Greenix Pest Control

Phil was very professional and accommodating. We have numerous plants and herbs around our house and he assured me he would only use organic controls around our vegetation. The treatment inside and outside was fully explained. We will now wait to see if the ants found in our basement have been contained. Phil asked we give it 10 days and if ants are still seen then call for a re-treatment. The inside treatment leaves a temporary odor but it was not that bad and was hardly noticeable after the first few hours.

The service technician, Reegan, was very courteous and professional. He used a 100% organic product, safe for kids and pets. He explained the process before he started and along the way. Once he finished spraying all around the inside and outside of the house he followed up to let me know he found a wasp nest high on the eve of our house. His ladder was not tall enough so he is sending another tech to remove the wasp nest later in the week. He also mentioned that they come back for free in between visits if anything comes up.

Regan was very professional and answered all our questions. What I like the most was that he didn't disrupt my household. We had a sick dog at the time and he assured us the chemicals used were organic and would not cause any kind of harm to our dogs.

Punctual, professional technician. We received exterior and interior treatments for a wasp problem. Technician explained possible follow up treatments, and method(s) to seal exterior cavity in order to prevent any future nests.

It went really well this year, as did it last year. Ragen came out and did a super job. It started raining so he sat in his truck and stayed around until it stopped and then came back out and finished the job. They found the problem right away and treated it successfully. They are very responsive and communicate well. Excellent service and I will continue to use them.

Went very well. Arrived on time and performed service without any high pressure tactics to purchase additional services. Explained what was offered for further treatments and left it at that.

The sales rep Jackson, knocked on my door and rang the doorbell. I work from home and I was on a business call. I look over and he is waiving at me through the window. I told the person I was speaking with that I would have to call them back. I told Jackson I didn't have time and he just kept talking, the more he talked the lower the price got. I finally agreed just so he would go away and I could get back to work. After I finished with my business call I called Greenix to cancel. I told the woman I wanted to cancel my appointment and the service all together. I explained the high pressure sales and how I didn't appreciate Jackson's approach. She apologized but then proceeded to try and pressure me into keeping the service. If that wasn't bad enough Jackson showed back up at my house that evening and approached my wife in our backyard. He proceeded to badger her to keep the service. I would never deal with this company and I am very surprised they have an A rating on this list.

Phillip Hayes was the Specialist who treated the inside and outside of our house. He arrived on time, was very polite and professional and got rid of all of our wasp/hornet nests. The sales rep, Tim Border, was also very professional and not pushy. I would definitely reccommend Greenix! Treated

Philip came by to do some inside service as a follow up to my normal treatment. He was pleasant and quick to get the work done. Everyone from Greenix has always been a pleasure to work with. My garage had some spiders that had moved in over the winter and he quickly treated them and cleaned the webs everywhere. Great job. I'm glad I have Greenix.

The Greenix sales rep rang our doorbell and told my husband that our next door neighbors had used their pest control service. When we spoke to our neighbors, we learned it wasn't true. If Greenix lies during the initial contact, how can you trust anything they say? By the way, I've never hired any company that used door-to-door solicitation to get new customers.

Colin came out and went over the exterior and interior of the house. He was very knowledgeable, and covered every linear foot of the footprint of the (very large) house outside. He knocked down several wasp nests, and treated several anthills even further away from the house on the fence line. Inside, he treated areas that we had seen insects before, and then boogied on outta there. Professional and courteous, to boot. Only time will tell of the effectiveness, but he was thorough!

Zach Ritter was the technician and he set traps for the moths and then sprayed inside and on the outside of house for any type of bugs. He did a great job and was very friendly and professional.

In the past few years, I have had minor issues with ants, so when 'Nick' (really young, but super nice guy) came to my house and told me about the special they were running in my neighborhood, and that their products were pet friendly, I decided to take a chance and have them do pest control around and inside my house. They came out Saturday morning, May 7, and performed their services, INDOORS AND OUTDOORS! When I arrived home from work today, Wednesday, May 11, I had a very unpleasant surprise waiting for me in my kitchen.........an enormous amount of ANTS!!!!!! I didn't have any ants before Greenix sprayed, but 4 days later, my house if full of them!!!!!!! RAID works better than the crap this company uses!!!!!!! I contacted the sales guy, Nick, and he said he couldn't do anything except for send company back out.......not an option!!!! I have 10 pics of proof from this horrible experience!!!!!! If anyone has ants, use Terro or RAID.........don't bother with this horrible company!!!!

I had a very good experience with them. The roaches have not been a problem since they came out.

I had to call them out a second time, but I assumed that was probably normal. All in all, they did a good job. They were there on time and answered all my questions.

This was my second service from Greenix. The first visit went as expected, on time and very polite. The second service I had to cancel, due to some remodeling being done in my home. I told the CSR that I would call back to reschedule service. One week later a technician, Scott was at my front door unexpectedly! He was very professional and very polite. I never called back to reschedule this service, so this was a surprise to have him show up! As far as billing, in my contract (which I have a copy of) I was quoted $99.00 for a one year service with quarterly visit. Scott came out on Wednesday March 2nd, 2016 and I was charged for this service on Friday March 18th, 2016. Per Hannah the CSR, after taxed my bill was $127.00? I advised her that per my contract I should have only been charged the $99.00 plus tax. She was very polite, apologized and corrected my bill. Needless to say that after my contract is up, I will not be renewing.

I prepaid for service, Greenix acknowledge that, but have not responded to requests to schedule the service.

The service was good. The interior was good. The exterior did not seem to work quite as well, but it was pretty good. He was excellent. He cleaned up after himself. He was meticulous and all of that. In terms of the results of the outdoor part of the work, it did not quite get rid of the ants outside. I like the way he explained the chemicals and what was being used. I am not sure if I am going to use them again, but I would give them a call for a quote.

They schedule appointments twice and never showed up.

Scott did a great job. Sprayed all around outside of home as well as eaves of home. Then came inside and sprayed basement. Bugs are gross, this procedure is done once a quarter and keeps us bug free.

Went well. Took awhile for the carpets to dry even with the fans on in the house.

Courteous, professional and very thorough.

They were great. We signed up for a one year contract. They came in the summer to do a next spray.

We have a one year contract with them.
