I purchased big deal through angie's list. Person who came for service kept telling me there is no warranty on one time application and repeatedly tried to sell their quarterly service plan. It hardly took him 10 mins for whole house application which is pretty bad.Did not do satisfactory job inside or outside. Stay away if you are purchasing one time service from this provider.

Collin was punctual, friendly, and professional. He pointed out all of our "trouble areas" and set traps. After a week, he came back to check them and caught 1 mouse. While we didn't have a big problem, it was clear that we would likely have more mice in the future. He told me how/where to trap them, but also how to prevent them from coming in in the first place.

Most recently they came out December 1st. I have a contract for quarterly to spray for bugs.

Service was amazing from the time I picked up my phone to schedule. Then John came out and did a fabulous job. He educated me on this new technology and was very pleasant to talk with. I will definitely use this company again!

Jon showed up right on time and asked to see what rooms we were having cleaned. I pointed out some of the areas that had some pet accidents. He got right to work and did a great job. Took about 90 minutes to do all 7 areas. Their equipment does not use a lot of water so the floors dried quickly. We use Greenix for pest control too and appreciate their green products that are safe for humans and pets. Jon was very professional and even went back and touched up a few spots I saw on the walk thru.

Provider showed up on time and walked through the house to see what carpet was to be cleaned. He did a great job getting stains out and was efficient in performing the work.

We have mice. Collin identified places where mice or other rodents may gain entry to our home and gave an estimate to seal our home. Placed & set interior mouse traps. Discussed plan for placement of exterior "stations" as well. Collin was very professional throughout the experience. My husband and I had a lot of questions. Collin was patient and took the time to answer them all.

I was very impressed with Josh and John. They were polite and thorough and did a great job. I would definitely call them again.

We had problems with ants and spiders and their spraying covers up to 4,000 square feet. They sprayed the exterior and interior of the townhouse. Three months later, I have not had any issues.

AMAZING job on my carpets. Loved the method involving environmentally friendly products and NO HOSES. The technician was excellent and went above and beyond effort with carpet spots. They booked me immediately at my convenience. Highly recommend Greenix for both pest control and carpet cleaning. Will definitely use again.

Fabulous. Vacuumed first which none of the others I've used do. Spent a lot of time on the steps and they look better than they have in years. The representative was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. I love the work they did and am recommending them to neighbors!

It went great. Both technicians were professional and explained in thorough detail what they intended to do and accomplish.

They did a fine job. The only problem is that the tech didn't leave any invoice or receipt, so I had to contact the company to get that.

Excellent. Very thorough. Wendell (the technician) offered to help me move any furniture and was very nice. We have used Greenix for pest control for years and now will be using them for carpet cleaning too. Love that it is eco-friendly and the cleaning unit is self contained (no big hose coming from outside). It is also very quiet. A+++

This has been a fantastic experience thanks to Greenix and there staff, even setting up the initial appointment was seamless, they showed up on time , and were extremely professional in cleaning our carpet. We have had many services like this but none of them were as nice , and professional as Wendal. I would give this company along with Wendall 5 stars and 2 big thumbs up. Today my tech was Zach Ritter. Zach was professional, courteous, thorough, kind, knowledgable and personable. He took his time and addressed any questions/concerns I had. He went above and beyond. He made sure I was aware of any issues he saw and helped me fix them, he even got rid of the cobwebs in my basement! I would highly recommend him as well as Greenix to family and friends and would love to have him as my tech again! Thank you again Zach!

It went great. On time (had my incorrect phone number so unable to give me a call ahead) but still worked out well.

I guess it’s going fine because there’s not much mosquito activity. There could have been more accommodation or flexibility on scheduling. I think the price would have been a good value.

Wendell from Greenix was a friendly and prompt fellow. He brought in a Smart Care Trio carpet cleaner machine and used distilled water with a solution to clean the tough stains out of our old berber carpet. We already had our furniture moved when he came so he got straight to work. The other semi-mobile furniture that we didn't move, Wendell moved it and cleaned the area where the furniture was to a different location in the room. We have two Dobermans and a Mini Schnauzer who have done a number on our berber carpet (hair, paw stains, potty stains, etc.). We didn't want to spend a lot of money on carpet cleaning because our carpet is so old (1989), but we wanted to neutralized the dogs' odors and get the major stains out to hold us over until we can afford to replace the carpet. Wendell from Greenix did just that. We used a RetailMeNot coupon to get $10 off the promotional Angie's Deal price of $99. We only spent $89 for 6 bedrooms compared $500+ dollars spent last time to Stanley Steemers. If our carpet was newer, I bet it would look brand new again. I would highly recommend Greenix for a swift and thorough carpet cleaning for the price point offered.
