider was great, he came and checked everything and so far I have not seen one mouse. I am very pleased with his services.

Service Tech was prompt courteous and very professional. He took the time to describe what he was going to do, and what alternative treatments were available. We are very satisfied with our decision to buy this service from Green X.

Inspector came and verified for pest activity, sprayed on window sills - inspection was thorough. Left a good note and provided recommendation.

They don't com through the door. They just let me know when they're coming. They charge $100 for 4 - 5 applications. It's pricey.

They were great. I used the big deal right after I purchased it and there were no additional charges on top of the big deal price. They came when they said that they would. I appreciated having an organic service provider come because I have had an animal at that time and I know that the service was effective because I saw dead bugs around the house. They did a really good job and I have never used them before that. Most of time, the services are expensive but since I was able to purchase the special I think that I got a really good deal. Their responsiveness was also excellent.

They were able to assure me that there were no raccoons and there was no break in the barriers I had had installed. It was good to be reassured that things were okay. I've had difficulties in the past and need to stay on top of the situation.

The service reps are very professional and call before arriving. Haven't noticed any insects and such in the home since we began with Greenix so I would have to assume the service is working. They have been very courteous on the phone whenever I call.

We bought the service off Angie's List. It was a special for $139. The provider called us to schedule an appointment. They were very flexible in the scheduling and made sure the time was convient for us. The provider was on time for the appointment and performed the services very quickly. Previous to the treatment we would get mice in the house every two to three months. Since the treatment we have been rodent free. We have been very pleased with the service.

While our full results won't be known for awhile, progress seems to be good.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal and the company sent me an email confirming my requested times within an hour of my purchase. My technician was Jeff and he was polite and explained every step of the process. He also suggested an add on service to catch the rodents outside before they even get in the house. He gave me options of what I could do myself and what they could do for me. For example, they could send someone out to patch any holes where the critters were getting in from the outside or he explained how I could do it myself. None of the suggestions felt high pressure and he was a genuinely nice guy. He even petted my dogs which no contractor ever does. Overall, a great experience with no issues whatsoever.

Our Tech Willie is great. They are attentive to our needs and have done a great job.
