I have already received several compliments on my fence and arbor. I had a couple of issues with them but we were able to work them all out to my satisfaction. Ben is a very personable man who made sure that I was happy with the end results. I am very pleased with how the fence turned out, and it will indeed provide years of beauty and privacy.

It took only a few weeks from the first contact, and we've got a brand new fence. I wasn't on site to supervise the work, but Ben reached out to me many times to keep me updated and clear up any issues that arose in the job.

We really appreciated Cliff's design insight and recommendations and his Team's professionalism and hard work. After bidding the job to three other fencing companies, we were so impressed with Arrow that we immediately referred him to our next door neighbors whom also used Arrow and the work on both yards was completed at the same time - matching beautifully. We also referred another neighborhood family and they are very happy with the four foot cedar fence around their yard. I will use Arrow for any and all future jobs that fall within their specialties.

Good job but it took awhile to get him scheduled.

I had cedar fecning added to tie into my neighbor's existing fence with a gate on one side of the house. The installers were prompt and worked in less than ideal weather conditions to finish the job. My fence is sturdy and looks wonderful. Cliff personally checked in a day or two later to ensure that I was happy with my new fence and had time to inspect it.

I left a voicemail on the business phone on Feb. 29. I left another voicemail on Mar. 3 just in case he didn't get the first one. I didn't get a return call until late the next day. In the meantime, I had called another fence company.

Had our 1.3 acre backyard fenced using Kentucky board (4 board) and with 14 gauge vinyl covered fencing on the inside to keep the pets in the yard. Installation was a several step process of digging the post holes, concreting the poles in, let concrete dry, install 4 boards horizontally and then the final step of installing the wiring and the gates (2 double and 3 single wide). The back property line cut into some surrounding woods and had to be bush hogged to clear the fence line ensuring most of our property was fenced. All in all it was a 6 working day job over a 10 day period. We are very happy with the finished product both in appearance and the quality of the work. Excellent clean up. Co-owner was part of the crew and made sure we were kept informed at all times and that the crew maintained the schedule and quality of work.

I am disabled. I accepted the quote and put a deposit down and then waited and waited for them to begin. Most of this was due to weather, some not. So not a big deal. They tore up a lot of my yard, much due to wet ground, some the size of equipment used. But they did their best to level the ruts without me even asking. They also leveled a spot for a new shed without additional cost. After I'd paid (with the understanding that I would have someone check everything and they would fix and problems), I found out the bottoms of some the slats weren't nailed down. They came out and fixed nearly all but didn't let me know, but at least they came. We found another slat loose. They have now called and agreed to fix it tomorrow and I belive they will. (Thanks Arrow and Angie's List!) To be honest, my biggest problem rests with communication / miscommunication. I called many times about the slats without receiving a return call. I understand busy. But a call, a date or date range to fix the slats is all it would have taken. If most of the slats had been fixed without me knowing (which they apparently were)...discussion could have ensued about the remaining one, no problem.

Cliff Workman came out to discuss my fencing options. I originally thought I wanted chain link fencing. Cliff pointed out that a cedar privacy fence would look much better and cost only about 15% more than an equivalent chain link fence. I was impressed with the professionalism of the installers. Cliff was correct. The cedar fence looks very classy.

was contacted within time frame, scheduled appt with knowledge that it may change due to rain. Rain did keep delaying the replacement of the wood. I was always updated without having to check with them. The fencing was replaced, cut the exact same way, he cleaned up, and left. It looks soooo much better not to see the fencing my dog chewed! I will need to use again as there are some pieces that need replaced around the yard as well

I spoke with Cliff on a Monday. He suggested the next afternoon for the estimate and said he would call when on the way. 3:00 came so I tried calling and got voice mail. 4:00 came; same thing. At 5:00 I finally got an answer of "uh yeah I don't think today will work after all." Arrow may do fine work, but after such thoughtless regarding my time, I certainly won't be hiring them.

Excellent. Arrow Fence showed up on time, as scheduled. At the end of each day, our yard was left clean, without materials all around. The craftsmanship of the Fence is very good. Arrow Fence is easy to work with and also friendly to deal with during both the planning and construction process.

