Got off to a rocky start as they were over an hour late because they couldn't find the correct Foote Rd in Bismarck. Would suggest company investing in a GPS or using Mapquest and adding that to the oder sheet. Once they did arrive they went right to work and did a good job with what was needed. They forgot to do the downstairs powder room but it is sort of hidden away so I really can;t fault them too much on that. They were very pleasant and said that the next time they were there they would work on special projects as needed, I will be having them come every two weeks this summer till I recover from surgery...after that we will probably go to a monthly schedule. I definitely enjoyed having them in my home and look forward to an ongoing relationaship with this company

The crew works hard, does a good job, and is pleasant to work with. I'm happy that it's the same team leader each time, so I don't have to re-explain everything all the time (we're currently renovating, so there are some areas they don't need to clean; there are a couple of rooms that need only a light touch; and we have a few things that need special handling). They're very good at listening to my needs and remembering my priorities and special requests from one time to the next, but they also don't hesitate to ask questions if they have them, which I appreciate. Matt is pleasant to talk to and easy to work with. We had a miscommunication around my first appointment, and he worked quickly to get everything resolved and a crew out the next day so I could have a clean house in time for my houseguests' arrival. He always calls the day before to confirm the appointment, and the next appointment is always noted on the bill, which is a nice touch to make sure we're all on the same page.

Due to an emergency situation an elderly uncle was in the hospital and needed his house cleaned while his children were in town. We described the problem to Matt and he went out of his way to get a team to the house to clean it. His team which consisted of Pat, Debbie and Krystal worked well individually and together, well above our expectations for the 2 hours they were there. They also brought all of their own equipment, so we didn't have to worry about anything. We would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, quality, price and their empathy to our situation. We would hire them again. If we were able to give them a service award, we would. Matt Baron truly knows how to run a company with great customer service! Please let him know of our extreme satisfaction.

I talked with Matt Baron over the phone initially, and explained that I was interested in an initial cleaning, then a periodic follow up cleaning for my home. He provided the cost/estimate over the phone, so an in-person consultation is not required befoe the cleaning. Everything went well on the day of the cleaning - no issues at all. My sister has also used their maid service for some time, and is also pleased.

They kind of give you a general fee and then they do the cleaning. It was probably an hour and half with two ladies. I can feel very safe with them cleaning the house. They are a very trustworthy company. They are always on time and if they are going to be late on occasion for like ten minutes they will call and let me know. The maid service manager is always there and he is extremely nice. I have talked with him on the phone and they always call on a Friday before they come out for cleaning. They give you an approximate time they are going to be out which I find very helpful. I arrange on Mondays' for cleaning if you go on a regular basis and what they do is let you know what time will be okay. They always got me exactly what I wanted. They usually come from nine to twelve in the morning. They have an outstanding scheduling. One time something happened and it was an emergency on their end so they called to cancel. I didn't have any problem with that because they let customers know about that and just not show up but they took time to call. They do more of a general cleaning. There may a time here and there something is not quite done but they kind of rotate things around and they'll do one part and the whole house. If somebody is looking for deep down heavy duty cleaning it's not necessarily what I see them do but it's not I wanted either. They just do the dusting, vacuuming and the power signals for the kitchen, bathroom and what not which is very necessary and nicely done. For people who are kind of on a budget they let you put you kind of on a rotation. They do a really good job of trying to co ordinate and be in touch with the customer. They do a very good job of cleaning and I'm not saying they don't but if somebody is looking for totally spotless cleaning then I would say they are not exactly that because they miss out on occasions. You could not get a nicer group of people. They have a woman who is like their senior cleaner and she will bring one or two people with her that are younger usually. She is phenomenal and teaches them how to do their cleaning and thorough job. It's been great and they give very good customer service which is the best thing about them. I'm getting what I'm paying for and I don't have any problem with them.

We have used them every two weeks for months now. They are Great. Easy to work with, good scheduling, very friendly, adaptable, responsible. Excellent work.

just came out of hospital and home was not clean. lots of clutter really helped me out very nice, very trustworthy. would highly recommend

Mr. Baron is extremely professional and courteous. The cleaning crew came on time. We tried their service twice. Both times we were less-than-impressed with the quality of the cleaning and their detail-oriented-ness. This goes against what we have read on Angie's list - and so we even gave them a 2nd chance. Their estimate for the house cleaning was similar to several other services we interviewed but we have chosen to go with another cleaner.

