It was a basic pump out. It went as expected.

Danny was very professional and explained every step he was doing. He made sure our lines were open from the house to the tank before he left. We were very pleased with this service and would recommend them.

We took advantage of an Angie's List coupon to have SepTek do a routine tank cleaning. Danny, the specialist who came out to do the work was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had several questions about septic tank care and he was a wealth of information. The lady in the main office was also very helpful. I will definitely hire SepTek in the future.

Scott did an inspection of a septic system at a home we were purchasing. He identified some issues that needed to be fixed. The seller used Septek to perform the repairs and maintenance and the septic is working properly.

We have a small business and live upstairs. It was a holiday weekend, the business was slammed plus we were having a family gathering of about 50 people. An hour into the party, we realized our septic tank was full and backing up into the business. We tried to call our "regular" septic guys, only to find out they were closed for the holiday weekend. SepTek answered right away and owner, Scott came right out first thing on Saturday morning only to realize we had no idea where the tank was located. He emptied the "lift tank" which allowed us the ability to use our bathroom again without fear of flooding. He then returned Monday morning with a backhoe and a piece of "locating" equipment. In about an hour and a half, he had located the tank, dug up the access, and installed a riser and new lid so this problem will never occur again! Then sent out his truck to pump out the actual septic tank! In total, Saturday's visit and Monday's combined cost was $945 but totally worth it! Fixed the problem fast and did it right. What a relief! And I was expecting to spend the rest of the weekend trying to restore my backyard from the digging massacre, but by the time they left, everything was back in place and the only sign of their visit was a small mound of earth where they filled up the hole they had to dig. Will certainly be using them again. Them and ONLY them!

We noticed one day that every time we used our toilets and shower stall on our second floor that water was draining down and running out the toilets on the first floor and then running down the wall of the basement. We had the plumber out and he determined it was due to a septic system blockage, so we needed to get help from a septic system service. Since this was rapidly rendering our house unliveable (since our toilets/showers/sinks, etc. couldn't be used), we needed to get help on an emergency basis. I called numerous septic companies and for the most part got very disappointing results. Many were booked out until June, and wouldn't even try to provide help due to an emergency. Many wouldn't even answer the phone, nor even respond to my voicemails. Practically the ONLY company who would even try to work with me was Septek. I spoke to Laura who said she would see what she could do to squeeze me in the next day. Believe me, her proactive response was music to my ears after all of the negative (or non) responses I had been getting from everyone else. Sure enough, they came out first thing the next day and took care of the problem immediately. Our septic system is now working just fine thanks to them. Their can-do attitude really saved the day for us and we will surely use them again, and recommend them highly.

Contacted them to see if they were able to come out to my Montgomery County, gave them my zip code and they said they were able to come out. I called them back to schedule and then apparently they weren't able to come out. Explained that I'd essentially be using all of their services and the travel would be well worth it and they said they'd get me a quote via email within a few hours. I had to call them back at the end of their business day because I hadn't heard anything and "oh, yes, that". They said they'd work on it and get it to me. I reiterated to them that I needed it asap so to schedule services for the 3 days I was coming in to town and they said "yes, we'll have it to you tonight." That was yesterday. When I hadn't heard anything until later in the evening yesterday I sent them an email requesting the promised quote. It is now one day later and nothing from them at all. I guess they just don't need the business!

We had a septic backup in a house we recently purchased. They quoted $225 to pump it if they did not have to dig and an additional $50 if digging was required. They pumped both sides of the septic tank. Unfortunately, the backup was in the pipe leading to the tank. He snaked it from both sides as well. He said that would be a short term fix and recommended getting someone out who could either augur or waterjet the piple He was there for nearly 2 hours but did not charge anything additional. He was very helpful in explaining everything and I would use and recommend their services to anyone
