I like that their wasn't any unpleasant surprises after my initial contact with them. Everything went as I was told. I was kept updated on when the appointment time would be within a two hour window. I had a picture of the technician emailed to me which I really liked. Zach was in a clean uniform , well mannered, professional. He was well trained and patiently answered any questions. He is able to order replacement parts himself so you know what the whole repair will exactly cost. He said it usually takes about week. I got updates on the part arriving, they called me for a follow up appointment and within a week the first visit my LG range was working again.

I called Mr appliance to set up an appointment to repair my Samsung 4 door refrigerator. They arrived promptly the next day. They were experienced, courteous & Dave was able to diagnose the problem. They had the part it needed on the truck & was able to replace it. Immediately.No need to order it!! I would not hesitate calling them again if needed.

Aiden was fantastic! Very personable and knowledgeable. He was in a training phase, and although I never saw the trainer (he stayed in the vehicle) Aiden didn't need any assistance whatsoever. VERY impressed. If you have an issue, hire these folks! My only suggestion is that, since it was David's picture that was texted to me, and yet Aiden is the one I interacted with, when you have a team, send BOTH pics@
