Greenix Pest Control

It went very well. The service provider was very friendly and thorough. He asked me about any other problems I had.

The company was very quick to respond to my initial request. We had a hole in our roof from a critter, and we needed a quick assessment of the situation. Greenix came within a business day or two. Collin was stuck in traffic, but called to let me know he'd be late. He came and I explained the situation to him, he got up on the roof, and had answers for me quickly. He was very knowledgable and helped tremendously. There was also a follow-up visit to check the roof for critters again.

I purchased a big deal for this. I don't know if it really worked out because we had bugs in our home less than a week after the treatment. Their responsiveness was good.

Collin did a great job, very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

It went okay. They didn't do as good of a job as I anticipated. They're out three times. The first time they came out, there was a chemical for one of the solutions that they used to treat insects and it went missing. They came back the second time. The treatment they did the first time didn't seem to be working well. They retreated the area. The treatment didn't do the job so they came back the third time. They did the general treatment and we saw a reduction at the end but there were two big problem areas that we had. None of it worked. I finally figured out where the ant nests were and I directly treated the ants myself with solutions I bought from the hardware store. It finally took care of the problem. They helped but they didn't really solve the problem. They were always professional and they showed up on time. They did what they said they're going to do but the products and solutions didn't work that well. It helped but it didn't work.

I called Greenix on Monday and made an appointment for them to to remove a wasp nest on Thursday between 4pm and 5pm. No one showed up and when I called at 5pm, they already had their "closed for the day" message running. I called four times the next morning and always got their answering service. Finally, I left a message which has never been answered.

Provider was very prompt, and professional. Gave lot's of good advice.

Technician (Scott) came out and inspected, swept eaves, and sprayed. Excellent job & communication. Highly recommended.

On the evening of 9/23 I sent a message to Greenix via Angiie's List. In the message I provided details of my exact problem, my address and phone number. I also included three possible service times as requested. On the morning of 9/24 I received an email from Kelly of Greenix stating I would be given a call. I expected that I might have to wait a couple days for service, but I also expected a call the day of the email to set up an appointment. Greenix hours are Monday through Friday 8-5. At 3:45 I called the office. The woman I spoke with was either new or incompetent. I told her about the email and my message through Angie's list. She put me on hold several times but when she returned to the line was not more informed than when she placed the calll on hold. She stumbled around and after asking for all the information I had provided through Angie's List, she said a technician would call. I was certain she meant the same day. I didn't receive a call. At 5:45 P.M. on 9/24 (same day), I called Boyd's Exterminating. (614-804-3019). The friendly gentleman is on his way! Boyd's is also "A" rated on Angie's list. We'll see how the job goes but I have absolute faith in him after our conversation. I will write a review after Mr. Boyd leaves. Please check it out before using Greenix.

Extremely responsive to my request. Submitted request for service on Sunday, they scheduled and serviced our home on Wednesday at the time scheduled. Mike was prompt, professional and had very good knowledge about treating all sorts of bugs. He explained the reoccurring treatment program. We never felt pressured to sign the agreement, but decided to do so because the prices were so reasonable.

Zach arrived on time and explained the issue and treatment plan. He then proceeded to treat the yellow jackets and then even cleaned all cobwebs from the eaves of the home and anywhere else he found them. He was very patient and explained everything. I opted for the the program that has them coming quarterly to retreat and assess for other infestations. ($99 +tax quarterly) The treatment worked amazingly well! I am glad that they will be inspecting every few months to keep things under control.

The service technician was really professional and well-versed in regards to the spider problem inside and outside of our home. He made it clear that it will only work for 3-4 months inside and a little longer outside-- That was slightly discouraging to hear for $99, but I understand that pests return depending on the season and original infestation. I have noticed a HUGE decrease in the number of insects in our home. The tech also went around and put down traps in the basement and removed all existing webs.

Zach came out to perform treatment for carpenter ants. I had a leak in my front porch area that caused water damage, and a subsequent infestation. Zach was punctual and professional. He gave me his personal cell, and told me to call with any further problems or if I noticed any further ants in the next two weeks. In addition to the pest control services, Zach suggested I contact my developer about the issue being warrantied. He then had his supervisor write a letter stating the ants would not have infested the area if there wasn't prior water damage. This was above and beyond. I would go back to Greenix for service in the future, and would highly recommend them. The only con to their service, is that the plan they set you up on auto-renews after the first year quarterly from the contract you must sign. You must also call and cancel after the first year. I view this as a relatively minor hassle from an otherwise great company. However, it is disappointing. Thank you for all the help Zach!

The technician, Scott Bragg, did an awesome job. He was professional in all aspects and was very thorough and detail-oriented. I could tell that Scott took great pride in his work.

I was pleased with the professionalism the gentleman from Greenix displayed. We had some major concerns about insects near our babies' play space and he educated us on the types of treatment available for different areas of the house. Very much appreciated and would highly recommend Greenix!

The technician arrived early and answered all my questions about the products and process for the visit. Very clean-cut and friendly and left a good impression. He put on footies immediately, and did a thorough inspection before beginning product application. The work was completed quickly and we discussed options for escalating the rodent mitigation if needed.

It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Greenix Pest Control.

Freddie came out to do my quarterly treatment and to identify small bugs under box springs. When I was having a new mattress delivered last Friday, the delivery men saw the bugs and were afraid they might be bed bugs. They refused to take the mattress, and I delayed the delivery of the new mattress set. Freddie came today and confirmed they were not bed bugs, but small household centipedes. He was so helpful in taking the time to identify the bugs. I feel very relieved to know I do not have bed bugs. Greenix was very responsive to my concern about possible bed bugs and sent Freddie first thing this morning. They are a great company and Freddie and Emily, the scheduler, were extremely accommodating. I recommend Greenix to anyone with concerns about household pests.

This is the second quarterly treatment for insects. Chip has been the technician for every visit. Initially, there were hidden infestations that required two additional visits. Chip handled these promptly, courteously, and professionally. Also, there was no additional charge for these repeat visits since I purchased the quarterly service contract. I highly recommend Greenix. I also highly recommend this technician. My home was Chip's last appointment today. One might expect a young man with a life to focus on starting his weekend at 6 pm on Friday, but it was clear that his top priority was his customer's needs, not the clock or his plans for the evening.

They sprayed the interior and exterior of the house for pests and we haven't had issues. Responded promptly and showed up on time. Very pleased.

Great service and very personable staff. They responded quickly and courteously and came on time when they said they would. They treated for ants and other insects,. They even came back, for free, when the original problem still persisted (which turns out not to be carpenter ants). A little pricey but they use green treatments to control for insect infestations.

Scott was very friendly and thorough in explaining the rodent baiting program. He also re-sprayed a couple of trouble spots due to recent insect activity. He wanted to be sure we were satisfied with everything before he left. Great service, Thanks Scott!

We have a 1000 gallon fish pond in our backyard and had noticed lately that a predator had killed one of the fish. We had also noticed a raccoon eating from underneath our bird feeder at night. We looked on Angie's List and called Greenix. Colin came out and discussed the situation and set traps on Wednesday. By Thursday morning we had a raccoon in one of the traps and Colin came out to pick him up. The whole process went extremely smoothly. The trapping was very humane. Colin was awesome and we will continue to use Greenix for any other of our needs (pests, skunks, raccoons, etc).
