Lances was very prompt in responding to my request to have my invisible fence marked prior to having yard work performed. I would highly recommend Lances for animal fencing.

Better than imagined. Technician was able to find the break within minutes. Very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend.

Lance was able to visit our home on the same day we contacted him to repair our dog fence. His communication was excellent and he took the time to find the problem to get our system back up and running. He is personable and reasonable and would recommend him highly.

Mike came at scheduled time and prepared everything for the puppy’s training. He spent time getting to know the puppy and expending some of his energy before working with him. He spent quite a bit of time working with the puppy and so far the puppy has remembered what the flags are all about. Mike reviewed the collar settings and battery replacement with us. He answered the immediate questions that we had and invited us to call with any other questions or issues.

It was excellent service and very reasonable price.

Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job.

One of the best service providers in the ten years I've been finding people on Angie's List. Explained everything up front over the phone and then showed up as scheduled. We traced the line and found the issue in no time. I ended up buying a new collar from them on the spot as mine was having trouble holding a charge after 6 years. Great overall service. I'd recommend them to everyone no questions asked. Great company. Employee had been with them over 10+ years. That tells you something about the company!

We love Lance's Hidden Fence and recommend to all of our neighbors or friends. Their prices are much more reasonable then the well know Invisible Fence company. Lance even came out to help our in-laws one weekend when our dogs collar needed to be adjusted. Our second pup was trained by one of Lance's employees and we never even had to practice with her!

Pierce, came out and was on time, he came and did the repair, and did a high quality job. communication was great, quality of work was wonderful and did the work very thorough.

All very well. And Ryan has small talk down. The personal touch is so nice to have.

The installation process was seamless. The installer went around the yard with us to talk through exactly where we wanted the boundaries to be and gave suggestions based on his experience as we went along. Once he completed the job you could not tell he had even been there. Once that job was completed they provide a trainer to work with your dog to understand the boundaries. The trainer was outstanding as well. We even had a really bad moment when the trainer was playing with our dog, began to run, and our dog ran underneath him which resulted in him stepping on her leg. We truly thought it could be broken. The trainer felt miserable and noted they would cover any vet bills. We had our dog checked and learned it was a simple sprain. Nonetheless, the company covered that vet bill. This was a very telling event for me when it comes to this company. When you throw in the notion that our dog had a full understanding of her boundaries within a week with their professionalism, I would recommend this company without a single hesitation.

Lance answered all of my questions over the phone and he sent two guys to install our fence and train our dog. After the first training session, our puppy was scared to be outside. He didn't want anything to do with more training. I called Lance and he again spent time with me on the phone going over strategies. He had the guys come back the next day and they spent another hour or so with us so we knew how to continue the training process on our own. Our dog is now completely trained and is able to be safely outside without supervision.

Lance and his staff are beyond wonderful to work with, not to mention being amazing with animals! We recently had landscaping done and our line was cut along the back perimeter. One of the the technicians came out that evening and got everything taken care of. The service is always better than expected and so is the price. I cannot say enough good things about Lance and his company!!

Terrific, as usual! Our family has been pleased with Lance's Hidden Fencing since our first encounter more than 12 years ago. Lance and his team are polite, patient and knowledgeable. Over the years our needs have included repair after accidental severing, relocation of boundaries and upgrading of a system installed by another company. Work has always been completed in a timely fashion (even in cold and rainy November weather). Most recently, the new guys came up with the perfect solution for our specific fencing needs. Challenge accepted and DONE and no additional charge :) Thanks, Lance and Co. It's great to know we can always count on you to make our dogs safe.

We have had no issues with the fence until this year when a contractor cut through the wire. I called and Lance had someone out to our house within an hour. He is great at responding to voice mails and is very detailed in talking you through his process. I would definitely use him again!

I wanted to update my previous review. They contacted me today to Schedule to come back out for the training. He was sincere and apologetic and very professional. He seems to be doing everything to make this right and as such I am referring them to a friend.

Brian was timely (and kept me apprised if running late; considerate), professional, knowledgeable and reliable, quick service and asked permission to put their sign in your yard; didn't assume it was ok to put down without consent first. Lances company treats customers to a level, which is uncommon these days.

They arrived at the scheduled time, we discussed options and I had them do the work. We had one dog that was going though the fence with the collar provided. We called, they provided a different unit at no additional cost and there hasn't been a problem since.

The folks at lances hidden fence were very nice and works quickly when they came. However, some of the wire around our yard was not completely buried. Also some of our plants Were damaged.

Lance is very professional and personable, punctual, patient, enthusiastic. He is great with dogs. We received a lot of valuable information from him. He started our dog with minimal intensity collar, but when it stopped having effect, he came back and replaced it with the stronger intensity collar for free.
