My experience with Frazier's (and Adam) was similar to the reviewer's of October 16, 2011. I phoned Frazier's on a Friday morning, reached Adam on the first try, and he had the firewood to my home by 1 to 1:30 PM the same day. He was prompt, courteous and efficient (as was his co-worker). The price was good for the amount of wood received. However, the wood is not the two year-seasoned wood Adam stated it was. It's difficult to light and doesn't burn as hot as it should. I called Adam and left a message that I'd like to discuss this matter with him, but he did not return the call.

Adam came out, gave me an estimate, told me what day he and his team would be out to do the work. He and his partner showed up when planned, and were efficient with the work. They make sure everything is taken care of and looks good before they leave.

I was satisfied with the service they provided. They are very responsive.

It was a great overall experience. He and his team were very professional and did exactly what wanted and on time. We would gladly use his company again and would definitely recommend them.

I contacted a handful of highly-rated companies on Angie's List in order to buy a half cord of firewood. I called all of them on a Saturday, expecting to hear from no one until Monday. Surprisingly, Adam at Frazier's Landscaping got back to me within an hour and offered to deliver the firewood the very next day, a Sunday. (One other company got back to me that Saturday, but it was going to take at least two weeks until they could deliver the firewood.) We agreed upon a time and he told me he would call about half an hour before he was to arrive. He did just that, arrived promptly, dumped the firewood quickly- conveniently right next to my existing wood pile- and told me that if I burned through the half cord that I should contact him. Believe me, if I do burn through the wood I will do just that! Adam was professional every step of the way, a man of his word.

The service went great. They are very accomodating and willing to help us with what we need. The cost is reasonable as well.

It was a positive experience. Adam was professional and personable throughout the experience. He did what he said he would do and I was very pleased with the end result. He returned my initial call promptly. He did call and reschedule the estimate appointment once, which was not an issue for me. When we scheduled the date for the work to be done, he told me it would be himself and additional workers so they would complete the job in one day. The work did extend beyond one day because Adam did all the work himself. One of his helpers had a family emergency and two had prior scheduled vacation time. It was hot and sunny weather and Adam worked diligently to get the work completed.
