Description of Work: Replaced a garage door spring that was under warranty,however, after they left we had a problem. The door did not go up smoothly. They return and blamed it on our track. They fixed it and charged us. I did pay them but before the spring broke the door went up and down smoothly. We will use them for spring work. The ones we bought the first time are still under warranty. Plus they lasted longer than others we had before them and they came when needed with no long delays

Description of Work: Easter weekend 2014. One of the garage door coils broke with both cars inside. Even though it was a holiday weekend AND a Saturday, they came within a very short time of my initial call and had my garage door fixed within 30 minutes of arriving at my home. They advised it's always best to replace both coils at once and I took their advice. Again, despite it being a Saturday AND a holiday weekend, they only charged me for the call and parts and labor. They did not gouge me for it being a weekend and a holiday. I HIGHLY recommend them and will do business with them and ONLY them in the future.

Description of Work: Precision Door provided a top quality, steel overhead garage door and automatic lifting mechanism. Despite some structural challenges in the garage itself, they did an excellent installation job that involved the removal and disposal of a 60-y.o. wooden garage door. | |While I was disappointed not to be called when some unannounced modifications to their truck caused me to wait at home all morning on the day of installation, this and the forgotten delivery of a promised second remote control in short order were compensated by the eventual delivery of TWO additional remotes, one effectively free. I consider the initial problems to be non-technical, human (installer) errors and would gladly use their services again because of the quality of their equipment and the very cooperative attitude of their office staff and management.

Description of Work: We had an old garage door fitted with a remote, and it went beautifully. The installer was prompt and courteous, and the installation took about an hour. Until our daughter purchased this as a gift, I had no idea that a door this old could be automated. The door has worked perfectly in the week since the remote was installed, and, in this weather it has been particularly great to be able to operate the door without leaving our car.
