"The crew arrived as scheduled. The crew leader seemed unsure to me about the job specifics so I had the office double check with him and then we were all on the same page. They removed the old fence and posts, dug new ones and put up the new fence in about 5 hours. I wasn't home when the crew finished and I was unhappy when I got home with the height of the fence fabric on the gates, the muddy mess they left on the sidewalk and the the way one corner was done. I contacted the office and within an hour, the crew was back and adjusted everything that I had a problem with. Love being able to text a company and get an answer. "This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
