I called last week and have not received a response. Am I to assume that you're not interested and I should continue on with another vendor? I'd like to congratulate Matt on his retirement from Matt Baron's Maid Business, after 22 years. I'm glad to hear he is transferring ownership to his family and will still be there in transition. I've had the cleaners from Matt Baron's Maid service for five years, and they do an excellent job. I continue to depend on them for the upkeep of my home. I'm glad the same cleaners will still be coming to my home. Best wishes to Matt, and I look forward to speaking with David Seal.

They arrived a little early. The two women set to work and worked hard for the entire period. They used the environmentally friendly cleansers I supplied, although they did bring their own in case I wanted them to use theirs. I appreciate that because I have cats and I don't want them to be poisoned by harsh chemicals. I had moved furniture around for Antonius Brothers to clean the rugs, but they adapted to that fine. House looked great when they left. Matt Baron's Maid Service always sends the same workers and they are excellent. I truly appreciate that because they know my house and also I trust them with my keys and anything like financial information or jewelry lying around. They've been working for me for over ten years and have never broken anything, nor has anything come up missing. (Matt does know a retired museum restoration expert who will repair any valuable items that get broken, which is a service I have never even heard of before. I don't know who pays for the repair, but at least it's there. In the past, I've had maids from other companies who broke something and hid it by throwing it away.) Also, they do things the way I want them done. I have a lot of antiques, and they treat everything with great care. If I want a little extra task, such as laundry folded, they are happy to do that at no extra cost. My basement is very messy, but if I ask, they will clean down there and not charge extra. The other thing, is they don't move things around so I can't find them when they leave. This is another issue I've had with past workers. These ladies are both smart and conscientious.

I have been using Matt Baron's maid service for the past 5 years and have been so happy with them. Matt Baron is extremely sincere and genuine. He listens to my needs as to what I expect and the maids clean thoroughly. I am an extremely particular person on how I want the cleaning done and I couldn't be any happier.

Many different workers came and went, even though we wanted the same team for consistency. The best worker left and started her own company. The worst worker had tattoos up to her neck, which I do not want to expose to my small children. She was caught looking in the bathroom cabinet, which is not an item that was ever to be cleaning and a $500 gold chain family heirloom is missing. The workers would watch the clock and skip cleaning the shower or anything else they could get away with. I am very unhappy and wish I had never used this company. Matt Baron does not clean your house. He has people who do it and some are not trustworthy and some do not do a good job cleaning and do not work hard. I highly highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Save your grief and money and lost personal belongings. Thank you for stealing my faith in the goodness of people. I hope this review and any similar negative experiences from your other customers puts your business out of business.

They've been doing alright. I still keep using them.

The two maids that we have for two hours do a very thorough and wonderful job. I am so happy with their cleaning and I'm very impressed with this maid service. I've been a customer for five years now, and they have been great.

Both cleaners were fast, efficient, professional, friendly. They did a great job. Showed up on time, and the price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely hire again.

They are fast, thorough, and responsive to my needs. For example, this time I wanted the drawers in the kitchen cleaned and they did this very well. Also, I wanted an area downstairs vacuumed and that was done so it's nice and clean. I like the fact that they do exactly what I ask and use the kind of cleaning agents I want, for example, environmentally friendly kitchen sprays etc.

It went real well. They did a good job. There were 2 women here.

I needed help after spinal surgery thru my recovery. I enjoyed having these ladies in my house. They were very friendly, efficient and professional. i am hoping to have them back this summer.

I felt that they were too high maintenance and needed supervision. They told me they didn't dust everything because a lot of people don't like things moved. They didn't move magazines to dust an end table! There were cobwebs left on the ceiling and in corners of the floor. I even had tools for cleaning those areas. After three visits, I felt I could do it myself, which seemed to be their plan or go with another service.

Great. I am a REALTOR and this is a new listing that was tenant occupied. The house was very filthy with dust on everything and grease on everything in the kitchen. They spent a good 4 hours cleaning the home. It is now very presentable to buyers. I had a small concern about one item and they came right out and took care of it to my satisfaction. Great job! This is the 2nd time I have had Matt Baron's maid service clean a home to get it ready to be on the market for sale.

Good workmanship, and understand the personal needs of the house... such as special needs of the homeowner - if senior, need help with dusting lights, blinds, etc... Nice job and appreciate their work ethic...

Matt called me back the very next morning after I had left a voice mail. I explained to him that I had already set up an appointment for an estimate with another company but wanted to get his information as I had not officially chosen a company yet. I explained that I never had a cleaning service before. In response to this he was very helpful in walking me through expectations and pricing as this was new for me. In the end I went with the company I have a previous estimate with, I would certainly use Matt if my experience does not work out. He was very prompt, professional and quick to respond to my call not to mention helpful with information.

Thorough, reliable, prompt, agreeable. A relief to have them back at our house.

It went excellent, I am so thrilled to have dependable, fairly priced people cleaning my home. I have hired them to continue to clean on a regular basis and will probably have them do additional spring cleaning chores as well.

We had a special project and several other companies were not able to help us. I called Matt and he was able to solve our problem. Pat and Debbie, expert cleaners, came to our rescue. We are very pleased with the quality and professionalism. Also, Matt and his team won an Angie's List award last year. I vote for them to receive it again this year!!

From start to finish the experience was great. Working with Matt to discuss what was needed as well as setting the time up was very fluid and the individuals that came to the house were wonderful. They were on time and worked through the two rooms in no time at all.

I've used him for about 6-8 years. I think his price is reasonable. He shows up on time and everyone is very friendly and professional. I would recommend him.
