TIME MAINTENANCE LTD

Had an issue with my floor drain backing up in my finished basement. They pulled carpet back, cut out sopping wet carpet pad, bagged it all up and took it too the street. Along with that the owner, Mark Weiler, came out and ran some tests on the moisture in the walls. He found that the walls needed to be dried out, they were very damp as well. He then placed 4 dehumidifiers, 5 fans to get things drying out. Once dry, they will proceed to replace carpet pad, re-stretch and re-seam carpet. This work will be completed today.

Their price was good for what they did. I don't remember the number because they did different time different amount of work. There was nothing to improve. They did a wonderful job all around. They were punctual and professional. They did a very good job. What stood out is not only that they did the job and performed thoroughly. They were very consciousness about instructing me on different aspects of it; such as the furniture up on the foam blocks to keep the wood out of the moist carpet. After they were done, they told me how long it should be up and so forth. They did extra service like, one of the rugs could not be cleaned with the machines they had. So they too it to their office and took care of that. Once that was done, they brought that back to me without charging me anything. I will use them in the future.

They took care of everything and were very good. They seem very conscientious.

Since smaller items were removed from the two rooms, the job was completed in a short time. Dry time was within a reasonable time frame. Carpets not left soaking wet.....

They are professional, our carpet has never been cleaner, they are courteous, well trained and will come right back if you find a problem.

They came very quickly and worked long, hard hours. I thought that they did very good work and that they were very reliable. I really like their work and I think it all looks great and would use them again.

I like that they charge by the square foot instead of by the room. I feel that they do an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. I have used this company for two years, but they are well worth the price. They also give you a bottle of spot treatment. I have never found anything that works so well and they keep it full.

They cleaned the living room and family room. I would recommend them in the future.

They were very good. They were there when they said they would be and they did what they said they would do. They were very professional and courteous. They seem to have good equipment and get the job done. We have used them three times now.

They gave us an estimate. They were never on time. The quality of his work was very good. He cleaned up after himself when he was done. I found that his price was competitive.

Great job cleaning a badly stained caret. The way they clean it, it stays cleaner longer. The spots don't come back.

Nancy answered my initial call, and was able to schedule an appointment for me within a week. Steve and Mel arrived on-time, and got to work immediately. They took measurements, deep cleaned the carpets, applied deodorizer, and raked the carpet. No mess was left behind. They gave me a bottle of spot cleaner to use for future pet "accidents" as well. Nancy even sent along a magazine article on how to break your cat from going in places other than the litter box. I've used Time Maintenance Ltd. in the past, and will continue to do so.

Prompt scheduling as desired, good communications, efficient quick work. We had unloaded heavier furniture and moved smaller pieces; they handled furniture well, left it on protective pieces when finished. Carpet dried well in the eight-to-ten hours they estimated.

Art and Dillon were a pleasure to deal with. They worked hard, were conscientious, friendly and informative.

It was a very positive experience. The staff was friendly, and arrived promptly. I had a problem with pet stains, which they were able to remove. They also provided a wonderful spotter product with free lifetime refills that is absolutely fabulous for pet stains. When the bill turned out to be higher than I expected, because I had temporarily misplaced the original phone quote, and my memory isn't what it used to be, the owner called me to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I would definitely use them again, even though they are not the cheapest place in town.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Time Maintenance. This was my first time using them and I will never use another company again. From the initial contact with Nancy, to the "Welcome" letter, to having Art and Dillon clean our carpets to the final follow up, I have NEVER had a company take care of customers this way. My house is a true test for any cleaning company with the four legged tots we have. Our newest addition, being a puppy especially made this visit important. Art and Dillon were very detailed in everything they did on the visit, paying extra attention to my carpets needs. Most companies just lump everyone into how they do carpet cleaning. That is what is different about Time Maintenance. They treated my house for its specific needs. The guys were able to get out stains that had been there for a long time. Every inch felt clean and smelled even better. They were prompt, extremely efficient and polite. Again, I will never use another big name company again.

I contacted Time Maintenance, received an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment for the day that worked for me later in the week. On the day of the cleaning, Mel and Steve were waiting for me at my house when I arrived home and promptly got to work. They measured each area and gave me the final estimate. It took them about an hour and a half to clean the carpet and it looks great. I received a free bottle of spot remover (with free lifetime refills) and a handy spot-remover guide. Plus, I was able to use my Angie's List coupon for $50 off!

From my first call to schedule an appointment right through the completion of the job, the people with whom I dealt were knowledgeable and very courteous. The technicians were on time and did a thorough job cleaning the most traveled spots on my carpets. I feel as if follow up is available although I don't think it will be necessary. The price was very good compared to other companies I've had clean carpets in my home.

They did a great job, spent extra time on tough stains using a variety of chemicals until they found something that worked. They were very conservative in their measurements and could have justified charging us more. There were no hidden costs/extra upgrades for treatments. We will definitely use them again next time and recommend them to our friends.
