Derrik performed a quick, complete, safe clean-out of the septic tank. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what was going on inside the tank and how it works.

Very unhappy. Was quoted one price. Specifically asked how the crew went about finding the lid to the septic tank. Asked if they used a metal detector and that the lid was 5-6 inches underground. Was told by the lady in the office that they use a metal prod to find the lid. Price quoted was $285.00. Work was completed in a timely fashion. Got a call the next day from the office stating that the price was $350.00, not $285.00. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that the price quoted was for an exposed lid. I reminded the office lady about our discussion and her comment was that she was not there and had no control over the pricing. Rather odd since she was the one that quoted the price. I went with this company because of the good rating and also the price. I had no recourse but to pay the inflated price. Very disappointed.

Top notch experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and quick. They offered next day service but I had to put it off a couple of days. Derek arrived on time, went right to work and finished in about an hour including complete cleanup. The price was less than I paid five years ago to another company. I'll use them again.

I had to schedule that to be done. It took a while to get it done. They had other jobs scheduled and then they were trying to, it was like, well we had to get pulled off to do something else, so the timing in getting it done was not as fast. So, they did a good job at finding the problem, well, it took a while to find the problem. It was just like different things. They got it done, but that is not there forte I guess is what I’m saying. I had a blockage and they had to dig it up and find it and replace the blocked areas. So, they don’t really finish because I couldn’t see it, so I had to do a lot of work afterwards to try and clean it up so I could use it. So, it’s just not there forte, it’s not their business. We fixed it, that’s what I said, we fixed it.

It was time for the septic to be pumped. I called to see their availability and they were out at the house within a couple hours! Knowledgeable and effective. I'll be using them again.

I was not here, but the family member who was here said everything went fine. Sorry I can't give more detail, but it was several months ago now and I don't remember too much about the service other than the phone representative was very pleasant and the work was done on time.

The service provided by SepTek (Steve B.) was excellent! Steve arrived promptly at 0808 for a 0815 appointment and walked me through the process of the clean-out, as well as going above and beyond to educate me on septic tank operations and routine maintenance since this was my first dealings with a septic tanks. Steve was very courteous, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does for a living -- which was awesome since the only knowledge I have on this subject is what I've read and researched on the Internet. The cost of the service was $255.00, which I found to be very reasonable and competitive price to others. With a combination of great price and awesome service (especially If all technicians at SepTek are as good as Steve), I'd definitely recommend SepTek to all who needs any septic service for their homes. Steve was wonderful! Very friendly and graciously answered any and all questions that I had. He even answered questions my 3.5 year old son asked! Danny showed up on time as promised. He explained the entire process, gave us valuable information on how to treat our system with biologicals, frequency of service and information on how to keep tree roots out of the system. Danny is WONDERFUL! He is a great educator and helped me understand how best to care for the septic system. He pumped the tank and explained the working of the system to me. He is a great service provider and I give him my highest recommendation.

My experience went great! I had read many reviews in which Danny was mentioned. I was hoping I would get Danny to do our septic system inspection. Sure enough, it was Danny that showed up. What an amazing guy! Very kind, helpful, and took every opportunity to teach me what I needed to know about septic systems. He gave our system a thumbs-up. Danny and his assistant did a great job. We will look at using Septek for our future septic system needs. We were able to use an Angie's List coupon for our inspection, which made it a great rate.

You cannot go wrong with Danny! He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I did not know anything about the septic system, but now I do! He was very informative, told me everything he would be doing. He also gave a lot of helpful advice on good ways to maintain the system.
