Greenix Pest Control

It did not yield a good result = yet again. This is the third time we have had a huge ant bloom immediately after they did an application. I have asked for re-retreatment on two occasion, which they performed, but the problem reoccured. I will be canceling my service with Greenix. I?ve never had a problem with ants before Greenix started treating my property -- it?s as if they created a problem where there wasn?t one -- very frustrating. We?ll be seeking out a different pest control company.

I was very pleased with the individual that did the work. Very professional.

Fred was very friendly, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I like that they use organic ingredients on the interior of the house unless there is a specific problem. He found where the stinkbugs were probably getting in the house, and also reassured me that as insects they are rather be nine don't have to be exterminated aggressively. He found where they were coming in and suggested a repair which he said the company could do. He also found a couple of other small places that I could address that might be a way that insects could enter the house. All in all, it doesn't get better than this. The company seems good and thorough. I purchased a contract for a year. They gave me options for payment. Very consumer friendly. Appears they do a very good job. Highly recommend.

The service technician arrived on time and was very professional. He did a great job.

Greenix confirmed a date immediately and showed up exactly as scheduled. Technician was absolute professional, without any high-pressure add-on sales pitch, and went to work as soon as he explained the treatment and getting a tour of our house. Even as a self-described diy-er, I would absolutely contract with this company again.

It went great. He was very professional and friendly. He made sure he sprayed all the areas.

A very nice young man named Mike came out to do the job. He did exactly what I was expecting him to do, and the work turned out very well.

Provider was punctual, courteous and seemed knowledgeable. He inspected our home , especially basement and crawl space. Treated all areas for pest control/prevention. Efforts were successful as we had no more sighting of ants or silverfish.

No follow up. I fixed the problem myself.

I had heard something in the attic of my home which prompted me to purchase the deal. I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with a representative who put me on the schedule and informed me that if I don't hear anything in the attic again, that it was probably a one time occurrence and we can cancel the appointment and get a refund on the deal. There has been no activity in the attic since then so I decided to cancel the appointment and get a refund.

Left a list of items to be completed by me or him at cost of 100 + dollar's before he could help us.

We were satisfied with the work. There are no other bugs other than a few carpets bugs that came back.

Greenix representative was in the neighborhood so we decided to give them a shot. Signed up for quarterly treatments. They showed up twice (they claim a 3rd time, but we saw no evidence of their visit), then disappeared. Last visit was November 2013. Tried to call them in Winter 2014, phone number they gave us was disconnected. Never saw or heard from them until February 2015 when they demanded over $200 in payment for services and fees. After speaking with a very rude customer service rep on the phone (Wendy), we paid for services and they agreed to forego billing fees. Low grade due to questionable quality of their service (no change after their 2 visits), questionable billing practices and rude customer service. Wendy at Greenix needs to realize they aren't the only pest control service and the only way to differentiate themselves is through helpful,FRIENDLY service.

The serviceman, Freddie, was extremely polite and patiently answered all my questions. I had another Greenix service person come to my home last week to set traps for a suspected mouse or vole. Freddie also checked the traps previously set. He was very accommodating.

It was recommended through Angie's List. I have not had a great experience with them. We're negotiating that because they weren't supposed to come in December. It's supposed to be $99. I called them on October and said don't come treat in December because if you do, I'm not paying for it.

The cost is $99 a quarter. The job went great. I have no complaints. As of now I have noticed no bugs or anything of concern. They came door to door and explained that they use pro-organic pesticide of some sort so it’s not harmful to our dogs. Their price is a little bit high but not terrible. The quality seems great. I am on a quarterly basis with them so I have to use them again in the future.

I was very happy with them. They were very honest. I really felt comfortable. He was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with the suggestions and the recommendations he gave on what to do about the problem and he resolved the problem. They came back several times to fix the problem. I would definitely use them again.

Initial appointment: Colin came right on time and was a pleasure all the way through. My problem was that the mice seemed to be only in the walls and insulation space in the roof of my Cape Cod house. I knew I could set mice traps for an ordinary mice invasion. I didn't know how to handle this. I would hear them at night, but not see them. Colin examined the whole house and assessed the situation. He was very knowledgable about the habits of mice and shared that with me. He showed me that they were going into the basement also. He immediately set traps. He described a couple of approaches that might be used based on the additional information we would gain from the traps. Treatment: He came back in one week to assess the number and age of those caught. Based on that we chose a simple approach (and a less expensive one) of bait boxes around the outside of the house and a few in the garage. Result: No more mice! No evidence of mice! No sounds of mice! They seemed to have left that very day - like the word got out and they all moved.

I am in my first year of service but I have been satisfied so far. Their technicians are extremely friendly when they come. They are curteous and professional. They are good at answering all my questions. They call before they arrive for the service and they come on time. I had an issue with some ants so I notified them and they re-serviced at no problem. Their prices are competitive with others.

Collin was the technician who consulted with us. He was very professional and courteous. Did not try to hard sell or pressure. Let us make the decision. He made an initial visit to provide consultation and inspection. Then he came back and installed preventative boxes once we made our decision. This did not require us to be home. Very convenient and flexible. We installed preventative control boxes and will evaluate in 2 months the effectiveness. Would recommend to anyone!

I have some spider issue in my basement. We schedule at 2pm, Scott called me to see if he could come earlier which worked out for me since I had something to do in the afternoon. When he showed up, he was very professional and did a good job! I will definitely use them for my future needs.

The service worked out fine. I used them one time and I have intended to call again because they were good. They were having a Deal like it was $125 or something. The young man that came was particularly professional and nice.

Initial treatment did not eliminate the problem. Called and they came right out within a couple days and reaaplied. They were very responsive.
