Started off with a smaller fencing project, but Cliff and Ben worked well with me as I changed plans on them a couple of times. Great quality and great guys to work with.

We just moved and desperately needed to complete a fence in the backyard to contain our dogs. Cliff with Arrow returned our call immediately - and came out on a Sunday to measure and give us an estimate. It may have even been the 4th of July weekend! We wanted a nice looking fence that would keep our escape artist dog inside but didn't want the maintenance of wood. Cost was also a factor for us. He showed us a few options and we were able to get a black ornamental fence instead of chain link for a good price. Unfortunately, it took close to a month to get the fence installed after ordering. This was due to the summer season. But, they completed the work in less than a day and it looks fantastic. They took good care to make sure the fence is straight and sturdy. In delivery one of the panels got a few small scratches and they came out the next day, as promised to repair it. Really great work and good people to deal with. Thanks!

This was a relatively small job; i.e., chain link on one side of property, small section at rear of property, and installation of approximately 16 feet of cedar fence to tie into the chain link fence. Scheduling was approximately four weeks after contracting and this was acceptable. Weather and equipment problems delayed start date by a few days, but Cliff had crew out on a Saturday once weather broke and equipment was repaired. Crew worked steadily and quickly finishing the job in a half day. Although rocky soil and numerous roots made post setting difficult, crew prevailed and no extra cost was assessed although contract could have allowed same. Installed fencing is quite satisfactory.

The job was down as expected -- on time and on budget. After the job was completed I contacted the owner because I thought there was an opportunity for some additional clean-up and to replace a couple cracked planks. He came by right away to look and sent the crew back. The clean-up wasn't major but I appreciated them coming back to ensure I was completely satisfied. Would recommend to anyone needing to build a fence.

They did a great job. This is a busy time of year for them and they were able to fit me in within a couple weeks of the initial quote. The quote itself was several thousand dollars less than I would have expected and the end result was great. They dealt with us honestly and professionally. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to have fence work done.

Cliff does excellent work and did most of it himself. I am very pleased with the outcome. The only problem I had with him was communication. He would always respond to my e-mails and texts but did not always answer my questions. He gave a window of time he would be installing the fence but never let me know when he would be there. That caused some inconveniences for me because of my dog. We also had a discrepancy on the size of one of the gates. I had asked that one of the gates be large enough to accommodate the large professional lawn care mowers and he miscalculated the size that was needed so the gate was too small. He made good on redoing it, however he asked for an additional $75 for additional material.

Cliff came to my house within a couple of days of contacting him via email, and gave me an estimate on the spot. After I sent in my signed contract along with my check for a 50% deposit, he came back within a couple of weeks to start on the installation. The first day he installed all of the posts with concrete; then he returned the following week with a helper & it took them a couple of days to get all the railings and gates (3 of them) put up. I love the looks of my new fence and better yet, I know it is sturdy & strong enough to keep my two big dogs in the yard! He came back a day later to put up the temporary fence he promised me, at no additional cost to me! Cliff did a great job and it is was well worth the money (his estimate was about $1,000 less than the other company I got a quote from).

The fence looks great! Cliff completed the job in a timely manner and either individual that worked along with him were wonderful as well. They made sure to clean up after themselves; Cliff even went the extra mile and filled in a couple of holes in our back yard with the excess dirt. We have received many compliments. The latch system he used on our front gate is so easy; we have never seen a latch like this before. This latch warrants the most compliments. It makes it extremely easy to open and shut the gate with kids in tow. I would highly recommend Arrow Fence!