Really nice people. Punctual, professional and pleasant. Easy to reach and they even call you with a reminder the day before. I'm very happy with the service and the price. I have had had other housecleaners - I would say this group is excellent.

The service was very good and effective . they arrived one time , and the manger went through the house with me , asking me how I would like them too proceed , they dusted everything even the mop boards . They washed the floors through out the places that one would be expected to be washed .

He has been absolutely excellent. I would highly recommend him.

They usually have 2 or 3 workers come out. They are superior. They do an excellent job. They always show up on time. The same team leader always comes to do the job. She knows my home and how I like my home cleaned. They are very efficient and fast. They don't ever complain. I am very satisfied with their services.

When I first contacted Matt Baron to ask questions about a thorough cleaning, every time I asked if they did something, he replied "oh, uh, okay, we can do that." It made me nervous and I said so. He was very reassuring after that point. On the morning that my house was to be cleaned, Pat and Kelly showed up on time. They were very nice and efficient in doing their jobs. I had a concern because it didn't look like the master bath shower door was cleaned and they quickly (and happily) fixed it. They did not wash the upstairs woodwork, but instead used Pledge to clean it. The downstairs woodwork and cabinets were washed because they are white. I had previously called Matt because I also wanted my walls washed and he said that he'd have Pat take a look at them when she was here to clean the house, but they'd have to set up a different time for that job. I didn't get the feeling that they washed walls very often because Matt was hesitant and stuttered (as noted above). When Pat looked at my walls and saw they were painted with a flat finish, she stated that the paint would probably come off when the walls were washed. End of discussion. All in all, they did a nice job of cleaning, but I guess I won't be getting my walls washed.

Very responsive, they do exactly what you ask them to do. They are a great and trustworthy service! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This is the third time I have used this service and the same three ladies have arrived each time, at the time scheduled by Mr. Baron and confirmed by telephone the day before. They work quickly and efficiently with a minimum of discussion or wasted effort. The entire house (two levels and finished basement) are cleaned within an hour and a half. I have found a few high shelves which were missed in dusting, but these ladies came as close to the way I have cleaned in the past as I have found yet. I have no complaints and would hire (and have hired) them again.

Overall, we are very satisfied. We receive a call the day before to remind us that they are coming out and the house always looks good when they are done. They often do things I would never think of, which is always a pleasant surprise, while there are some things I would expect to be done or which I have asked to be done, which are overlooked. These seem to cancel each other out and I am always happy with the overall results and would recommend the service to others.

They are always reliable and do a nice job cleaning my 2800 sq. ft. house.

Professional and friendly on the phone. Worked hard to accommodate our schedule needs. Arrived on time. Pleasant, hard working employees. We thought the price was very fair. Good Value!

I am very pleased with the women who clean my house through this service. They are very thorough and clean things like the ceiling fans, blinds, and baseboards without my having to ask them. The women are extremely responsive to anything I ask them to do. If they ever finish early, they ask if there is anything else that they can clean for me. What I love most about this service is that it is very consistent. I've used other services before and the work is great for the first few cleanings, but then the cleaners get sloppy. With this service, my house is as clean as it was the first time that they came to clean it. I highly recommend them!

The ladies who clean the house do a very nice job. They are very thorough, and Matt has been flexible, accommodating and very responsive. I would highly recommend their cleaning services!

THEY UNDERSTAND JUST WHAT I WANT DONE; I'M USUALLY NOT TOO FUSSY, BUT IF I ASK THEM TO DO SOMETHING SPECIAL OR DIFFICULT, IT GETS DONE, AND VERY WELL. I REALLY LIKE THE TWO LADIES THAT COME TO MY HOME ON A REGULAR BASIS. THEY TURN UP ON TIME, THEY DO THE WORK, THEY ASK ME IF I WANT ANYTHING EXTRA. PLUS, THEY HAVE REALLY NICE PERSONALITIES. CHEERFUL AND HARD-WORKING. I THINK THAT DOES COUNT!