Fantastic! An ?A? rating isn?t enough. I wish there was an option for ?A+++.? I have been impressed by their quality, integrity, workmanship, aesthetic and professionalism from the very first meeting and throughout the project! The house had the original 1950?s chain link fence a section of redwood fence. I found the design for a Japanese style fence in a magazine and saved it for 20 years waiting until the time was right to build it. The redwood fence finally collapsed last winter. The time had come. I knew the design was tricky, as someone in Seattle built the same fence and blogged about the tough parts. The top horizontal cantilevered trim sagged (because it was just toe-nailed in). The middle sections sagged (because the wood was too heavy). I found 6 companies on Angie?s list and contacted them about a custom fence ? sending them the plans and a photo (from the Seattle blog). Two replied they couldn?t do it. Four came out to see the see and write an estimate. Three went off the original plans ?as is,? never realizing it would be too heavy or the cantilevered pieces would sag. I was thorough disappointed. Cliff from Arrow came out last. He did his homework and reviewed the plans in advance. BONUS POINTS! He immediately commented on the weight of the wood and suggested thinner materials (which would be lighter and therefore, avoid the sag). BONUS POINTS! He said the cantilevered trim couldn?t be toe-nailed, as it would sag, and said he would use a mortison and tenon joint instead. Keep in mind, these are square (not round!) holes, so they would have to be cut by hand, and there are about 160 of them! BONUS POINTS! He explained what wood to use ? cedar for everything but the posts, treated for the posts so they don?t rot. BONUS POINTS! Lastly, he explained he would rip wider boards down to get 1? square trim strips to also lower costs. BONUS POINTS! The estimate was very reasonable. BONUS POINTS! Most of the work was done by Ben, Cliff?s son; it?s a family business. BONUS POINTS! Ben isn?t a fence builder. He isn?t a carpenter. Ben is a master craftsman. The joinery is amazing. The fence is perfect in every detail. He even designed and built in a small hidden ?access panel? so I can get through to the neighbor?s yard if necessary, without another gate (which would have looked odd)! I would be completely comfortable with Cliff building custom cabinets or furniture. He is meticulous. He would find things he wanted to ?re-do? to do better and just do it ? without me ever noticing (and I doubt I would have ? he?s a perfectionist)! And they stuck to the estimate. Even the cleanup was perfect! They delivered on every promise and exceeded my expectations. Anyone who comes over comments on the fence. People walking down the street have stopped and asked about the fence. It?s unique, fits the house perfectly, is exactly what I wanted and it?s flawless. I wish they did more than fences. I would hire them to do work on my house, even if I was away. I would know when I got home the project would be done and it would be done right. A fence is a big investment. It should add to the quality, character and resale value of your home. If you want something special ? something different ? then you want craftsman quality. Cliff and Ben from Arrow Fence are perfect for the job. A+++++!

Arrow installed around 350 feet of vinyl coated chain link fence for pet and child containment. We did have some issues however Cliff resolved them quickly and to my satisfaction.

Arrow did a great job. Very easy to work with their team. They met all commitments and were very responsive. We received other estimates and Arrow had the best price.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was not very timely but the service was fine. I did pay extra to have them power wash my fence. He quoted me $250 to power wash the fence. We had some issues so he did discount it $25. He was on time to do the quote but it was quite a bit of time before he came to do the service. The Big Deal was a great price for what he did. Thinking back the power wash was probably a little expensive but that was my choice.

Started off with a smaller fencing project, but Cliff and Ben worked well with me as I changed plans on them a couple of times. Great quality and great guys to work with.

We just moved and desperately needed to complete a fence in the backyard to contain our dogs. Cliff with Arrow returned our call immediately - and came out on a Sunday to measure and give us an estimate. It may have even been the 4th of July weekend! We wanted a nice looking fence that would keep our escape artist dog inside but didn't want the maintenance of wood. Cost was also a factor for us. He showed us a few options and we were able to get a black ornamental fence instead of chain link for a good price. Unfortunately, it took close to a month to get the fence installed after ordering. This was due to the summer season. But, they completed the work in less than a day and it looks fantastic. They took good care to make sure the fence is straight and sturdy. In delivery one of the panels got a few small scratches and they came out the next day, as promised to repair it. Really great work and good people to deal with. Thanks!
