Roof Medic

All went well - very hard working men and they did it in one day!!!

We were so pleased with the work we had done through Roof Medic. The work was started and completed in less than 15 minutes and the rep. actually gave us a written estimate before he did the repair. We had 3 other companies come to our house and 2 of them only gave us just verbal estimates and we were told they would email written estimates to us and we have as yet to receive those estimates. The price for the work for Roof Medic was on par with what the other 3 companies would have charged. The rep. from Roof Medic was willing to do the repair on the same day he came out to give us the estimate. He was professional and his service was excellent. We will call Roof Medic if we ever need any more roof repair work.

Excellent quality and service. Tony with Roof Medic responded to my inquiry within hours and scheduled to stop in the following day. He arrived on time, professional and was able to identify the cause of my leak. He took pictures to discuss the issue and the resolution. He was able to repair it that day and I couldn’t be more happy. I will definitely be reaching out to Roof Medic for future needs and definitely when I need to replace my roof!

Tony is awesome and did fantastic work

Tony came out the day after I called to look at the detached garage at one of our investment properties. Roof Medic is the only company we use for our personal home and several investment properties as I know they will only do the repairs needed and not automatically recommend a complete roof replacement. They are prompt, honest, and do a great job! We highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience throughout. Worked with us and our insurance company quickly and effectively. Were able to tear-off and install new roof in one day (including the gazebo). Would hope for no future weather-related damage, but they would be the first ones we call. Very happy with their work and professionalism. Highly recommended...

I contacted Roof Medic and asked for an estimate. They responded promptly that day and Mike texted me since his call went to voicemail. He came out a day or two later and called me immediately with an estimate. He confirmed my email address and said he would send the written estimate by email but it would take a few days due to computer issues. This was on 12/05/2018. (If not the 5th, then the 4th). I texted Mike 12/18/2018 to tell him I had still not received his written estimate. The read receipt shows my text was read. It is now 12/20/2018 and I have yet to receive a response. I think that’s more than a fair turnaround time and it’s clear this business has no interest in me or my $1700.

I cannot reccomend them enough. Tony was prompt and professional. As a new home-owner, I didn’t know what to expect but he was honest and answered my questions without over-selling me. Would definitely use them again!

Mike came out the day after I called, and was able to patch the leak during the visit, in order to get me through the winter until a more permanent repair can be done in the Spring. Mike is very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommended.

Everything looks good. No leaks so far. Big rains predicted later this week will be the real test, however. Tony came out to my house the same day I called. Repairs performed a couple weeks later. Would use again.

Tony came to our house for the appointment very fast after I called. He checked everything out in our attic space and on the roof and did a repair for me without trying to sell me anything. He did take pictures of a few issues with our roof where there were some issues with the original installation. My husband and I decided to replace it due to age. They were very competitive on pricing, the crew was there on time and completed our new roof in one day. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well after the job too. We would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Great job, done quickly and professionally. Workers were efficient, professional and courteous. Ground crew also did an excellent and thorough clean-up of all areas. Mike was very detail oriented in his assessment of the damage and in follow-up to any questions or concerns we raised. Great company, have already recommended to others.

Tony and his team were prompt, courteous, and very hardworking. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend giving Tony a call for your roofing needs.

Tony answered our call and was able to come out the same day. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He was able to determine where the leak was coming from and repair it. He thoroughly checked all of our other skylights to make sure we weren't going to have any more leaks. We have had several major rain storms since the repair and it has held up perfectly. Thank you Tony for your kindness and for saving us hundreds, if not thousands, in future damage had this not been repaired so quickly and efficiently. We would definitely hire Tony again!

The service is not good. They quoted and estimated what the job would be, they did not use any new parts. So I asked them to lower the price but they said that the estimate is the final invoice.

It went great. Price charged & quality of service were both outstanding.

Initial contact with Will went great.I thought we had made a plan to do the work.Ive been put off too many times.Last spoke to Will on 6/19.He was to get back to me but we have not heard from him yet.I left a message still heard nothing and it's now 6/30.Would definitely not recommend.

The roof repair above bathroom was done professionally and a vent was also added as they suggested.

The work was competently performed. It was an emergency situation. Water was entering the house on a Saturday morning because of an ice dam on the roof. Although the work was completed properly, the price was opportunistic, even predatory. The work took about an hour to complete, and the charge was $550--exorbitant; however, the owner knew that I had almost no options to get someone else out that day. I will never use this comopany again for any reason.

I could not have been more delighted with the professionalism and integrity displayed by Mike Willis (a Project Manager for Roof Medic) on his service call to our home. Mike quickly determined that the likely cause of our leak was the need for caulking around a window, and then made several recommendations for what our best course of action would be, none of which would involve revenue for their own company. Mike also examined the roof and, while he found no urgent need for action, he took pictures and explained how much more time we might expect to get out of our 19-year-old roof. I was extremely impressed with his articulation of the problems that can occur with stucco exteriors, and I felt that he was a man of integrity.

We had wind damage to our roof in Pickerington and I called three roofing contractors to look at the work. Mike from Roof Medic was extremely responsive and also came out the day that our insurance adjuster arrived to go over the damage with him. Mike was comfortable going up on the roof to inspect the actual damage. Mike answered all my questions, was professional, and kept me up-to-date during the entire process. The roof was completed and looks fantastic. The Roof Medic crew did a great job protecting our landscape and yard and cleaned up all the debris. I am very impressed with their whole process from coming out to look at the job, keeping in contact with me, answering questions, and completing the project and I highly recommend using them for your roof. Be sure to register your shingles with the manufacturer so that you will also have a material warranty to go along with Roof Medic's workmanship warranty.

Wow - this company puts your faith back in contractors. We had a leak in a bedroom. Mike confirmed the problem of debris backing up a gutter which was cleaned the day before he arrived but also let us know that the gutter was not graded correctly and that there were several layers of shingles adding to the problem. This is an honest and knowledgeable company who will be hired back immediately when need arises.
