Precision Door Service provides service, repair, and replacement of garage doors and openers. We provide a lifetime warranty on our garage door repair parts including springs, rollers, cables and bearings. We offer emergency service at no additional cost as well as quick reliable response times. Our technicians are well trained and prepared to fix most problems in a single visit. Our service area includes southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky and southeast Indiana. Description of Work: They fixed a broken part, noticed the spring wasn't adjusted correctly and fixed that too. Didn't charge me for the adjustment. Can't remember when they did this...it was either in 2012 or 2013.

Description of Work: Garage door opener was working intermittently. The guy redid the wires to the ckt bd and said monitor. They didn't carry the ckt bd and would need to order or I can order and have them install or install myself. It was an easy job to install the board.

They're an excellent company.
Description of Work: They replaced some of the parts in my garage door, even though I was prepared to replaced the whole unit. They could have taken advantage of me, but didn't because they're an honest company. The cost was a lot less than I expected because the problem was not what I had thought. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Very very responsive company. Called them at 4 PM on Friday about my garage door which was damaged. Tried to get it back on track myself but lots wrong and could not do it. Kevin (a lovely, courteous young man) showed up at about 5 PM and had everything working again and the door closed in about 20 minutes. The down side is that I do need a new garage door (I expected that) and he quoted me a ball park figure. The great thing is that they were so responsive and nice. I will definitely use them again when ready to install our new door.

Perfect.
Description of Work: Lightning strike knocked out 2 openers and Kevin from precision was there on the afternoon of my call. had everything we needed, explained everything in detail, replaced the nasty old wiring and now we have 2 super-quiet openers. Programmed them both onto one keypad, so the spiders are not too happy, but we;re cool. Fast and painless.
