Extremely Professional Staff!! I used Greenix last year to remove yellow jacket wasps under a roof soffit. Wasps were totally gone 6 hours later. Of course, this year they came back and nested in a totally different part of the house. Technician Colin (actually a biologist) came out again with his miracle powder, and the wasps were totally gone in 4 hours. I was impressed enough to request they do a full pest guard spraying in and around my rural home. Technician Willy spent time with me explaining what would be done, how, and with what products. Very informed technician! He then used appropriate indoor and outdoor products to fight off bugs, spiders, and sowbugs. Covered basement, inside, and outside the house. Even knocked down existing spider webs on the outside walls. He placed bait in a few mice entry points, even though I thought the holes were old and unused. Even applied sealant to a few pipe openings in the walls. Whole job was a couple hours. No fumes or smells were noted. I subscribed to their 4x per year treatment program. Well worth the peace of mind that if I have any problems, pros will respond and eliminate my 'visitors'.

The technician showed up and explained the process very well. I have a duplex, and he was kind enough to consider it as a single treatment. I wouldn't expect them to do that for everyone: my place is still pretty small, and is a single story structure about 2000 sq ft. (including both sides of the duplex). Nonetheless, this is a good indication of fairness in pricing. The treatment was very effective. I never noticed any obnoxious odors or chemical smells. My tenant had complained of biting insects in the lawn, and those were gone. The bugs in the every corner of the house also went away. Very good!

I wasn't initially happy with the estimate, owner called and cleared everything up.

Communication was fine with them. Scheduling was very good. It was an overall good experience.

My experience was good. I liked that they were timely for the appointment. They contacted me right away when I purchased the deal. The follow up after the appointment lacked for a few weeks.

The treatment was not effective. We had them retreat and the results were equally as bad. During the sale we were told the technician would treat walls, baseboards, inside, outside and even the basement. In reality, 2 separate technicians came out and were here for 5 min each. Very poor service quality. We called to complain, they sent another technician that did the same thing. I lost confidence in them after the third try. Went with another company and they have been doing great ever since.

Most recently, Cade came out canvasing our neighborhood (the flyer spelled his name Kade, and his shirt said Cade). I don’t care for them. They’re in my neighborhood constantly, trying to get group deals. They don’t always save you money – I prefer individual deals. They've been to my neighborhood 3-4x within the last month -- it's too much! I've told them that I'm not interested and want them to stop visiting, but they proceeded to talk and try to get me to still hire them. They refuse to get the message that WE ARE NOT INTERESTED. They keep nagging me!

The technician Colin was fantastic. He was at our home before the scheduled time which was great for us, very informative, and very thorough in his work. He was great and I give him an "A". As far as the salesperson Ryan he gets an "F" grade. When I spoke with him he immediately spoke to me about a quarterly service program as though this was my only choice when having my problem resolved and tried to talk me into this. It was not until I asked about a one time visit and charge that he outlined for me the cost of this. I felt as though he deceived me and tried to sell me something that I did not need. In addition, he asked for my credit card to secure the appointment and told me that I couldn't pay the technician by check because he did not have a lockbox on his truck. When I asked the technician about this he said that payment by check would have not been a problem and that he just came from another job where they paid this way. Again I had no problem with Colin the technician as he was fantastic, but because of the misleading cost of services and lack of alternatives from Ryan the salesperson in trying to sell me services that did not meet my immediate need I will not use this company for services again for this reason.

He showed me a couple of potential holes around the outside foundation and sealed them with kind of glue. It should work but the seal looked very ugly and could easily be seen. He also left some rat clips and stickers and came back later to check and got them back.

Both techs were very professional. We were still noticing ants and some spiders after first treatment so I called to have the next visit within 14 days. Very professional reception and technicians are very punctual. Jeff was our technician the 2nd time and he was very thorough, even noticing mice in our basement that was not identified on our first visit. He was able to determine where they were getting in and did a great job explaining everything and even caulked an area where they could enter. We will request Jeff for our next visit!

It was fine. I like they are more environmentally friendly. They were on time and courteous.

All I can say is WOW! Customer service was amazing. Dolton was on time (early in fact) absolutely impressed me with the professionalism and customer service he displayed. Was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Just had service done but I signed on for quarterly service and he said they will come out if any issues arise in the mean time. I also like they use organic products...I am one of those people ?

So far, no more wasps! And the technician (Garrett) was polite, friendly, and good at explaining what our options were and what he was going to do.

I took advantage for the $249 coupon service with Greenix to spray my home. I was acutely aware of some problems with carpenter ants, but because we live by a lake, other creepy crawlers like to hang out here, too. After activating the coupon on Angie's List and providing three days that would work for us, Greenix responded with one of those days and a given time. I agreed to that arrangement. The technician arrived on time, with tools in hand. He sprayed the entire perimeter of the home and then said he would be coming inside to spray under sinks and in key areas on the inside. After he sprayed those areas, he concentrated on the carpenter ants, leaving a gummy substance that would be carried back to their nests. We have not seen a return of the ants and it appears that areas where spiders took up residence are no longer inhabited. If the results continue for the season, we will certainly be pleased. It will be interesting to see if the same insects reappear next spring. If so, we will call Greenix again. They were prompt, efficient and professional. Best of all, it appears they got the job done.

The guy who came out was guy. They respond quickly.

Greenix came to my door one day and I almost didn't answer. I was leery of a door to door salesman and wouldn't invite him (Jace) in till I checked out the company here on Angie's List. Jace was professional, non-pushy and nice. He explained why he was doing door-to-door and what the company was all about. It was raining so he came in till the storm passed. We not only talked about Greenix but his up-coming wedding and we also talked about some religion (only because I asked him) etc. Nice conversation, I am glad we had a little time to talk. I wish him the best in his marriage. The contract was for a first payment of $69.00 and subsequent treatments at $99.00. They were conducting a sign-up special. I am happy with the service and the ants etc have gone away.

It was reasonable. I think it's probably a little bit more than non-organic types of companies. I thought that they were knowledgeable and they took time to explain their products and how they would work. They were honest about how it would not work. There was an issue with their punctuality.

Collin came out promptly on schedule (he had called me to see if he could come earlier but I wasn't available). I showed him where I thought the carpenter bees were and he hopped up on his ladder and started treating the holes. I learned quite a bit about carpenter bees from him, since prior to that I'd never heard of them. When he was done in the front of the house, I asked if he could give a quick look around the back of my house to see if there were other areas that needed treating that I might not have noticed. Lo and behold! He found two more nests/holes in my deck! I couldn't believe the pile of sawdust that he pointed out from the bees carving their way in. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and more information about the pests that Greenix handles. I would definitely recommend them and hire them back in an instant! Thanks COLLIN and GREENIX!

I singed a contract with them. They come out every 6 weeks. The service person seems to be very knowledgeable. They've come twice.

Provider sprayed around interior basement where it meets the base of the house, around the exterior bvase of the house and porches for preventative measures for any bugs and/or ants and critters.

I wanted to use Greenix because I liked their evaluations and use of ecofriendly products, particularly something that would not be harmful to cats. However, when I mentioned to Josh that I might need a sellers report, he said they didn't do those and gave me the name of another A-rated Angie's List provider who does have that certification. His offering of this information, without pressure, was extremely professional and appreciated. I think it would be a pleasure to do business with this firm.

We had previously used a different company for pest control and still had an ant problem. After two treatments from Greenix we have seen no ants. And, they knocked down wasp nests from our stucco even up 25 ft! I was a little skeptical at first, but their service works! We have even noticed less spiders. We are now in a yearly contract to keep everything at under control and could not be happier!
