Greenix Pest Control

We have used Greenix for 5 years now and they are always excellent. This time we called and asked why there was so much "poop" in our yard, so Collin came out and immediately identified it as raccoon poop. He not only set up traps but explained that feeding birds was attracting the animals and that we needed to remove the attraction either permanently or at least remove the feeders at night - who feeds birds at night anyway. We did this and 4 days later trapped a very big and unhappy raccoon. He had asked me to text everyday until we trapped the animal and as soon as I said we had it Collin came out and took it away But that morning we had found a wasp nest in our front yard. Collin took a look at the nest and cleared that for us also. They are so knowledgeable and professional I cannot say how good they are!

Greenix Pest Control has recently added a carpet cleaning service. We have been using their pest control services and agreed to try out the carpet cleaning service. We were given a promotional rate. They offer one-time and yearly plans and services. The products used are non-toxic and odor-free, and they dry within 30-45 minutes. We were very pleased with the service and the results. They cleaned all carpeting, which is very light in color, and removed several areas of spotting and stains. One area in particular was very darkly stained, and we were extremely pleased to see that all the stains were removed.

The technicians are very professional and easy to work with. I feel I was listened to, and the services suggested for me directly addressed my concerns, rather than over-buying what I may not have needed. I have had a good experience with this company so far. I have also found the office staff to be equally professional and easy to work with, whether it was to reschedule my appointments or for billing questions.

Collin arrived punctually and crawled thru the crawl space and determined that there were some rodent dropping but most likely from some time ago. Since we needed to be sure, he set some traps and was nice enough to cleanup some areas of heavy droppings. After several days he returned and as he suspected there was nothing in the traps. We feel a lot better that there aren't any little creatures crawling around!

Came as scheduled, and sprayed both inside and outside of the house.

During the initial call, Jake, Customer Service Representative, was very friendly and informative about the specific treatment and associated cost. He answered all questions satisfactorily. Scheduling was easy. Dustin, Pest and Rodent Technician was personable, friendly and professional. He explained the service treatment applications and areas that would be treated. Dustin emphasized re-service guarantee in which if ant activity persist 10 - 14 days following treatment, he would return to retreat at no cost. It was great to note that no ants were observed after the treatment. Thanks for a job well done.

Very professional service. I felt like he covered all the important areas and felt the product was safe for my family to be around. He answered questions thoroughly and let me know of other services available without being pushy at all.

Aaron was very punctual and friendly. He got right to work and answered all of my questions. He said it could take up to 2 weeks for the ant problem to be resolved but I saw an improvement within a day. I am very pleased and would use Greenix again. I also like that they are kid and pet friendly.

This is first time using this company, so we'll see if the ants go away.

Got a response same day from Kelly, and scheduled service for the following Monday. Tech came out when he was scheduled, and did a great job!! Couldn't even sit outside because of pesky mosquitos, but now we can! We are going to see about them coming out to do some more things for us. Got a great deal too!!

With all the rain that we have had, we have seen an influx of spiders in our home. I called Greenix and they came right out and did an extra treatment on the inside of our home at no additional charge. They have excellent customer service!

The two sales representatives (Will and John) were prompt, neatly dressed and very personable. They reviewed our needs and provided several options for us to solve them. There was no "hard sell." The service technician was knowledgeable, arrived at the appointed time and was very professional and thorough. There is a significant improvement around the house. The nice thing about this company is that they will return and reapply the treatment if the customer is not satisfied. They also use a product that is ecologically friendly.

It went great, they were on time and came out when requested. Mosquitoes have been bad this year with all the rain we've had and we wanted to have them sprayed for before a bbq we had this past weekend. The results have been great so far with much less bug bites and more time spent outside comfortably

Jacob came to our home earlier in the week because we had more ants than we felt we should have. I had been able to destroy several nests on my own but I did not want them returning. We walked around the property, discussed treatment options and I signed up for the quarterly plan. Today Aaron returned to perform the first treatment. He was very professional and courteous. We again did an outside tour and he told me exactly what he would be doing, where and why. Aaron treated the outside of our home, all around the mulch beds, the basement window, crawl spaces, and all the bathrooms. I can't attest to any results since we just had it done. Quarterly follow-up is $99 per treatment.

Service was professional, quick and not intrusive. They actually sent 2 techs to my house, but the first was right on time and they worked it out. Good service overall.

Everything went very smoothly. This was my first treatment by greenix, therefore I can not yet rate the quality of their treatment. However, they do offer a guarantee. If I see anything between my treatment periods, they will return at no charge and fix and address my concerns. I'm very pleased with the professionalism, kindness and courtesy of this company. Starting from the initial phone call, my sales representative James, and my technician Dustin. They were all so kind, sincere, understanding and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I'm OCD, and followed them everywhere, talking the whole time and they handled it very well!! Lol!! Lastly, you can't beat the price, the representative James gave me a wonderful deal. I would highly recommend this company.

They are always professional. In the 2 1/2 years, I have only had to call them to come out for a re-treatment once. Scott came out and treated the area again. He was very professional, and explained what he was doing. We agreed on a time for him to meet me at the house, since it isn't convenient for me to stay home all day waiting for them. I arrived home a few minutes early, and he was waiting for me. That is great customer service.

The service was very good. The workers were pretty prompt.

We have enjoyed using their service and will continue to do so. I have noticed very few insects around our home since we started using. John with Greenix even stopped by today to make sure everything was going okay. They follow up and they are good at what they do.

Signed up for the anuual plan. I called them between applications when I found additional spiders on our deck. They are very responsive and effective.

We have used Greenix for over a year now and they have been great. We use the quarterly service plan. If there are any problems they will come out to address them. They use pet friendly products. They also do inside and out. There people are very knowledgeable and professional.

The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, but I got the distinct impression that this "Angie's list special" was just a tactic to get you to signup for more expensive services. We did have a mouse in the basement, no doubt, but it apparently already left as none of the six traps set was ever sprung. Which is a good thing because he did not come back for several days. When he did come back, I asked if that was all I got for $125, and he had a contract all ready for more services with a "discount." He was not pushy at all though, so I did not feel that bad about the experience, but I still don't know how the mouse (or mice) got in the basement in the first place, and will have to pay about $300 plus a monthly fee if they come back and I use this company.
