TIME MAINTENANCE LTD

We had this same problem two or three times in the past, and it was resolved through carpet cleaning. The worker from Time Maintenance suggested, and we agreed, to remove the carpet from the area this time as it was badly soiled. This was a less costly and more hygienic alternative to cleaning. Since the basement does not contain any living areas, the lack of carpet in the areas where it was removed is not a problem. With the Angie's List discount, we were only charged the minimum charge ($100) plus tax which we thought was more than fair.

Got right down to work and very friendly.

They were excellent. They were over 2 hours late due to van problems and kept apologizing. Due to their lateness, they deducted money off of the bill, which makes the customer very happy. Very generous, and as always, the carpeting looks great.

After arriving a little late due to a mechanical malfunction, the cleaning process went very well. All stains were removed, and the sofa looked like new again.

They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Time Mtce. were prompt in responding to our request for service, and they were punctual in keeping their appointment. The price quoted was competitive, but when we applied the Angie's List coupon, it was one of the lowest bids. The gentlemen who performed the work were courteous, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They provided helpful advice on carpet maintenance and cleaning, plus they did some miscellaneous spot cleaning, which was not part of the job, at no additional charge. As my wife said, "These guys were not your typical carpet cleaners. They were excellent." I'm a big fan of Time Maintenance carpet cleaning services.

Carpet looks almost new. Chair and sofa looks new. Steve and Mel were punctual, polite and very informative. It was a pleasant surprise that Mel was female. Both Steve and Mel made me feel very comfortable. They worked quickly and efficiently. Considering the change in the carpet and furniture, they were very reasonably priced. Now I don't have to replace carpeting or furniture.

They are wonderful. I have used for many years. They do not try sell you a bunch of things which I appreciate. The quality is also very good.

They have always done an excellent job.

I talked to owner Mark. He was very accomadating and had someone out right away. They are subcontractors, and not employees of Maintenance Ltd. I didn't like the job they did. There was still a lot of stains in the carpet the next day. My wife was so unhappy with the state of the carpet, that I had someone come out the next day and rip them out and put in hardwood floors.

Not the lowest overall price, but you definitely get what you pay for. Time Maintenance was able to get stains out of my carpet that other "budget" cleaners said were permanent. The staff were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on schedule, and even called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. I hadn't had my carpets cleaned in almost four years, and now they look like new!

The change in the look of the carpet was amazing. I actually sat down and said WOW. I couldn't be more pleased, and Steve and Mel were outstanding professionals. I would definitely recommend them again.

Steve and Ford did the work. Everything was exactly as promised. Both were very courteous and professional. The work was thorough and very good. They worked steadily from start to finish and completed it in very good time. I have absolutely no complaints...I am thrilled with their work! The work was done when my wife was gone, and she commented highly on their workmanship when she came home.

Very nice friendly staff, and great work. They made a severely pet stained area rug presentable again and did a beautiful job on the carpets. Also, prompt and they were very fair with pricing-deducting for furniture that I didn't ask them to move from their measurements. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that there was almost TOO much courtesy-free samples, a satisfaction survey, a thank you letter, a follow up call-it was a little bit much.

It looked clean at first & looks the same now. He was nice enough to go over some spots that I felt needed to be done. I just don't feel that they should look this dirty again. It was cleaned last June. It is now February.

Fantastic!! I have never had carpets turn out so well, and they didn't try to sell me ''protection''. Even better!

ARRANGEMENT FOR WORK WAS COMPLETED ENTIRELY OVER THE PHONE. I CALLED AND SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT FOR WITHIN A FEW DAYS. THEY CLEANED THE CARPETS IN A QUALITY MANNER AND LEFT THE HOME IN AN APPROPRIATE CONDITION. FINALLY, ACCEPTED CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.

CHARGED ME $125 FOR CLEANING TWO SPOTS ON THE CARPET. THEY WERE AT MY HOME FOR 20 MINUTES. THE $125 INCLUDED A $75 TRIP CHARGE THAT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT BEFORE THE WORK STARTED. THEIR RATE IS $25 FOR EACH 15 MINUTES THEY ARE THERE. OUTRAGEOUS.

THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE 90% OF THE STAINS (MOST OF THEM PET STAINS) THAT I THOUGHT WERE IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE. MEL AND STEVE WERE COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK.

MEL AND STEVE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. ARRIVED ON TIME, MEASURED EVERYTHING. PRICE BASED ON MEASURING, NOT BY ROOM. PRICE CAME IN UNDER PHONE ESTIMATE BECAUSE OF FURNITURE THAT WE DIDN'T CLEAN UNDER (THEY SUBTRACT FOR THE SQ. FOOTAGE COVERED BY FURNITURE.)
