Alex and his team were like roofing rockstars – knowledgeable, understanding of our unique needs, and incredibly thorough. They walked us through the entire process, offered a variety of options, and patiently answered my endless list of questions. From the initial assessment to the final inspection, their professionalism was top-notch. Alex kept us in the loop throughout the project, which put our minds at ease. One of the best home services we've had in a long time! First, we got three quotes, but Alex of Roszman was the only person who inspected our roof from the inside as well as outside. He advised us that there were no leaks inside, and that honestly, we could go another year or two without replacement. His quote was almost exactly equal to one almost as highly-rated competitor. (The third was insanely high!) We went ahead with Roszman, and got on the schedule. The crew came out and worked very fast and efficiently, but did a really nice job of protecting our new gutters, and cleaning up. One and a half days later they were done and our roof looks beautiful. One hiccup was that one of our downspout extensions was lost in the process, but Alex ordered a new one and came out and installed it in two days. A great job and experience all around!

The Roszman Roofing team arrived on site per schedule and completed the job on time as promised. The crew was dedicated to our job, wasted no time and worked safely throughout the project. We held off doing any type of review for our new roof by Roszman Roofing until it survived the weather in Northwest Ohio. Our new roof was installed in October of 2020. It has been through everything from heat, hail, ice storms, heavy snow and rain, strong winds and freezing temperatures. It has held up perfectly and is beautiful. The crew was very professional and neat. There were NO nails or roofing debris left in our yard. Our landscaping was untouched. We received everything we were promised and more. The quote was exact-no hidden surprises. Alex was on-site to answer any questions we may have had during the installation. Highly recommend Roszman Roofing and Remodeling. Obie and his team were prompt and professional. The roof was torn off and replaced in a day and I didn't find a single nail left behind in the yard. Just shows how detail oriented their team is! Would highly recommend this phenomenal team!

They did a great job, priced reasonably, and it was all completed quickly within a day. James explained the whole process and gave a quote so we knew exactly what to expect. The crew arrived in the morning, bringing their own dumpster, and they immediately commenced working and were all finished and cleaned up by the afternoon. They gave me updates along the way so I knew progress and was informed of any issues they had encountered. I would definitely recommend Roszman Roofing to friends and family.

Everything went so fantastically well. Everyone showed up on time and didnt leave until the whole roof was done. The work was outstanding. My house and roof look absolutely gorgeous! I have/would highly recommend everyone to use this company. My lack of knowledge for roofing was met with well informed answers. The clean up was amazing. You would have never guessed I had the roof replaced that day.

Communication from the first meeting to the estimate to the end of the project was absolutely outstanding. We received 2 other estimates and this was the best price but also was affordable while using the highest quality products. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
