Description of Work: This company did a major portion of our fall cleanup. They blew leaves away from the house, including the roof and pine trees surrounding the house and along the 100 foot driveway, as well as a major clean out of our 55,0000 gallon pond. They disposed of the leaves and pond algae as instructed. The workers were courteous and worked diligently. When I told the owner I wasn't completely satisfied because there were a couple of areas under decks where leaves remained, he sent someone back the same day to rectify the problem. This individual went above and beyond by going over the entire area again to make sure we were satisfied. We will also use this company for snow removal in the winter.

Member, Yes when you contacted us we set up an initial consult. We are not used to getting clients calling over an hour away from our shop. Angies list as well as google, and any other form of marketing our company utilizes knows what areas of town we cover. You were over 30 minutes away from the areas we service. We explained to you on the phone that the price we would have to charge you just for the travel time and our employees and gas etc would not be beneficial for you or us. We don't want to have to charge extra just for travel expenses. Landscaping is a pretty competitive field, we also explained in the same conversation if you would like us to come out and pay a little extra for our expenses then we would be more than happy to do so. We were just being completely honest and letting you know the situation. The decision was up to you. I apologize for trying to save you a little money as well as be a more efficient company.

Hi [Member name removed], I apologize, apparently you were not 100% satisfied. You called us and said that the wood was not burning and you could not get it started. Once you called and notified us we not only gave you your money back but we also let you keep the rest of the wood for free. Im not sure what better customer service we could provide besides free firewood?

Description of Work: Frazier's Landscape (Adam Frazier) designed and implemented a plan to alleviate standing water in our back yard. This involved installing three weeping tiles tied into existing downspout tile, correcting the grade in a large area (20' X 40'), removing and replacing a flagstone walkway and laying sod. Although the weather delayed the start of the job, Adam and his crew worked two and a half days to complete the job. With our recent heavy rains, we are experiencing normal drainage for the first time since we've lived here. Thanks, Adam!

Hi [member name removed], I apologize if there was any confusion. You called to schedule mowing service earlier this past week to begin on Friday, April 19. We explained we would be out that Friday and every Friday after- weather permitting. However, this past Friday, we had a huge storm come in and that is why we did not come out to mow. If we mow in the rain the cut will not be even and we would leave grass clumps behind everywhere in the lawns. Also, the mowers may leave ruts in your yard if it is wet enough, which is no good for anyone. All of our mowing accounts, and there are many, understand that if there is thunder and lightning, we wont be out that day. Instead, we will come out the following Saturday or Sunday. We missed two calls from you on Friday during the afternoon which I do apologize for. I did explain to you, however, that my twin boys were both at Nationwide Children's Hospital having surgery that day. As you may expect, I had no cell service inside the hospital. When we left that evening, I was able to return your call, which is exactly what I did. I apologize that there was an 8 hour window in which I was not able to get back with you. We would not have scheduled to mow you for the season if we did not intend to be out there! When I called you back later that evening, I told you we would still be out that same weekend to mow since we could not mow on the Friday in question due to weather. We are extremely customer service oriented and always put our customers first!! That is why we like Angie's List so much. Customer reviews are an important part of the growth of our business, which is why we pride ourselves on always providing professional and reliable service. I appreciate you giving us a call to begin with, but under the circumstances I do not understand what justifies your review at all?? Again I apologize for any missed communication. We would love the opportunity to work with you again, should you reconsider. Thank you, Adam Spencer
