Greenix Pest Control

These guys are great! When you sign up for the regular service ($100/quarter, I believe) they do regular treatments, plus as needed. Literally, if you see a couple bugs where they shouldn't be, Greenix will come out and re-treat the area in question, for the bugs in question. They've stopped a carpenter ant problem entirely, knocked out a pesky hornet's nest in our retaining wall, and eliminated crumb-chasing ants. The service techs are all very polite and professional. They're always able to make it on short notice, and the pesticides don't seem to be bothering the humans in the house.

Since Greenix has started their regular spraying, we see significantly fewer bugs in our home. If we see more than one or two bugs, we call and they come out and spray again as needed. All part of the quarterly maintenace cost, so even if they need to come out more than once a quarter, it doesn't cost extra.

The tech told me to allow it 14 days for the product to take effect. However, the spider, ants, and flies were still in the house since the product was applied. I call the company, and I was told that they can't do any thing about it since it was for a one time only. Very sad of spending my money on something that does not work. For the company to told me that they stand by their product when it is actually with out effect. I was expecting them to return and take care of the pets but they rather enroll me into a yearly plan before they can do any thing They have agreed to come back for a second treatment thanks to a wonderful manager named Kelly.

It's important to rate this service on two dimensions. First . . . the provider. Greenix and its employees were always professional, punctual, and courteous. Second, the results . . . which were less than promising. It actually took three applications/visits before we saw a real result in the pest problem. To be fair, Greenix was always responsive and willing to come back at no charge to fix the problem.

Zach came out and provided a treatment to kill the ants that were swarming my garage. He was very professional, although he missed a huge nest of them breeding in the garage. After I raided them, the long-term problem really didn't dwindle much. After two weeks (the length of time they told me to wait), I had him come back. It would have been another charge if I hadn't signed on to the year-long subscription, but I probably needed to do that anyway.

Everytime Greenix comes to my home, I am well satisfied.

They arrived as scheduled and performed the services as described above.

Brad was the sales rep and was very personable and informative about the company. Aaron the tech arrived promptly and was very courteous. He applied treatment on exterior and interior of our home. He covered his shoes and was very careful during the application of product inside our house. We are very pleased with our choice of pest control from a local business. The customer service far exceeded our expectation! The price was very competitive with the national chain companies around. I highly recommend this company & thanks Brad for signing us up.

The technician, Chip, called while en route as requested, arrived on time, and provided service. He sold me on a quarterly plan, but I do not resent this "up-selling", as I think it is warranted. As other reviewers reported, I saw black ants in places I had never seen them in the few days following the treatment, but the problem ended within 10 days of the follow-up treatment. I would recommend this company.

Everything went great! Aaron outlet tech showed up early and got right to work!! He was there for about 40 mins, laying granules, removing spider webs and spraying the inside and outside of our home. Once completed he went over everything he did and advised it would take up to a week in a half for product to take full affect. Aaron was professional and provided great customer service. Will be using Greenix every quarter!!

Eric was our tech and he was very professional and friendly. AT on customer service, He worn boot covers and asked about my concerns and detailed what he was going to do, what he was suing, typical things we may notice and provided me of useful info concerning additional options if I see other pests. Great all around will use again!

They did their job gave me information. They were professional.

We have different service technicians every time, but every one of them has been extremely friendly and professional. In between the quarterly treatments, we have had issues with yellow jackets, mice and other random pests occasionally, and whenever we call they respond immediately (no additional fees). Plus, with kids and pets, we appreciate that they use only the amount of product needed and amounts that are not harmful. We have had other companies stop by to try to get us to switch, but we are very happy with Greenix's service.

Our technician was Aaron. He was the same person who originally serviced our house. Both times he called ahead & came at agreed time. After applying additional bait I mentioned we still had some black ants in back yard. He applied additional control around perimeter of yard. Aaron did a great job. Was professional & courteous. very pleased!

During the first year we had no concerns regarding the service. In the second year we had a major ant problem and had these folks out several times for treatments. They were very good about follow-up calls and generally prompt. The problem, however, was never fully resolved to our satisfaction. They also promised calls in advance of coming out but failed to do so on at least two occasions. On those visits only the outside of the house was treated since no one was home. WE expected and wanted inside treatments on each visit and were disappointed when no advance call was received. We ultimately decided to try another service provider.

The only thing I had trouble with was getting someone to call me back after the initial set-up had to be rescheduled - it took about a month. The kid who came was very professional and well-informed. I would definitely use the service again, but make sure I have a long time to wait to hear back about the appointment.

Aaron showed up on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Initial service was completed. Time will tell if the service is successful.

Chip, our technician, arrived as scheduled. He was patient in taking his time to explain what was going to happen. He was very courteous and extremely professional. Chip then proceeded to exterminate the inside and outside of our condo. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and will refer them to our friends. Chip did an outstanding job and is an asset to his company.

They are prompt, thorough and professional. The products are not toxic and smell good too!
