Took 1 day to do the entire job. Several workers, all were very professional. Took old roof off installed new one.

Our dealings with them were very good. I took some pictures of the part of the roof that needed saddled and the vent that needed replaced and the guy told me everything that had to be done in order to get it done right. His knowledge and skills were very good, but he had to estimate his price high because they were 1-½ hour away from our location.

On July 10, 2013 my boss experienced wind damage at the small apartment complex they own. After having many people come into the business office offering to do the repairs, the owners asked me if I had anyone I would recommend to get an appraisal as they wanted to get 3 bids for the repairs.. I suggested going to Angie's List to get a list of possible contractors. We found Roszman Remodeling and asked Mr. Roszman to provide us with a quote. We needed roof replacement on several buildings, partial roof replacement on 2 buildings and minor repairs on the rest. The job was narrowed down to Roszman roofing was one other company. We checked references and found both to have more than satisfied customers. The final decision was based on meetings with the contractors in question. When meeting with Obidiah Roszman, the apartment owners were impressed with his professionalism, the quality materials he was going to use, the attention to detail on the quote, and how quickly Mr. Roszman and crew would be able to perform the task. The choice for contractors was quickly whittled down to one company; Roszman Remodeling. On August 19, 2013 Roszman Remodeling began the repairs and within 3 days all tenants were back under roof. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Again, Mr Roszman showed us his attention to detail when he discovered additional damage to one of the roofs that was only going to be partially replaced. Coordinating with both our insurance and the owners, he explained the damage he found, and the insurance company agreed to a full roof replacement for this particular rental property. I highly recommend Roszman Remodeling for Roofing work, and we will use him in the future for other major repairs we may need.

Quick service: The roof was completely installed in one day. The gutters and storage barn were completed on a following day. The workers were courteous and cleaned up well after the completion of the jobs. The owner carefully inspected the job after completion. They were open to any of our comments. The gutter installer reconfigured the downspouts to be less conspicuous and allow for better drainage away from walk areas. Ice will no longer form on our driveway and patio.

Owner made appoint and came to my house on time specified. Explained all the work in detail and very patiently explained optiona on shingles. Had to wait on rain, but he kept in touch and came promptly when rain stopped. Finished shingling and reconstruction of auxiliary roof in one day, except for some aluminum and gutters, which he came and finished gthe next day. Discovered in process of reconstruction of auxiliary roof that he could save me money by reusing existing frame (something neither of user was expecting>) Very competent crew, Would highly recommend

Anyone needing home repair or any roofing project should contact this company It is hard to find a company that is dependable, trustworthy, and will do the work the way it SHOULD be done without overcharging. I was contacted the same day I inquired about fixing my roof. After Obie's inspection, he was able to fit-in my repair the next week. He found 4-5 layers of shingles, 3 cracked beams from the added weight. Also the furnace metal insert inside my chimney was rusted away. I'm surprised water wasn't getting inside my furnace! "Roszman Remodeling" fixed the cracked beams, removed all the shingles, replaced the rotted boards and replaced the chimney. This was completed in two days! It was also done on the hottest days of 90 degrees weather. Obie's employees were hard working, had a great attitude and were laughing and sometimes singing in the scorching heat. It is nice to finally see employees that enjoyed their work and respected their employer as much as these men did. After the roof was completed and clean-up around my house was finished - my yard and flowers were in perfect order. They made sure every nail, paper and shingle scrap was removed. I couldn't find even a nail "hanging out" in my bushes. I have used many construction companies over the years but "Roszman Remodeling" is the only company I will ever use in the future. Give this company a chance and you will feel as I do!

We had some issues with our roof based on design mistakes made when the house was built 10 years ago. We appreciated that Roszman Remodeling helped craft a long-term solution as well as performing the repair. The were prompt, professional, and made some extra efforts to keep our cost down while leaving us with an outcome in which we could feel confident. That's all you can really ask of a good contractor.

Excellent! Crew came within a month after the estimate. Cleared off old roof, repaired any and all water damage found. Used the best materials, And also, they have the coolest vintage truck to haul off the old material. They were prompt, thorough, and cleaned up well when done. Roszman Remodeling can work for me anytime!

I contacted Roszman when strong winds ripped off two approx. 15 foot sections of fascia. They were located at the peak of my roof which is very steep so I was not comfortable doing the work myself. Roszman purchased and installed the new fascia and also inspected the rest of the fascia for any loose sections. They were quick and very reasonably priced. This was the second time I've used Roszman. They also repaired a large section of my roof when a strong wind storm ripped through the area. Despite numerous homes being damaged in town, Roszman made it out to my house to tarp the damaged area hours after the storm when other companies said it would be days before they could make it out. We were very appreciative of this as we had a 10 day old baby at home and rain was coming through the damanged roof. They also later supplied a competitive estimate to fix the roof and also worked directly with the insurance company to ensure everything was handled properly. Roszman is responsive, reasonably priced, and does quality work.

We thought they did a great job. It was done in a very timely manner, they finished the same day they started.They did a very professional job, we did not have to worry about the cleanup or anything like that, they took care of everything.

Very professional, organized and hard-working crew both days. Obie went out of his way to help quote the roof project as well as an additional siding project as a result of hail damage in our are. He did a good job of making sure the job was done right, and fixed anything that my wife or I had questions about after the roof was completed (small cosmetic repairs - not integral to the structural integrity of the house). I would recommend Roszman Remodeling, and we will be future customers as well.

I got an estimate from Roszman Remodeling and asked them to try to fix it ASAP. Obadiah Roszman called me and told me the roof was severely compromized. He explained that until he ripped off the old roof he wouldn't know how much repair would have to be completed before the new roof could be installed. We discussed different options and I told him to go ahead and do whatever was needed because the roof was leaking and damaging the interior ceilings in the house. He had to work this job into his schedule but he did. Even though it was during the holiday week, they were prompt and did the work as promised. They were very professional and kept in contact with me when unexpected repairs entered into the estimate. I am very satisfied with their work.
