The crew worked quickly, were very polite and cleaned up the yard very well. They did a great job putting out grass seed in the bare areas of the lawn.

I had knee replacement surgery on May 2nd so this is the first time I have ever used this kind of service. They return my phone calls promptly. I'm very happy the way it looks and that I don't have to do this work. I'm seriously thinking about having this service next year.

Two people came and it took them about 40 minutes. The work was not major work. It went okay.

They never contacted me. I emailed them and sent a message through Angie's List and have never heard a word. Very disappointing.

They removed old bushes and planted everything as they said. Time will tell if everything lives but we were pretty happy with the result. They also trimmed two trees in the back yard that needed to be thinned to allow more sunshine to the grass. They also dug up a downspout drain pipe that was partially missing and replaced it. Their cleanup was thorough. It's difficult to estimate the relative cost of their work because we have little experience with such services. They arrived later than we expected, but finished everything in the afternoon, so there was no problem there.

They did a fantastic job. When I spoke with them to provide details on the service I wanted, I didn't expect them to show up for a couple days but when I got home that same day they had already been there and had done a fantastic job. I am very happy with their service and will hire them again.

They did a great job. They cleaned up all the debris and left my front garden and ground cover looking beautiful!!

After I paid for the job, they ever contacted me. I called and left a message. No response. I emailed. No response. Called again. Luckily, this time I managed to talk to the owner guy. From that moment on everything was perfect. Travis & Wayne came as promised and did a wonderful cleaner-upper job on my patio. So despite the communication problems, I highly recommend them. I will definite;y use their services again. P.S. I gave an "A" for responsiveness because I didn't want to be a heartless guy but read the above.

NOTE: this review is specific to the landscape evaluation and design. We have not yet decided if we will hire them to do any work yet. Adam initially set up an appointment with me for a Saturday. It was getting close to the time he was supposed to arrive, and the phone rang. He called to explain that the previous client evaluation was going longer than expected and said he would be an hour or more late. He asked if I still wanted him to come out and I decided to reschedule. He arrived on time for the second appointment, and was very friendly and attentive. He listened to everything I had to say, as I walked him through the front and back yard. He provided some suggestions, and when I voiced some concerns with his ideas, he responded with, "that is a great point". He is very agreeable to work with. I just received the renderings this morning, which was earlier than expected. I submitted a few questions via email, and he responded immediately. Overall a great experience!

Terrible -- difficult to evaluate when they just take the money and never contact the customer.

We were thrilled with the entire job that Frazier's did! Our planting beds haven't looked this good in years. Truly, every weed is gone - and we had a lot of them. It appears the crew got every one, root and all. The pruning job on the bushes and tree is great, too. Very professional! The crew was friendly and polite. We will be calling Frazier's again for our fall cleanup and for our mulching in the spring.

Our projects are always completed beautifully and in a timely manner. A friendly and tireless work crew!

Good. They split the four hours by 3 since there were 3 workers.

They didn't send their regular crew. This last time they came out they did such a horrible job. The guys that came out didn't know the difference between a rose and a dandelion. I told them what I wanted and to just pull all the weeds. They ruined my yard. My husband has planted rose bushes and expensive bulbs over the year and they pulled everything up. I had huge lilac bushes that I needed trimmed, they took a blunt saw and went halfway across the top and cut half of it off, there are just sticks sticking up out of it. All the debris went down in the plant and on the ground and they didn?t pick any of it up. I had to work the entire evening and next day after they left to clean up after them. They did a very sloppy job. They left great big bushes and didn?t clean them up at all. They didn?t clean up anything I asked them to. They just completely ruined our yard. I filled 2 big containers picking up after they left. I will never use them again. They were expensive and sloppy. I ended up having to do the job I wanted done and paid them to ruin my yard.

Contacted the NEXT day after purchase. Discussed what needed to be done. They showed up on appointed time and we walked my lawn. Explained what I would like to have them do. Let them do their work and several hours later they let me know that they had completed the requested work. No surprises and everything I had requested were done under the price of the contract.

Never returned an email, call or message from Angie's list - ultimately Angie's list had to step in and get an alternate provider to do the work as this firm doesn't respond and is untrustworthy.

They did a good job. They worked very hard and showed up on time. I am satisfied.

Adam showed up exactly on time. We reviewed general ideas. He got back to us with a proposal within a few days, as promised.

Frazier's Landscape did an amazing job! Adam was very responsive to the initial quote request and was easy to communicate with and always returned phone calls. He was very reassuring that he had the right crew, tools, and equipment to do this messy job that I have been putting off for 5 years! He was right. They knocked it out and it looks so much better. I would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs. This was not an easy job!

Frazier's stepped in at a late date and did an absolutely fantastic job. The men arrived early afternoon and worked well into the evening. The edging, weeding, mulching and trimming was done as requested. (The stump grinding was completed earlier in the month by Frazier's.) I am very happy with the result. Adam and his crew were very attentive to the needs of my lawn.

He was on time for the estimate. Walked around the yard with me to discuss what I needed done. Made suggestions on overgrown bushes. Gave me an itemized estimate. Very very professional. Crew was on time. Worked through rain at the beginning. Large crew. I could not believe how quickly the completed the work. It looks absolutely beautiful!!! Will definitely use them again.
