Very professional. Fixed the roof problem in VERY short time after his arrival. Asked him to check out 2 fascia boards on roof eaves which possibly were letting pests in.. He checked out areas and came back a week or so later to fix them both . Would use again.

Tony did an excellent job. To begin with he built a long term relationship with me & gave me various assessments. Of all the contractors by far he was one of the most competitive in pricing & quality. His crew is very experienced - they came & tore off all the roof and were able to re-roof half the house in one day & returned the next day to complete the job. They also did some insulation work while on the vaulted portion of the roof. Tony was able to run me quick estimates on the site while work was going on weighing the cost / benefits of various options. Thus we replaced most of the wood sheathing on the house. The underlayment vapor barrier & the ice shield where most contractors cut corners was done correctly by Tony & his team - so important to a good roof job. The crew put plenty of nails to the asphalt shingles & more important did the valley / fireplace flashing correctly which are typically the leak prone area. They also discarded vent boxes on the top (if possible avoid any openings in roof as they eventually leak) & Tony suggested a ridge vent and a newer product at the eaves which draws air from below providing ample ventilation in the attic. The edges of the roof was flashed & fireplace was sealed. The crew cleaned up the place & left. After couple of months I called Tony to put some additional nails thro the vents at eaves & put a diverter which he gladly did without any additional cost - they stand by their work. The roof came with 10 year warranty. I would not hesitate to hire Tony for any roof related work in the future & highly recommend him to others.

Great. After a rainstorm, water was streaming down a wall in my newly remodeled sunroom. Tony came out within a day or two, diagnosed the cause of the leak and fixed it within a week in the very cold winter temperatures. I hasn't leaked since.

The work went particularly well. The crew came on time, worked throughout the day and evening, and completed the job within twelve hours. The existing roof was torn off, the new roof with a first-time-used shingle was installed, a problem with a section of the roof was discovered and repaired, and all old material was taken away. The roof was checked the next day with a few touch-ups being done including one which most roofing companies would not do. The new roof looks fine. My wife and I highly recommend Roof Medic for any roofing project. Also, the price was very fair especially in comparison with the estimates of other roofers. We thank, Tony, Dave and the crew for a job done well.

Dave (project coordinator) came out on 5-6-14 at 8am to give me an estimate for gutters for my detached garage. The front part was added on to prior to us buying our house, but never had gutters. So, instead of adding another section of gutters (cheapest way but least aesthetically pleasing way), we opted for one gutter run along both sides and using the existing downspouts along the back of the garage. The appointment was then made for Tuesday, 5-20-14. I called Dave up on Monday, 5-19-14 to see if he had a time for the appointment yet and he said they had a guy stop by earlier (while I was at work) and said 1 run could not be possible due to 2 different slopes in the roof, between the original garage and the add-on) which means I would either need downspouts down the middle or in front of the garage, both of which I didnt want because thats asking to be ran over/crushed. I told him we had to do what was necessary. I wish he would have told me this more then one day before the work was supposed to be done. As I pull in my driveway, the subcontractor Roof Medic hired for this job, Gutters Unlimited of Ohio, in my driveway with one side installed, in one run AND one side completed! Awesome! I called Dave to let them know they were already at my home and had installed it as planned, much to his surprise. They had to add a splash guard in the middle where the 2 roofs meet and it sticks out some but thats ok. I am pleased with the work. Now we just need a storm to test them. One thing I will say is communication needs to be just a little bit better. between Roof Medic, the sub-contractor and to the customer. I would like to know who is on my property and when doing what. That would also include giving times of when the install will take place. Glad it got done though even a day early. On Tuesday, 5-20-14, Dave did stop by to inspect the work. That was really awesome of him to do that! I also paid him for the work at the time. Great experience!

They got right back to me, scheduled the work and came out when they said and fixed the roof. They worked late to finish before the big rain so I would not get water coming in that night. The price was good as well. They did a great job.

This is the second time that we have hired Roof Medic to do work on our home. Tony West is an expert in his field. We have found him to be an honest and trustworthy professional. He hires skilled, hard working individuals and supervises all his jobs personally. Tony responds promptly to inquires and concerns. He also does an excellent job communicating with his customers. We would definitely hired Roof Medic again and highly recommend this company to others.

Tony West was very helpful and value added in the process. I received 3 quotes from different companies and chose him because I felt I was getting these and quality service. I still feel the same.

I was contacted within 1 hour of calling them with my issues. Mark was very prompt in calling me back and coming out to look at my roof the same day. I wasn't available at the time to be home, Mark however still was able to assess the issues. He had Tony out to repair the issue withing 2 business days. Service and communication was excellent.

I contacted them when it was very cold. He came and looked at the situation and was very professional. He felt the problem was due to improper flashing and promised to return as soon as weather allowed. We were contacted and an appointment set promptly. Work was done as well as an overall inspection and a couple of maintenance items that he recommended. (all covered as part of minimum service charge). Would recommend and use again.

I recommend them to everyone. He fixed minor things that needed to be done on both my house and a rental property. He removed the mold and moss from my roof. It looks a lot better since he did it. He is very honest, direct and reasonable. I will continue to use him.

Great! Tony came out within an hour of getting our call and quickly repaired the gutter. This is the third time we've called Roof Medic for minor roof repairs and Tony has always been punctual, professional, fair in pricing, and he does great work.

Roof Medic came out to my house in a timely manner found the problem and went over the possible measures they could take to fix the roof. The roof was fixed within the following week and the crew was amazing. Great customer service!

He then fixed the gutter and flat roof, and had a creative solution to the flat roof pitch issue that saved a lot of labor time and money. Tony was timely, polite, and very clean. He did good work for a good price.

Repair was done efficiently and on time. The price charged was their minimum charge, which was a fair price.

It went exactly as they said it would. The work was completed in one day and excellent clean up. The job began ten days from the signed contract.

He explained what he had to do and how he was going to fix leak. When siding was taken off, he was right on where the leak was and fixed it. He was on time and very neat from start to finish and I was extremely happy.

He inspected the attic and proceeded to fix the leak which has held for almost a year ow the roofer fielded questions I had about the roof and its condition said it was good for a couple more years. Instead of trying to sell me a new one.
